Awesome, got me in right away and completed quality tire puncture repair quickly and professionally.

This place is awesome and professional! Chris (I believe was his name) got to my location as quick as possible and wasn’t able to fix my issue at the location. But he was patient while I found the repair shop that had all the parts needed and offered suggestions. I had been dealing with this issue for over four hours so I was frustrated but on the ride to the shop he offered words of encouragement and advice!! He is a true professional! All my money is going to fix the repair but I told him I was going to send him a tip AND I MEAN IT! Thank you for your help

I have had to use them 2x so far. The first time it was at a friends house very tight drive it had be raining and no one would give me the time of day. They showed up super fast and had no issue with getting my carBoth times the price was super cheap for roll back . Super nice people. . I had a cut on my left front tire the day after Christmas. I took it to Gene’s Tire & Wrecker Service. It was a very short wait. They put a replacement tire on in less than 15 minutes. The employees are very friendly and efficient.

Cheap to get your spare put on. I would have paid more so I tipped the super nice guys who did it. I will probably buy my tires here too.

I own an agency for United Van Lines, unfortunately trucks breakdown. One of my oversized straight trucks broke down after hours. John helped my driver get the truck to the shop and took him and his crew to the hotel. This is the kind of effort and any service business should strive for from their employees. Please dont hesitate to call these guys when you need help.

Progressive has them down as someone to assist with roadside assistance ...well i was informed that @430 in morning is to early they have to find someone thatll wake up to come help 🚮🚮 pay 50$ month for roadside assistance jus to be pushed aside!! Smh well will be changing progressive asap!!!

I called the place, and asked for the tire size. They told me that they had it. Then when I got there, I waited 20 minutes just to be told that they do not have the tire.

Verizon Roadside customer service gave them a wrong number (never heard of it) twice. And Charlie came out and sought my truck out anyway. Came into the hotel and asked for me. Very nice young man.

A tierod broke on my oldsmobile. I called them up very early in the morning, got a hold of them. I had to wait a half hour for the wrecker to come in, but he had to get their plus it was a half hour before they started towing anyway. But yeah he got their, got me up on the truck quickly and had me on my way. Not to mention he was very respectful, a not to common trait nowadays.

Guy was confrontational like he wanted to fight because I asked was that the best tire he had.Then the overweight neo-Nazi looking dude said whatever when I tried to apologize even though he was wrong.Luckily I am not the same guy I was growing up in the worst part of Memphis.Not a good place to go if you are the wrong color on the wrong day.
