Dan responded promptly to my voice message, arranged a mutually convenient time for service, and showed up on time. He serviced the tankless hot water heater, being diligent about getting the heater descaled until he was satisfied. He also installed a gas valve for a quick-connect natural gas grill. His fee was reasonable.

Dan saved the day. We had an event planned at church that required the use of our gas stove and we couldnt get the pilot lit for anything. Dan was able to get us taken care of well out of his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was able to get the oven up and running in no time. I highly recommend him for any gas appliance needs.

Amazing service to connect a newly purchased gas stove, which required special treatment because it is powered by propane gas. Dan was prompt and efficient and careful. A pro! I recommend him highly!

I needed a shut off valve for my new build home and gas dryer before my in-laws came to town, Dan was both responsive and able to fit my timeline. When he got here, the very next day, he was so thorough, checked that the line already attached to the dryer was done properly and discovered there would have been a leak had he not 😱! He also made sure the cool water ran to the dryer (for steam cycles!) and that the washer ran through a cycle properly. I value accuracy just as much as efficiency and Dan delivered on both. I only wish I had remembered I needed a valve on the line for the grill when he was here 🙈 Guess Ill be calling again soon.

Dan repaired a gas cooktop that had burners that were not igniting properly, replaced the valves and regulators on our firepit and natural gas grill (even asked us the orientation we would prefer while giving us choices), made sure the gas line was capped off properly for the fireplace we our eliminating. and answered a number of questions we had about our natural gas setup.He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and fair. We have used Dan before and have always been extremely pleased.

GAS did a great job identifying the issue and repairing our gas dryer. When other repair people were scheduled many days out, GAS gave us same day service.

Dan came to my home and repaired my water heater in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. I called my gas supplier Griffis Gas when our oven wouldn’t preheat for a long time. Sometimes not at all. They recommended Dan of G.A.S. but I wrote the number down wrong and got a number not in service. Thinking G.A.S. was out, I scheduled with another company and the earliest was two weeks out. Being that we like to cook in during the COVID stuff, I called Griffis back to double check the number and got the right one. He was there at my house two days later. Not only that, he was there at the exact time we scheduled. Literally as the clocked ticked over to 11:00. I could tell he knew what the problem would be and, sure enough, he had the new igniter installed in no time flat. He was cognizant if the COVID situation and did his social distancing without being awkward. I waited about a week before writing this review to make sure the oven kept working. It has done a weeks’ worth of meals and works great. I think he knows his stuff and is a good and courteous professional technician. His charge was not outrageous and I felt it was fair. I have simply never had an oven igniter replaced before. I will say that the other guys I mentioned earlier had a $99 fee just to come out...in two weeks. So I felt he was fair in pricing and you could just tell he knew his work. I would use him again without a doubt.

Tankless hot water heater needed repair. Called Sawyer Gas (now Amerigas) the original installer they recommended Gas Appliance Specialists. Dan responded quickly, gave me a few ideas to check myself to avoid a service call. Was onsite shortly after and diagnosed the problem with Rinnai technical support. Gave me a very accurate estimate and options. Returned the next day with parts and the repair and test were complete the first thing in the morning. I couldnt be more pleased with the service and the results. G.A.S.will be my go to for all of my gas appliances.

Every year they come to service my living room gas heater. This year the same plus extra service to clear two of the burners on the kitchen range. I would not trust anyone else to do this work.
