These guys are great! I had an appointment for first thing in the morning and decided to drop my car off the night before. I arrived about 5:15pm as the close at 5:30 and wanted to hand my keys to someone. They said they could get my service completed that afternoon. I was shocked. I go here for all my car care needs because they are reasonably priced, they are not smarmy, they have never given me any reason to not trust their recommendations, they are local, and my older car runs great.

Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is clean and large. Their prices are good. I feel confident that when I go in for an appointment I’m not getting taken advantage of like some places when a woman comes in.

We brought our Honda to the dealership for a recall issue and they wanted to conduct maintenance and repairs with an estimate of over $1200. Auto shops have a bad reputation for taking advantage of women. I have not ever had an issue here. I’ve been bringing my car here for years and they’re always good to me. Everyone is polite, respectful, helpful, they don’t over sell or up charge me. They make me feel like I’m part of the family and they keep my car running right. That’s a big relief for me to know I can trust them. I appreciate everyone here and recommend everyone I know bring their vehicle here.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks(work trailer tire blew with 16k lbs on it, my battery died in my personal vehicle, and needed a plug in a tire) and every single time Shaun and his crew have gone above and beyond. Fast, knowledgeable, great pricing, if you need any auto service from tires to batteries to AC don’t even think about going anywhere else in town! Very impressed at how they run everything and will continue to come here for any auto needs.

Took my Ford Explorer in because it was shaking when I drove over 60 mph. Ended up being a weight balance issue . The employees at DeSalvo took care of the issue quick and efficiently. Very courteous!

The price of my service was affordable and the speedy, tremendous work on my tire was a 10/10. I called due to a flat and the owner said come on in with no appointment, no prior notice. The service lasted 25 minutes max and I was out the door before I knew it. Everyone was incredibly kind and I didn’t feel disrespected as a woman in a car shop.

Worked with Sean. We ordered two tires that came in the following day. He also did an alignment, replaced a low beam bulb and windshield wipers. Wish it would have been a little cheaper, I had no coupons. But the service was very good!

The mechanic side swiped my vehicle when pulling it out of the bay. Luckily I spotted it through the window as a whole ordeal unfolded. I could tell from his body language that he was going to try to pretend nothing happened so I confronted him.. The manager barely gave a response when I notified him and then sent the employee off for drug testing prior to the police arriving. I would have preferred the police officer do the sobriety test, because he was obvious that this was a very clumsy and senseless accident. The manager didnt even apologize. Embarrassing! Shame on you...

Great place. Good deal on some tires. Shaun the store manager was very honest. I thought I needed breaks on my truck. They looked at it and told me no my breaks were fine. Took in two cars and they took very good care of me and got it all finished same day. This will be my go to shop from now on.

I highly recommend these guys, amazing service and highly professional ...I own a tree service and pull a heavy duty trailer around daily and blew a tire early Tuesday morning on the way to gas station, so I called randomly spur of the moment and Shaun answered and was immediate help for us after going to two other places that were zero help .Not only could he help us immediately on the side of assisting a full bay of cars already he recommended better tires for my trailer that I definitely needed and have been looking for so I ended up getting 4 tired vs 1 .30 mins later we had all four tires put on rims and installed on trailer with 16k pounds of equipment loaded on top it as well . I was amazed I’ve never had better service .. we were off to continue or day .5 stars !!!!

Went in this morning for an inspection on the F150 I just purchased. Shaun asked if there was anything in particular that I was concerned about, so I told him it was making an odd noise when I accelerated uphill between 45 and 70 mph. He said he would have his tech drive it over the ditch so they could see what it was doing in that situation. After the tech drove it initially, Shaun went for a ride as well to see for himself what it was doing. When they got back, Shaun took me into the garage while the truck was on the lift to show me what they were concerned about. My truck is still under warranty so I asked if there was anything they saw that wouldnt be covered and he said no, the driveshaft was the only thing they saw that needed attention. I will be taking it to a dealership for the repairs but I will be bringing it back here afterwards to make sure the dealer did what they should have to fix it. As a female, I have been ripped off in the past at other shops at the beach (starts with a T and rhymes with smire smingdom for one). Other places I have used before would have definitely found something else fairly expensive that wasnt covered under warranty, but the ONLY issue they saw was one they knew was covered. Unfortunately I dont live in Florida anymore, I would definitely be a regular customer if I did, but I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I will be back for anything that may be needed when I am in town.

I love the team at De Salvo, especially Shawn! I’ve taken my car to them 3 times now for various reasons. I was referred to them when I first moved to Neptune Beach and even though I live closer to St. Augustine now, I won’t take my car anywhere else because I can always count on them to take care of me. They were a second opinion after taking our vehicle to the dealership and the diagnostic charge was literally $100 LESS at DeSalvo! I had some uneven tire wear on my truck. The guys down the street said I needed a full vehicle inspection and an alignment and they couldn’t get me in until the next day, And he was a bit snarky about it. From my untrained eye, they didn’t seem very busy. Anyway, on my way home, I drove by the Tireoutlet and though I would give them a try. They were very busy. I suspected it may be a couple days out, however, the helpful friendly guy behind the counter said he could work my truck in right away. It was done within an hour. He explained exactly was was wrong and took care of the problem. I was very impressed! They have earned my future business as well. I highly recommend them!

I was traveling from out of town and my tire pressure was low. I called them they got me in within an hour so I went to lunch and they fixed my flat. (Nail in tire). My lunch cost me more than the tire. They did an excellent job and very professional! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! My wife and I stopped here while traveling to get vibration inspected. What I thought was going to be a simple wheel balance turned out to be an issue with the manufacturer of the tires themselves. But these guys didn’t try to sell us on spending thousands of dollars on new tires that day. They said when y’all get home I’d recommend looking into it. They called us later that day to make sure we made it back safely and without issue. They didn’t try to up charge or up sell us on anything we didn’t need. They made sure we would be safe for the travel and after and wow were they great! If you need a service, a rotation, or anything, these guys and their customer service is outstanding ! When they called us back they recommended local tire shops they know of and are very thorough!
