Fast, professional service. Joe came out and thoroughly explained the issues with my washing machine. He explained the parts required and associated costs, but did not pressure me to purchase anything immediately. All Done Appliances was a great choice for an emergency repair.

Don’t bother with this business. The tech was so rude. His name was Joe. We have had him come to our house twice now, to diagnose problems on two separate refrigerators. I gave him a pass the first time, but second time around he was even ruder. Before he even greets you, he starts down a pontification of why you should never buy a refrigerator owned by Whirlpool; and proceeds to make you feel like a complete @$$ for ever buying one. Don’t try to look and see what he is doing, because he’ll tell you to leave the room. Just completely rude. Don’t waste your time with this guy.

I called All Done Appliances to diagnose and repair our office refrigerator. I was told a technician would call the next day before coming and set a three hour appointment window. Joe called right before the appointment time to confirm we were at the office. He was timely, professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue. I would recommend and would use again. It is difficult to find professional and courteous service these days - so great service is appreciated.

Never, never deal with this people. Joe, the technician-owner was rude and arrogant. If he treats his grandmother as he claims his service to be, poor grandmother (she must hate him).Service your appliances anywhere else but here.One star was one star too many.

Let me say the good, scheduled them and they came out as agreed. The issue came in when they looked at the appliance, gave me a long story about the brand history and how hard it is to find parts. Ok that’s fine no worries I understand it’ll take a while to get parts. But then I said I am not against moving forward with repair but I want to know what part / part number we are ordering and reason is because they were so expensive. The tech basically says sorry I have no way to give you a part number or even a picture so I said well I’m not comfortable forking over that much $$ for something I don’t even know what I’m getting. He was not happy and said ok fine let me run to my truck and then just left and never came back.

The 5 star reviews must be friends or family because these guys are very un professional. I had the same experience that some of the other 1 stars had. Didnt show on time(1 to 3), made excuses when i called around 4, tried to reschedule at their new convenience, they called and I called back 7 minutes later, but that was to late of a call back so they went to another job, tried again to reschedule and I cancelled. They never once called during the 3 hour window to let me know theyd be late. Terrible!

Horrible, Tech got there to replace a gasket for our washer. He was going on an on how hard it was going to be. Then said his hands would be cramped up when he got done. So he says he needed to go out side to his truck to get something and just drives away!! Yes I know this crazy. So I called and told the answer lady..and she didnt care ..asked the owner to call me. He did not as I suspected. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Our dishwasher stopped draining water. It sounded like the pump had seized up. We cleaned filters and so on, and use a shop vac to drain out the water.We called All Done Appliances who sent a technician. The gentleman was nice but he kept telling me that he would come to me to explain his diagnosis once he was done looking at the machine. He seemed like he didnt want me to watch what he was doing. So I left him alone.A few minutes later, he told me that the pump had to be replaced. He gave me a quote then explained that we should probably get a new dishwasher because the cost of replacement would be high compared to the price of a new one.I asked if something could be stopping the impeller blades in the pump from turning and if we could check the pump itself. I wanted him to make an effort, checking as much as possible. He said theres 99.999 % chance this is not an issue with something being stuck.So he left and we ordered a new machine from costco. About $900, a fancy new model. In the meantime we kept trying to use the machine, draining the water manually with the shop vac.Wouldnt you know, after a couple of days, a really bad smell came from the sink and the pump started working again. It was indeed something that was stuck in the pump and it cleared up.That was a month ago. We canceled the order and didnt have to spend almost a grand on a purchase that wasnt necessary. Or spend money unnecessarily replacing the pump.No, I wouldnt recommend them- At least that person who did our service.

If you are looking for great service without the hassle, All Done Appliances is IT! Simply call for an appointment! The repairman CALLS YOU BEFORE going to your home with an accurate ETA, and they actually DO THE WORK. Once the appliance is checked, the repairman will tell you everything that is going on, and what steps you should take moving forth. If its cheaper to replace the appliance, THEY TELL YOU. No joke. Saved me and my family hundreds of dollars. I will recommend them time and time again!!

I am a repeat customer with All Done Appliance, and will continue to use them! Have used them for both my dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you can appointments relatively quickly, and the ETA’s are spot on, but what I truly appreciate is the HONESTY. I had purchased a dishwasher just 1-2 years prior and it broke. Joe flat out told me to go ahead a purchase a new one, as the repair costs would have been only slightly cheaper than replacing. So refreshing for a company to look out for the customers best interest instead of their own!

Quick and professional service. I highly recommend this company. They actually answered their phone when I called, while so many companies didnt. I was able to set up an appointment for my desired day and time. The service technician called prior to coming out and showed up during the service interval time. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I felt that the service tech was very honest. The repair was something simple. Instead of ripping me off by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with the item, he completed only the necessary repair without taking advantage of the situation. This level of trust worthiness is commendable. I will definitely use this company again in the future and refer them to others. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I have had the same tech, Joe, each time and he takes the time to explain each step and he is not looking to charge you for something you don’t need. From the phone scheduling to Joe, our tech, we had amazing service! Joe was very knowledgeable and didnt waste time in assessing and giving the diagnosis! He gave us all the info and let us decide! We could have taken 30 days to decide if we wanted (so you dont have to decide right then and there!) but it was a no brainer what we wanted the next step to be! Joe was the one who came back to do the repair and even double checked things to make sure that all was right! Very thorough! We WILL be calling them again when the need arises!

