The worst parking lot I have ever seen. I got my car stuck in the biggest pothole in the world, and the man who helped me said it has been there for six years. The lack of maintenance on this place is SHAMEFUL.

The parking lot is HORRIBLE. How can anyone be expected to pay rent when they’re busy paying someone to repair the damage to the vehicles caused by the potholes and craters in the lot?? Unacceptable!!

Not worth your money an time management nor corporate care about the mold growing in the apartment spreading from room to room. That they were notified about 4-5 months before advancing to where it is now. All they want is money money money Neighbors play loud music between 12am-2am in the morning nothing is done about it. The only reason it got a 1 is because I had to put it for to post this.

Nice Apartment but some of the people out here is off their rocker. Just nasty do not care about there surrounding.

Its alright apartment....I wish they had more security for the complex to protect everyone....and please fix the road around there....but its a good apartment to decide on living at

If your looking for a place where the manager is never in the office and its on auto pilot via the assistant, where you have to keep a constant eye out on your vehicle because young thug wanna bes are always in the parking lot up to no good, where there is no accountability from corporate, and where resolved issues are truly never resolved, then this is the place for you.

It has a park and pool for kids can have fun

This one is among the classic OG apartment buildings out there (Jackson, MS)It our equivalent of say New Yorksmotels in bedstuy brooklyn. And it is beaming with culture like bedStuy did in old days of J-Z, Biggie, etc.

Wait of time and money. The Now Leasing is always up. They have you filling out all the paperwork....
