Let me start by saying if I could give 10 stars I would, but I am limited to 5! The WHOLE team at TC Property Management has gone WAY above and beyond for us as owners on a daily basis! We teamed up with them less than a year ago and it has been a blessing ever since. TC Property Management and their team has accomplished more for our property in the last 10 months then we ever expected. You can see that they care and treat our property as if it were their own by their actions and their decisions on a daily basis. You can judge the quality of a management company by how they care for their tenants. At TC Property Management they are very professional and quick to respond to the needs of each tenant. Amazing Company, you will not be disappointed to have them care for your rental property! I would highly recommend them.

I have rented property from TC property and have used their property management for a rental property, so I have experienced both sides of this company. The professionalism from this company is excellent. They take care of the tenant as well as the owners of the properties like no other management company. They listen to you and find the right house that fits your needs. Max and Heather at the front were so nice, listened to me, answered all my questions and found the right house for me and my family. This service is why I chose them for my property management. They have managed my property for over 10 years and I have never had a problem. They communicate very well and keep you VERY informed with everything pertaining to your property. Nancy in maintenance has always been very thorough and timely with every request my tenants have ever had and have kept me updated throughout the way. I would say they are an A+ company and you will not be disappointed.

A great rental Agency, weve been with them 1 year and just signed a lease for another. They have been so kind and understanding with any issue we have/ have had! They pay attention and will certainly try their best to fix any problems you have . They are respectful of your time and life situations. They have the Rentors interests at heart and that is SO important when dealing with a Landlord especially in these hard times. I would reccommend them to anyone needing a home or appartment that cannot currently afford to own a home. They are so worth it and their service and dedication speaks volumes..😊💞

Did not walk through rental house as told they would on a monthly basis! We were told that we could not go to property to check on it - they would handle it.Our property is ruined! So much damage to the property! There is no way that they were checking on this property! Second renter to totally destroy the home and we have to pay to repair everything! Outrageous!I will make it my lifetime goal to see that this company will not do this to another homeowner! This is outrageous! All carpet (new carpet) is ruined! Vinyl floor we paid them to replace is peeling up and the floor is warped! Was suppose to have been repaired by their maintenance because we werent allowed to use our own contractor! The back sliding glass is shattered! Stove top (just replaced entire stove/oven) had been severely burned and the wall behind it damaged! The inside of the oven had been used as a BBQ grill! Charcoal inside! Ridiculous! The house smells badly enough to make you sick to your stomach! I suspect they were manufacturing meth!They could NOT have ever checked on this home without smelling the odor inside! Its sickening! Around the garage door has been backed into Black soot all above garage door from what appears to be smoking meat in the garage! Holes cut into the walls! Pure filth!!House was totally disgusting! Likely tens of thousands of dollars in damage! Absolutely unacceptable!

She was always very responsive and genuinely cared about my needs as a property owner as well as the needs of the tenants. The tenants Town and Country rented my property to have taken great care of the home. I highly recommend Town and Country Property Management.

We have nothing but wonderful interactions with the property management group. Lori in particular, has gone above and beyond to make our horrible experiences with the home owners tolerable and endurable. For example, the home owner would not allow a wall to be painted completely leaving a wall that was different colors about halfway up, the property management company paid for this to be fixed since the owner would not. We paid for the pump repair on their pool, as they would not. We had the house professionally cleaned upon leaving, the owners tried to find fault. Lori and the property management group told them we left it in better shape than when we moved in. The heating element went out in the microwave, the owner tried to say I broke it. Lori loaned us a microwave until the one in the house was replaced. Anytime we had an issue the property management people were on top of it, often having to fight with the owner to get it done. Some repairs were not completed because of the owner. They, the owners, entered the home without notifying us while we under lease! And turned on the pump to the pool while we were out of town at the beginning of March! While I would recommend leasing from Town and Country, I would not ever recommend someone lease 32 king David. Thank you Lori and staff for trying to make our horrible experience not quite so horrid. It was because of the owners that we leased a new property in February and paid rent through the end of our contract which is mid April. We are out hundreds of dollars, on the pump, and electricity for the pump to run the month of March, that the owners REFUSE to reimburse us for not to mention that they broke contract by not doing what they stated they would at the beginning of the lease. These people are greedy and controlling. Not the kind of people to do business with! But Town and Country have been purely professional and have tried to make the situation as fair as possible and for that we thank you.

Town & Country Property Management has managed my property for at least 15 years now. I am very satisfied with the service I have received. TCPM acquires the tenants, collects the rent, gets my approval on repairs and handles all phases of management. I give them a 5 out of 5 rating. Excellent long term company. I am very satisfied.

Sandy is probably the most pleasant woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! She was so nice and helpful for me and my fiancé. They’re very professional and I’m glad we rent from them!

Totally unprofessional! I am current living in one of their properties and immediately started experiencing a pest control problem. I was told that pest would come out every three months. I moved in February and it is now the end of July i have not had anyone come spray my apartment. When I called to see why I was told that I had a bad attitude and that someone would be out here the following Friday. However I never physically seen anyone spray I was told they came while I was out. How Convenient. Do not rent from them they do not fulfill their apartment amenities.

Town & Country Property Management is a great company to deal with in Jackson, TN. They manage everything from apartments, duplexes to single family houses. Their website is very helpful and I love the fact we can now pay our rent online! Huge convenience factor!!!

