Dryer Vent Cleaning, LLC provided very good service overall They were clean and very professional. Unfortunately, they were unable to perform a complete dryer vent duct cleaning because my attic dryer duct work was out of code and needed to be redone, so they adjusted their fee to reflect that. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the technician said he would follow up with a quote to replace my out-of-code dryer ducting, but they never did.

Julian was very courteous and professional. The company was very reasonable and our dryer works like new again after having the duct cleaned and a new vent cap installed on the roof. The previous owner of the house put one on that had a screen that trapped the lint in the tube. Julian noticed that immediately upon arrival and installed a new one. The dryer used to take 3 cycles to dry 5 towels. Now it works perfectly in 1 cycle as it should.

I made an appointment on the site. Recieved confirmation immediately via text. Due to an oversite of my sons open house, I called 2 days later to cancel and reschedule. I gave my name and address to the representative and she immediately said we were going to cancel anyways because we are located in St. Augustine. I was thrown off by the response and was picking my son up from school so I was not able to discuss what was just said. I went back to look at the site and it clearly states Jacksonville as the first city they service. I do not live in a high crime area by any means. If they dont service Jacksonville, this needs to be removed from the site.

They came out today, I believe it was Juan. He spoke to me about my current vent; their was lint all over and we’ve only been in the new house a year. I agree to go with a new vent he recommended.
