Sat and had great conversation, got my brakes changed, and two new tires. These guys know how to get it done and get you out of there in a timely manner. Only person that I know in Jacksonville with a warranty.

They are fantastic! I hate taking my car into the shop. So stressful. But these guys are so, so good. They work with you, have seemingly infinite patience, and wont do you wrong, like so many other mechanics Ive been to in the past. Wont let anyone else touch my car, who after 16 years, is like family.

Not up front about total costs.I give shops the benefit of the doubt because they’re the experts but ASK the total price before agreeing to service here.Went in for a tire and an oil change. Apparently needed spark plugs too, expected to pay about $400 with labor tax etc. I had to do the math, wasn’t presented with a total. My fiancé is Navy and out of state, I was prepping the car to relocate us.Danny fast-talked me into a bunch of add-ons that I didn’t realize were a $324 tune-up package (something we just had done 6 months ago) and again did not quote me a total price. I 100% would have remembered him saying $750. He said “fuel injector cleaner” which I’ve paid $7.99 for at autozone. Was not told the $90 price of an alignment and wasn’t asked if I wanted the $50 tire warranty.When I picked it up at 4:30pm and heard the $750 total I couldn’t argue because Danny wasn’t there (the desk guy was perfectly nice and not responsible for this) and I didn’t get an itemized receipt/explanation until I’d run my card since the desk guy was busy talking to a mechanic.The cherry on top is my fiancé called Danny to discuss and he lied to him about me, claiming I said I’d “never had a tune up”. I said I wasn’t sure I’d ever had spark plugs done. Disputing it with Navy Federal and won’t be back. There’s 5 other shops within blocks.

Dan and his team at this location are fabulous!!! We put 4 new tires on our 67 Mustang while we were visiting in Jax Beach (tires started separating and wobbling on our trip from Tampa). These guys were professional, responsive, and prompt in their service. We were back on the road in a couple of hours and so happy with their service! Way to go guys! Keep up the good work!

Ladies beware!! These guys lied to me several times. I had squeaky brakes and decided to go here to have them fixed. They called me and said that my rotors were warped and I needed new shocks in order for the new brakes to work properly. I got a credit card to pay the $1300 it cost me. Immediately my ABS light came on and they told me it was badly corroded and I needed a new one, that will cost me another $800. I said I would have it done when I could afford it. Well, this happened to affect my brake lights and I was almost rear ended because of it. I went back to the shop and they said that the new part would fix the light problem. I can’t afford it right now so the guy told me that if I bought the part online he would install it at a discounted rate. I am frustrated at the cost and service so I took it to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop told me that IT’S ILLEGAL FOR A SHOP IN FLORIDA TO INSTALL SAFETY PARTS ON A VEHICLE IF THEY WERE NOT PURCHASED BY THAT SHOP. I’m a girl, do you think I know this!?!? NO. They took advantage of me. The new shop said it isn’t corroded, but rather it’s just broken. Thanks for all the lies and risking my life and everyone else I drove around, because you are out for the dollars.

The facility was clean and the customer service was outstanding! They worked with me when I explained what kind of time crunch I was on. They even followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and referred to me too a couple companies that help me out. Tires, believe it or not, actually have birthdays and expiration dates.I wont go into detail about my purchases.I DO however, HIGHLY SUGGEST that before you buy any more tires from ANY TIRE DEALER, that you educate yourself on what Tire Expiration Dates are, how to identify them, AND THEN ENSURE, YOURSELF, BY LOOKING AT THE TIRES ON THE CAR AFTER INSTALLATION, BUT BEFORE THE CAR IS LOWERED...THAT THE TIRES ARE RELATIVELY NEW.DO. NOT. ACCEPT. OLD. OR. CLOSE. TO. EXPIRATION. DATE. TIRES. UNDER. ANY. CIRCUMSTANCE. WHATSOEVER!!!Refuse out of date tires. They are potentially deadly.

Had a puncture in a tire, they fixed it for free but also gave me a quote on 4 new tires. The price was good so I booked the appointment. I was in on a Saturday morning and had it done in about an hour and a half. Very nice guys and they seem to care about the work they do. Definitely recommend!

