Found a big snake skin near my patio emailed a photo to them to make sure it wasnt harmful. Very fast and helpful response! Very knowledgeable also!

No doubt that you guys are truly experts at this stuff. Your staff is just phenomenal, and you know all the places that rats will hide. It stunned me that they could build homes in places where you discovered. I didnt even know how they were able to get into there. That says a lot to me about the kind of training and expertise your guys have. Just great for sure. I worry sometimes that rats will get back into our home, but at least I know that if they do I have a weapon to stop them from staying around. When I came home from work and found a shed snakeskin in my laundry room I was a bit terrified. Our relatively new luxury apartment complex has the obligatory retention pond that has been producing water moccasins. I found David through a Google search and sent him a picture. Great customer service, had a problem with a possum in my garage and David was going to come out and help. However the next day the possum and her babies were gone.
