This is the worst place to ever live . I have been out here 2 years and don’t even know who the manager is . No one is ever in the office . No maintenance man on the property or security. The gates don’t work and part of the gate is missing . They put notices on the door with false information saying you owe this and that whenever new people take over. I strongly suggest looking else where before moving here unless it’s the last resort.

Don’t do it! You’ll be a slave ! my girlfriend couldn’t even workout in the complex, flat tire for 15 mins or more you’ll get a notice IF LAWANDA IS THERE STILL GET READY TO LOOSE SOME MONEY ! don’t be late a day after the first or you’ll get a rude eviction notice on your door. We were glad to leave, then there’s this harassing on site policeman guy he is just a MESSS.

Manager Lawanda Meeks is cold and heartless, and will scam you out of your money if you let her, and the management group who owns the complex will help her. Unethical, immoral & dishonest people. I would advise people seeking a residence to look elsewhere.

They keep going upon the rent and the landlord is in violation of the contract when the rent is late.