I brought my car in to get a new starter, they charged me when it was done, and then it wouldnt start when I tried to leave. They kept my car for two days after that only to tell me I had to take it elsewhere because of a bigger electrical issue. I asked for a refund and they refused. I had it towed to RPM and they told me that Tire Kingdom had put in the wrong starter. They replaced it that day and I had to call my bank and have them reverse the original transaction.Ive heard theyre great for maintenance like oil changes and tire replacements, but dont let them near your car for even the most minor repairs.

Make an appointment to just repair a leaky tire . He said to come back in a couple of hours. I did that. Still waited an hour and a half just to repair a leak in one tire. Would not come back. Also cost me $32.74. Most I’ve ever paid for a repair has been $20And should only take 15 minutes

This store and the manger who runs it tried to con me into spending $1800 dollars on struts, tires and shocks!! i had a feeling that I was being scammed and I took my car to my trusted mechanic who told me I needed ZERO work on my car. Everything is fine and in great working order! The manager of Tire Kingdom BLEW UP MY PHONE THREE TIMES to get me to bring my car in so I could WASTE my money on service I didnt need. COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL!! STAY AWAY!!

I just got an oil change here and realized when I got home that the mileage they wrote on the sticker said 43,129, but the mileage on my odometer says 45,745. I live about 8 miles from this tire kingdom. It could have been a mistake, but thats not just 1 digit that was wrong and it makes it look like I need to come back sooner than I actually do. Other than that it seemed fine

Just got my car serviced for an oil change and alignment. Two days later my car was not driving properly and over heating. My boyfriend checked the oil in my car and guess what... no oil???? This never happened before they touched my car. Do not trust them.

Went in and purchased 4 new tires and alignment. Had to follow up at the St. Augustine location because they did not balance the new tires. All 4 tires were grossly out of balance. They also did not accurately log my mileage which would of made my warranty “expired” immediately. Thankfully I was able to call and bring it to their attention and they made a note on my account correcting the mileage. Only giving 2 stars because they were friendly and had our car done within the eta given.

Great crew at this location. The manager, Dylan, and sales guy, Frankie, are honest folks. I came in after another place told me an oil change couldnt be done today and they saved my day. I have a newer car and was worried they wouldnt have the filter in stock but Frankie took the time to verify he had the exact filter in stock.

I have been going to tire kingdom for a few years now, but I’m losing faith about their abilities. When I took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation, they told me that one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and it was there fault. That was no big deal I knew they would fix it for free. A few months later I needed rear brakes so I figured I would do it myself to save money. To my surprise when I tried to take one of the tiers off, two lug nuts were cross threaded. I took it back to them and they fixed it no charge. It’s really easy to put lug nuts on correctly. I will not be getting my truck serviced there anymore. If they are capable of messing up something so simple God knows what else they will screw up!

Made appointment was there a 15 minutes party appointment they did say that they were going to be in it was going to be an hour and a half away and we ended up waiting two and a half hours otherwise they do great work

This was the third trip for the same problem after buying tires from the same store. Then the quality of service is so bad that I had to go to and get screws for the caps on rims as they lost at least one screw per rim. In my opinion this store needs better personnel.

I was grossly misquoted a turn around time on a simple oil change. Waited for 2 1/2 hours even though I was told an hour 1/2 wait time. Showed up and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes then was told my car hasn’t been touched and realistically won’t be done today. Complete waste of my time. The front desk clerk appeared to have just rolled out of bed.Complete waste of my time

They are always very friendly on the phone & in person. My husband and I have both had good service and would recommend them to anyone needing air to, oil change, to new tires.

They didnt complete half the work. Had my car for over 7 hours. Claimed the work was done. It was no charge services that were covered under warranty but still unacceptable. Had to speak to the manager because rep didnt want to fix problem. Had to sit & wait for 1st service to be done. Didnt realize about 2nd service until I left. Have to take car back again. Very aggravating. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because manager trying to correct problem.

Second time Ive brought my truck up to get aligned, the tech said the tie rods cant be broken loose. I asked if they heated them,they said yes.I went home and heated with a simple hand torch and they screw off with fingers.I paid for 3 yr alignment, do your jobs

Im giving this location one star because I cant give zero. Brandon was unprofessional and spoke poorly of his staff to customers. He made some unwarranted drug references with another customer. Hes very arrogant and rude. After having my tire fixed, an hour later the warning light came back on. Ill be visiting the TK on San Jose Blvd where Ive been going for two years.

