These apartments are trash I haven’t had air for over a month and since it’s getting hot now it’s getting unbearable. Said they only need to plug one hole to get me air and that was 2 weeks ago. Not to mention rent too high. I recommend this place to no one put your time into getting a house.

What ever you do, please dont move here. As convenient as this may be for you please if you can financially pay the extra money to go across the street or else where. Ive been here since September and when I say nothing I mean absolutely nothing has been done from any work order Ive made. Its only getting worse. Maintenance ( well one of the men does all he can) but that lil fat one, baby when I say lazy. That one is so lazy. The phones never work. They dont answer emails and at this point its best I contact the better business bureau and my lawyer.

If only I could post pictures I have. Parking lot been leaking sewer since October. Mid January it finally made it to the units. Sewer water coming out of tubs sinks toilets. Whole apartment flooded it’s a two bedroom we had to cram everything into that one and the rest in the far corner of the living room area as far from the flooding as we could. On top of all that have had a broken window for about 3 weeks now they won’t fix. They’ve been unhelpful you can’t ever get ahold of them. Not to mention the expenses out of our pocket to try and clean the stuff up constantly or eating out because we can’t even use our kitchen. The list absolutely goes on and on. If you’re looking for a bando then this is the place for you otherwise avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time.

I lived here several years ago and they were alright but now. You cant even get anyone to repons to an inquiry for information. The property looks worse than previously. I think I may have dodged a bullet. But no one responds to calls or emails from a prospective tenant who left contact information. I can only imagine how they treat tenants.

Dont pay that $150 because you cant get it back. I did my application October 2020 and called them everyday for 3 weeks. Everytime they answered they took my name, and number, and never called back. January 2021, I just got a call asking do I want the apt. I just want my money back but I was told I cant get it back.

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to nobody.. I’m a current resident and my apartment is very raggedy, management very poor and maintenance don’t fix anything. I have to constantly beg for my apartment to be fixed, due to backed up sewer water it’s coming into my apartment master bedroom.. it has been flooding since the beginning of December2020. I have two small babies and I’m afraid that’ll get sick from MILDEW/MOLD.. they never answer nor respond to let you know anything, it’s very sad and unacceptable for kids to live like this!! They was supposed to move us into another apartment but they never did!! We have lots of damage and way more UNFIXED things. We will be SUING!!!

I recently applied for these apartments. I paid the application and reservation fee to move in October 2020. I have not been able to reach management about the status of my application. It’s been almost 2 weeks. It doesn’t take that long to either approve or deny someone. I drove by the apartment complex to check them out and already I see poor foundation, amenities are not up to part, pool area is horrible and poorly kept. I also had the pleasure of speaking to a few residence and they have informed me that this place is absolutely horrible. They have water issues, roofing issues, mold and the management staff can not afford to fix anything (hence the pool area). I know the application fee is non-refundable, but I want my $100 reservation fee back ASAP or there will be a lawsuit. The photos and information online is very misleading and I refuse to stay here. If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would because they don’t even deserve that ONE star.

I paid reservation fee and application fee, called to check the status, you can never get anyone on the phone or to respond back to you. But the fees are not refunded, when they didnt even do their jobs to actually see if a person gets approved for the apartment.

Unsafe, dirty complex with THE WORST management. Got bought by some new Slumlord and its worse than ever. Cant get them on the phone. Cant get a copy of your lease. Got a letter in the mail that my renters insurance was terminated because of the changeover to the new slumlord and they STILL make me pay for renters insurance I dont have. Dog droppings everywhere. Drugs, crime and sketchy people all over. Cant wait to move out.

We love the pool and got plenty of parking too. the apartment bigger than our last one.

The worst apartment Ive ever lived in. Filled with drugs and crime. Lived here for a year and I was literally overjoyed to move out of that awful place. Do yourself a favor and rent literally everywhere else.

THis place is horrible bugs, maintenance is slow, apartment manager doesn’t care. Would not advise anyone to move here
