On my way to USA car care I had gotten lost as I’m not from there nor have I ever really been to Jackson but they stayed open later so that I was able to have done what I needed done and I appreciated that more then I could express. Extremely nice people!

Sadly this location just burnt down today so this location is no longer in operation. Sad news for jackson

They were very nice until something went wrong. The catalytic converter on my car was installed incorrectly. As a result it broke and wasnt covered under the warranty so a new converter had to be purchased. USA Auto was rude and was not standing by their work so it went to small claims court. The judge decided in my favor. It has been over 21 days and USA Auto has STILL NOT done the right thing. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Eric is the best. I wouldnt trust van with no one else but him and Larry. They have fair prices. His work is great. Eric has even taught me a lot about cars by letting me watch when he works on my van. USA Car Care is a great place to take your car. If he cant do the work he will tell next great place to take your car to. Thats what makes Eric great hes up front honest with you.

I been dealing with them for years really honest ppl that you can count on I live in Albion and I will travel over to Jackson just to get my vehicle repaired there because most of the time Eric said bring it right in. My wife use to live and Jackson and she introduced me and I appreciate these guys

These guys are the best! Best prices and service in Jackson! Very friendly and trustworthy; they have even sent me away a couple of times saying I didnt need the repair that the dealer was trying to convince me to do. That doesnt make them any money, so thats how you know its honest advice!