I had placed a service call after looking at his reviews and my gut feeling should have told me in the beginning that this guy is unethical about trying to overcharge for something the customer requested versus his claims to buy a new refrigerator. Furthermore my wife asked him where his mask and gloves are and that he should never enter a home without them on considering his job of going into other customer homes throughout the day. She asked him to leave right then and she had to threaten calling 911 if he didn’t go immediately

This is the second time I have used these guys and the experience both times has been great. The tech came in yesterday to fix my washer and now it works perfectly. He only charged me the service visit because all it needed was an adjustment! I couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend.

ZERO stars! Very dishonest and major shysters! Rude customer service. Never received an email stating what the diagnosis of the work. Oh by the way, never did any work wanted to charge me an exuberant amount of money for a con job. Sure as heck ran with the service fee of 69.95. Stay away from this company. This is why people skeptical about service companies ripping them off. These guys are prime examples!

Had a refrigeration problem, they were able to fit me in the same day I called. He was punctual, and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a $1200 repair, so I opted not to use their services for the fix (buying a new fridge instead), but he explained everything very well and gave me tips on maintenance in the future.

Worst repair company ever! I do NOT recommend this company! The guy that came to fix my dryer issue at my condo was very unprofessional; he slammed stuff around and was talking under his breath the whole time he was working. Also, if you do not answer the call that they are on the way to your home, they dont even give you 5 minutes to call the office back, they immediately move on to the next customer and then wont see you that day and you will have to reschedule your appointment.

If it would let me give zero stars I would do it. I can sum up the experience with All Done Appliances in two words: dishonest and cowardly. It started when our all-in-one washer/dryer broke down. When the technician (Joe) arrived he said, “we don’t work on RV appliances”. I proceeded to inform him that these all-in-one units are used in smaller homes and apartments as well as well RV’s, but if he didnt want to work on it then that is fine. In hindsight, I wish he would have just stopped there, but he went ahead and did the troubleshooting. He gave me a break down of the possible issue and what the cost would be, and said he needed to order the part. He then went on to give me a speech about honesty and trust, and how they were relying on me to pay my bill when he came back with the parts. How ironic that is now! Two weeks later the same technician returned, and after about 45 minutes informed us that there must be a different problem, he couldn’t solve it, but we still owed him the money for the service call and part. Although disappointed already that he was not willing to try anything else than replace a part or troubleshoot the problem further, we paid. That should have been our first clue. Afterwards I took a look at the unit and it appeared nothing had been changed or replaced. Within 10 minutes of the technician leaving, we left a message on his cell phone that we wanted to have our original part returned, since after all it was ours. No response. We proceeded to leave a minimum of 6 voice mails on his cell phone that day, and at the office too stating our concerns. No responses. After 3 days of no response, I finally left one final message at the office to give them one last chance before using social media to let people know of our experience. You guessed it, no response. And here we are. Because they won’t produce the original part (and there’s no way he threw it away within 10 minutes) and it does not look like anything was changed out on our unit, we have no reason to believe the work was ever even done. Even if you really did throw it away, why not just call us back and tell us? We have since ordered an investigation on the charges and hope to recoup our money, but I felt it was important to share our experience so others are not ripped off by the company in the future. BUYER BEWARE, and I would stay and watch the repairs if I had to do it over again.

The best experience with a repair service company in my life ...I am 66 years old ...in my life time I have seen a couple of repair companyJoe is an exceptional human being, I call with a problem with my refrigerator, I like him at first glance, a polite guy, neat, he knows what is he doing and will explain what is your problem, will give you all the options, he even took the time to give me a free advice with a minor problem that I have with my washer machine and give me a tip to fix the problem myself if wanted tooI will advertise in my 55 plus community ( sweetwater)...this guy deserve to have a lot of customersI like his honesty ...probably this is because he is an ex marinesyes, call him first ...you will not disappointedhe will be number one on my list for appliance repair

WARNING: stay away from these guys!First to start, I called Saturday afternoon asking for service on my washing machine that will not drain. I was told that their earliest appointment would be Monday between 4-7 pm. Fine, Ill take the appointment.The day of, he called and said he was running early with his appointments. I rushed home from work 2.5 hours early.I gave the technician a few details about what is going on and how my washer wont drain.I let him be to work (trusting him in my house) and 5 minutes later I went to go check on him. He wasnt there. I thought he must have gone outside. I waited for him to come back in thinking he went to go get a part or a detection device.He came back in moments later stating that my pump died and that reapirs would be $285.Being the curious medical student I am, I politely asked the gentleman to explain to me how the process works and what kind of device is used to come to that conclusion of a dead pump.He continued to ignore my question and type something on his iPad. Not even looking up at me he said I just know thats what it is. His next lie was I used the testing settings on the machine.Again, curious about my property, I asked him to show me the settings. I walked out into the laundry room to the washers turn around, and he left out my back door. He got in his van, and left without saying a word!Confused and concerned, I called the office. I told the lady that I just had a tech at my house and he left without saying a word. Where did he go? Are you Mrs. Parker? Yes, can you explain to me thats going on. She said she didnt know, but that the technician text her saying he left. Upon continuing the conversation, she proceeds to tell me that the guy was one of the OWNERS!I am appalled by the experience I received with this business, and would never recommend them to anyone. On top of all that he kept mocking me when I asked him questions about my machine and making comments about my house... How rude. Im sorry but thats not how you do business. Especially when your website states your grandma rule :Treat EVERY customer like they were your grandma!IF you wouldnt want someone treating your grandma like that then you shouldnt eitherWell want to know something, I feel bad for your grandma, Sir.For all I know they could be a fake business and I let them in my house trusting him. Stay away from these guys.

I was told my motor was bad on my washer and repairs would be 3 hundred and something. I forgot I had a warranty on it still so I called GE and they sent one of their technicians out. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY WASHER, thank God. The fee for them to come out is 69$ needless to say. Thats all they got from me.
