I picked them because they got back to me fast and because they came up first on a Google search. I should have taken the time to look at the reviews on Yelp.The Good: Came by within an hour. Technician was friendly.The Bad: Technician did not fully diagnose the issue. He told me one of the lid switches on the machine is broken, but would not take the time to find out which one even though I repeated asked for him to and paid him for the diagnosis.When I pointed that out to him he said I already have 45 minutes into thisTechnician lied about how much the parts would cost when I asked for an estimate. (they are about $50 ). He said 150 and that the repair would cost 300. Way too much.I am upset with this company and regret paying for him to come out just to tell me what I already new from a google search.EDIT: I found out more of the information told to me was incorrect.
