Mr. Dorrell and his technician were very friendly and worked with me until my issue was resolved.

Negotiated time (assuming with owner) and he came by as he said he would hence the 3 stars. However, from what my wife said, he literally walked in and didnt even stop. He saw the fridge and said, I dont work on those refrigerators because theyre four door. I have a French style Whirlpool refrigerator with the standard two doors on top and two bottom drawers (freezer). He basically said that our refrigerator was too complicated and that we needed to hire a Whirlpool technician because there are three separate computers in our unit. It would have been nice to know that he wouldnt work on our fridge to begin with by requesting a model number or something. He never asked me so I didnt think it was an issue. It would have saved me/us time as I had been researching for a technician to come out as soon as possible.

I called Monday at almost 5 PM and got them to come check out my washing machine the next day. They gave me a pretty wide appointment window, so you might need to be home all day, but they did arrive well within the time window. Quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair. Unfortunately, it would make more sense for us to get a new one because it had a lot of issues. Called a few other places before scheduling and their charge to come diagnose the problem was lower than most of the other companies nearby. I would definitely use them again if my appliances need any servicing.

I contacted Dorrells to see about a repair and he was knowledgeable enough to be able to do some diagnostics and make suggestions to assist me. The honesty here is why I will call again when I have any other appliance issues.

I called Dorrell on a Saturday night and he returned my phone call immediately. After speaking with him about my dryer issues he told me he would call Monday morning to schedule a time. He called on time and the technician arrived on time between 2 and 5. Didnt take long for the issue to be resolved and it was a 59 dollar service fee. Great company and we will call him again with any other issues we have. Thanks Dorrell for your hospitality and professional attitude!
