I have a 1973 Corvette and have had trouble with mechanics in the past. After taking it to Capitol Front End,the car runs and handles great! Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided! The best front end shop

No type of customer service. They do great work but the attitudes there is trash. Instead of being greeted like a customer the guy in the office looked at me as though I wasnt suppose to be there. Who ever was in the office needs a reality check and if I wouldve known his attitude was so nasty before my car was dropped off there I wouldve rather my car went to another shop that actually appreciates customers!

These guys are extremely trustworthy. Not only is their customer service great, they will not let you leave without your vehicle running correctly. I am very picky about who I let touch my car. Capitol Front End is hands down the best.

These guys have treated us very well. Its hard to find Subaru service in central Mississippi. Trust them completely.

We bought two new tires from Capital in the fall. Paid full price. We had dealt with them before so it actually never occurred to us there might be an issue. Not three months in we get shaking on the car. Then all of a sudden boom, Im flat on Lakeland. Turns out the tire had a knot in it. Well, that happens occasionally. The only other two times Ive had it occur the place where I bought the tire was very kind about replacing it. Well, we took the tire back to Capital and even the guy running the place was like oh thats a bad tire! It was, you could see where it had separated and the wires had already been poking out. While he admitted it had a knot in it hed do nothing about it. Not only was it not replaced but he would not even offer a discount on the next tire and indeed the price went up 15 dollars. Which of course we did not pay because when that one has a knot he wont exchange it either presumably. Not only have I never seen a place act like that, who buys a brand new tire- not used- but brand new and expects to only get 3 months out of it?! Thats nuts. I wouldnt fool with these people. The tire had wires sticking out when they put it on and we were reassured all was well. And they know us over there so its not like there was any question as to when we bought the thing. You sell someone a new tire and they are back in 3 months with a blow out from a knot and you dont feel like you owe them at least a discount? That is no way to do business. Take your car to Sams or Riverbend tire or someplace where they feel some responsibility to sell you something that theyll back. Because these people have no shame. Its sad too because they lost another couple hundred dollars in business from us and we lost someone we thought was reliable. But I dont feel safe purchasing from them now. If I cant buy it new and have it work what good is it?

Attitudes are garbage. I walked in the office and everyone looked shocked, including the kids. If you hate customers, black ones, purple ones, pink ones, brown ones, get someone to handle the front end. Needless to say, their front end needs an alignment.