I have had a positive experience with T&C. They were quick to resolve any issues and reasonable to do business with. There was a mixup concerning our lease on the front end but the problem was resolved to my satisfaction in the end. Like any agency, no place is perfect, but these guys do a good job.

If I could give zero stars I would as I was looking through the reviews, I saw that 2 of the positive reviews are either employees or son of one of the owners, Judy Vailes. Town and Country is a joke. Their properties are full of bugs and structurally unsound. The owner, Judy Vailes, rents a house out on Arlington that sits on a sink hole and is doing absolutely nothing about it. The property manager Lori, is nothing but a loud mouth bully who has an overstated ego. She is very unethical. You can never talk to her only her little flunky Max, who is racist against white people. The Tennessee Real Estate Commission really should find out whats going on there. Caveat emptor!

I am actually the owner of the Arlington property that has had issues with a sink hole along with multiple properties along the street. I can only speak to my property but Town and Country Property Management has not only met with engineers for JEA to solve the issue but has also met with the Mayor of Jackson to try and get the issue resolved. I don’t know where Alica C is getting her information but she obviously has a bias against T&C and it’s management and her claims are just not factual. The T&C Managment made me aware of the problem and has worked hard to help fix it. I am completely satisfied with their service from the management down.

I wish I could talk to someone in charge. I have been living at one of the townhome for going on one year. UPDATE I was just told by an employee lauren saying my repair isnt important and they lost the repair request. Sometimes to get a repair done you have to put in FOUR repair requests.and that its ILLEGAL TO POST A google review and she tried to demand take i need to take this post down this is my freedom of speech and based on VALID EXPERIENCEThe maintenance guys here are a joke. Since i been here for a year when i moved in they saif they was going to fix the carpet the list goes on and nothing been done. All the maintence says they going to put a order and Nothing happens. I go by office and CALL put in repair request and it take 4 days up to 2 weeks for them to repair. And the sad thing about it you have to plan your day take OFF from work to wait on them to fix what u need fixing. Im told that they will open the door if the stuff need fixing but maintence man told me that i have to open the door. So which is it? The messed up thing they dont even show up when they say they are. I call the office every other day to check on the progress sometimes I go by there and they act like their racist dont want to serve me. We also put down a deposit and I had spent four hours cleaning THIS townhouse my mother told me they was supposed to do that. And when they showed us this place they was so rude they assumed that we couldnt afford this. Im going to find out the property manager is and give them details cause I been writing it down and going to type it up the dates cause this is ridiculous I got put water from bathroom to cook pasta and other food cause my sink and the faucet not working its mind boggling that I was just told my concerns wasnt important. I have to use bathroom sink to cook food that need water that is disgusting to me and cross contaminated

IF you are wanting to RENT, this is the place for you. If you are the OWNER of the property, they SUCK and will rip you off in any way they possibly can. NONPROFESSIONALS. Will tell owners ANYTHING to let them rent your property. I wouldnt hire them to bury a dead snake, much less anything else.

Wasted $60 on an application for them to deny me and have yet to find out why... credit is okay and it wasnt like I was going for a luxury apartment... and if I wanted to apply again..BAM another fee!!

Worst experience Ive had with a property management company. I was looking to rent a beautiful house they were manageing. First I was told my application was approved and that I could come put my deposit down, then the next day while I was on my way there to put the deposit I recieved another call from, what she called her self the one thats in charge. She had told me that she needed to look it over again, so I said ok. I also asked her that if she wouldve called after me putting the deposit down would I have got it back... She said NO. Little outragous dont you think, considering their the ones that made whatever mistake they did or they just didnt want to rent to us. I spoke with a women named Tammy, who was very pleasant but obvisously does not know what shes doing because shes the one that approved me...I cant remember the name of the woman I had spoke with who said shes the one in charge, but she is an offly rude woman with a very nasty attitude. She kind of acts like shes better than you! Horrible people to deal with. Would not reccomend to rent from this property management.

I am writing this review with the intent to expose this place. Today was a bad day for my son and his girlfriend. You see, last week my sons gf came to this apartment complex and put in an application and was approved by one of the leasing agents who we found out was fired. I assume for allowing them to rent. The leasing agent gave my sons gf a key and allowed them to move in. Well, today, they went to Jackson to move in the apartment and prepare for college next week. When they arrived, they discovered that the locks had been changed and found out by the leasing manager that they were not appoved.(a lie). We were told that Pat Fox (leasing manager), allowed them to store their furniture in the apartment and she also said that she allowed them to have a key until they find out for sure that they were approved ( another lie). When I asked Pat why she didnt call and let us know that they were not approved after being told that they were, she responded I just found out this morning. I want to expose racism in any way that I can. This is just another way that ignorance was portrayed in a very unprofessional way. Please dont rent from these racist, biased, scared people. I will expose them until I get tired. My sons gf and her room mate were forced to move to another complex and were homeless for a number of hours until they found another place. Please keep all of this in mind before applying for residence at this place.

DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! We paid our rent on time ever month and when its time to move out they keep your deposit for 30 days and then you only get half of it back !!!! They say its for cleaning but when we moved in my wife spent 2 cleaning the house because it was dirty ! Then she cleaned from top to bottom when we moved out !!!! This place is a ripoff !!! And the people that use them to manage there property have no idea how they are but I called the Dr. we was renting from and let him know !!!!
