We called Velocity because we had either rodents or squirrels in the attic. Something had died and the smell was horrible. My past experiences with other wildlife companies were not good which is why I waited. Finally I called Velocity at the recommendation of a neighbor. Brian came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a very reasonable estimate to correct the problem - about ¼ of what I was expecting. They came out when they said they would, were able to locate the dead rodents (that I spent two hours in the attic looking for myself but never found them), removed them, sanitized and closed up the entrances the rodent were using. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. My wife and I were very pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Velocity.

We had a little bat in our house. We called and spoke to Brian. He came to our house and took the time to educate us about bats and what to look for, as we are fairly new to the area and dealing with bats. I cannot tell you how personable and friendly he is! The company is a scam! After the inspection they tell you all kinda of stories about raccoons, squirrels, rats in your attic to scare you. We paid half the fee to have them come out and had to chase them down to come back out every time. The guy putting traps in the attic only placed them around the attic entrance vs going into the attic and placing them all around to catch rodents. Never came back out to finish the job. Very poor customer service, total scam and waste of money.

This Company came out collected half the payment and kept making excuse after excuse about starting the work. When they finally did come out a week after we hired them they spent 3 hours and charged us over $2000.00 to seal a few holes with chicken wire. Very unprofessional and never did show back up for the weekly appointments like they were supposed to. They never answer the phone and will not return the messages I leave. Very dissatisfied!

This company will not answer my calls or emails. They took our money and will not come back to finish the job and we still have the same problem. We want our money back!

Doug gave some of the best customer service I have ever had! I dont even think that poor boy ate lunch. I truly felt like he cared about making sure our children and family were safe from these nasty pests. I am terrified of them. He put up with all of my questions and even though I was having a bad day when he got there, I was very happy when he left for the work that he did. I have dealt with numerous companies in the past to address our rat problem and no matter what they did THEY STILL CAME BACK!! Other companies treated me like I was crazy when I told them that there were still rats up there in my attic. Velocity came and made sure my problem was truly resolved and my attic space sanitized. Brian and his team are very knowledgeable about rodent removal. They do it efficiently and without intrusion of your day. It is tempting to do these things yourself....NOT a good idea!! They are also equipped for figure out where the intrusion breech is and eliminate that. Again.... tempting to do that yourself. You will regret that. I highly recommend Brian and Velocity to all .

Had an armadillo problem. They removed 2 over time. Was an issue to reach them, get them to respond or come to your location once trap is in place. Ended up having another burrow a few weeks after they removed the trap. They were disinterested to help. Ended up purchasing a trap myself. They offer the 1 month trap that is over $300 and a return fee for later, but certainly not worth it.

Brian came out to our house for a problem that we thought we had. Turned out that there wasnt a problem at all. He is honest and very helpful and could of taken advantage of the situation. It is rare to find honest and trustworthy people these days and it is very refreshing when you do. I would recommend him to all my friends. Give him a call.

Last week a received a frantic call from my wife. A large black snake had slithered into our house and she and our dogs where freaking out. I immediately called Velocity Wildlife. Brian and his team where quick to respond to my urgent need arriving at our home just 15 minutes after our call. These guys where incredibly professional and got that snake out of my house in minutes for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Velocity for all your wildlife pest control needs!

I had great service with this company in the beginning. I would have given them a rating of 5. They removed the bats and cleaned/sterilized the area. The bats returned in January 2020. I called this company and since they didn’t have a person in Alabama now, they would hook me up with another company in Alabama. One of the co-owner even said he would come if he had to. The company in Alabama called and scheduled 3 times but cancelled every time the day before the service appointment. I have called numerous times to Velocity but no one will return my calls. This has been going on since January and now it is April. Now the deadline for removing bats is over. Obviously they don’t care about their customers, They just wanted our money and don’t care about people living with live bats, dead bats, and their droppings in their attic!! I will not recommend this company!!

Worst experience Ive had with a company. Hired them to humanely rid of mice in my home. Paid $800 for someone to only come a few times only to never hear from them again. I have tried countless times to reach someone and left many, many messages with no response. I still have mice and now short $800. Unless you want to be ripped off, look somewhere else.

I really can’t say enough good things about Velocity. We had a huge problem with rats at our house in Riverside and Velocity not only diagnosed the multiple issues quickly but got them taken care of rapidly and efficiently. The rodents tore up a bunch of the duct work in our crawlspace and Velocity put us in contact with the right people to help us get that fixed for a great price as well. Brian was very responsive to my texts and calls and we didn’t feel like customers, we truly felt like we were getting help for the problem from a friend who wanted to help. That may sound “corny” but customer service is something that is severely lacking in most jobs these days. Not here. If we ever have a problem again (knock on wood I hope not) I know exactly who we will call.

Very expensive for what they did. Changed up a service that was on the work order, where they charged $275 when they were suppose to sterilize the attic/wall voids. All they did was pop open a can of something up there. They promised a partial refund, but I never received. Bad communication and bad service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