Please save yourself!! Do not! I repeat do not not only in this location but 9A & Atlantic Blvd also. Had on oil change done about a year ago and after 1000 miles my engine light is on saying that is hot and needs oil?! Added oil myself I said to myself don’t go there anymore.Later I decided to give it another try to a different location and it’s even worse! The didn’t put enough oil, the radiator cap was loose and gone. Stopped to the nearest one and they topped it of, also they wanted to sell me a $100 diagnostic fee???..Please save yourself the trouble. Never going back again.

I asked for a nail to be plugged for which I would pay...they said my tire was too old to plug and wouldnt do it. I asked for a quote for four new tires and an alignment...their quote was $150 more expensive than Big Cheif Tire for the exact same tires and service. Not to mention, the staff was not very friendly or customer-focused. I went to Big Cheif on Philips highway instead. Big Cheif was extremely friendly, gave me honest prices, and didnt hassle me like Tire Kingdom. It was well worth a drive across town.

Fiance had a flat tire. Their computers were down but they went ahead and patched it anyway... for free. Awesome service!

I took two cars here within six months of each other for an oil change. When the first car started to have a rod knocking due to low oil I didnt think anything. Thought maybe I had a leak. But then today my other car broke down. When I brought it in to be looked at guess what? NO OIL! I called to speak to someone and the guy pretty much made it out like I was stupid THEN wouldnt stop interrupting me THEN hung up on me! So moral of the story they hire sub par mechanics and I wouldnt bring my car here to save my life.

Worst place I have ever been. I went for an alignment and was informed that I needed 350 dollar repair of both outer and my left inner tire rods by the Sales person. After talking with the mechanic he informed me to buy new tires before getting the tire rods repaired. I bought new tires from a different place and they told me my tire rods were perfect. Then I brought my car to another place and they said the same thing. TIRE KINGDOM LIED TO GET MY MONEY for something that didnt need to be fixed!! (Apparently Tire Kingdom employees get paid off of commission and were just trying to sell me something where I needed it or not.)Afterwards, I spoke with several friends who all said the same thing about their experiences. Tire Kingdom always finds something different from what you came for and tries to sell it too you. I advise everyone to get a second opinion about anything they say you need besides what you went for.

So I just got home from work today (6pm) and pulled in to CVS at the beach. Drove off and realized I had a huge screw lodged in my tire. I called this Jax Bch Tire Kingdom since I didnt want to wake up to a flat tire tomorrow morning. I was told to bring it on in. Once I got there Frankie took my keys and brought it into the garage. The technician patched my tire and had my keys back to me in about 30 min. When I went to go pay Frankie tells me not to worry about it, they werent going to charge for that. Are you serious? Free late day, last minute flat tire patch? He said, Hey just whenever youre ready for some new tires come and see us. Umm yea I think I will sir. Thank you guys!

Horrible. I went there due to my car not staying started. They told me my engine was blown and to scrap my car. I got it towed to Coastal Automotive for a second opinion. Turns out it was the catalytic converter.Not a very smart crew here...

Id been putting off getting my warped brake rotors replaced for some time, and finally it caught up with me.Caliper stuck, halfway engaged, began heating up the pads against the rotor. Fire, fire, fire! At 70 down the freeway, I notice a nice plume of white smoke trailing my car. A nice, violent shaking was soon to follow, as the rotors began to warp more and more from the heat; further engaging themselves against what was left of my brake pads.Got recommended to come here from the local Napa Auto Parts store, good call. The O Rieleys Auto Parts place, right up the road from Napa, tried to push me off to Coastal Autos. Yeah, that place is a SHANTY. Knee deep in jungle weed grass, and its basically a vehicle lot for broken down cars from what I could tell. Very unprofessional looking, extremely shady/creepy.Here at this Tire Kingdom, the staff is very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very fairly priced as well. My brake pads, all the way around on my car, were down to the metal. Rotors of up front are totally shot, and the rears are warping. Only ~$1000 for a new caliper for the one that caught fire, new brake lines/fluid, and pads/rotors on all 4 wheels. Id say thats fair, considering how poor of condition mine were in.Lessons learned:-This Tire Kingdom is THE place to go, for things like this. Oil changes, whatever. They dont run you around the mill, trying to milk you for everything youre worth. They give you straight up answers on what needs to be done, and what can wait.-Dont ignore your brakes, or else theyll hate you, with the burning fury of a dying star. Literally.
