Management very respectful and answers all our inquiries to the best of their ability. Maintenance responds quickly to issues. The 2 bedroom units are very spacious and reasonably priced. I would give it five stars, but there are always a few stinkbugs that make their way into the place at regular intervals. Overall, Ive had a good experience!

The apartments and management are great. The only negative is during winter other people will take your reserved parking spot because its closer to the doors. I enjoy the pond in the middle of the apartment and the proximity to Ella Sharp Park is fantastic

My family and I were living here for more than 3 years, we really liked and enjoyed our time in this apartments, we havent any issues with the place or the staff, they are very helpful, Mary and Chris are both awesome managers always friendly.We needed to move out because I was transfered to another country but if we need to come back to Jackson for sure well stay again in Alpine Lake, was a very nice experience.

Apartments are of average quality.The leasing office staff is amenable.The pricing is a bit high.The primary issues are:Cigarette and weed smoke that filters over from adjacent units.Cars driving through at high speed blasting the radio.

I’ve never had any issues. It’s quiet, the folks in the office are great, the maintenance guys are super nice, definitely two thumbs up!!!

I lived here for the past year and it was completely trouble free. The maintenance and leasing staff was always friendly and prompt. They were also incredibly accommodating. I would definitely live here again!

If I wasnt being transferred to Lansing for work, I may never leave Alpine Lake Apartments. Before moving in I looked at every apartment complex (worth looking at) in Jackson. Alpine Lake is easily the best in town. Well maintained and run by a very professional staff makes living here virtually trouble free. The only call to maintenance I made in the year I lived here was to have the battery in my thermostat changed. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond to make sure everything is tip-top. It really shows when you look around.There are two young children who live in this building and I have never heard them once. Either they are the two best behaved children in the world-of all time, or the walls here are well insulated, keeping outside noise-outside!The property is well lit and in a beautiful part of town. I cant say enough good stuff about Alpine Lake. Thank you Mary and Chris and staff for making AL such a great experience for me!

As wonderful as this place sounded and was recommended by a current friend that is a resident there, I filled out an application paid the fee and called a week later to follow up on my application and left call back information, yet never received anything. It feels as though the money I paid for the application fee was a free money to them.

I lived at Alpine Lake for 7 or 8 years, first in a one bedroom then a townhouse. The location is amazing, it is close to most of downtown Jackson and also semi-secluded next to Ella Sharp Park. The apartments were nice, maintenance was quick and efficient (and kind!). The best aspect, by far, is Mary and Chris. Those two were always helpful, nice, understanding, and would do everything in their power to help me out. Whenever anyone in Jackson is looking for an apartment I always recommend Alpine Lake first.

I lived here for almost 2 years in a 2 bedroom townhouse apt, it was amazing!! Very nice apartments, friendly staff, and I liked the easy parking I had (I was in the front). Rent could have been a little bit cheaper, but it was still nice considering other apartments in Jackson. Very quiet place to live.

Wonderful customer service

After living here for 8 months and hearing about car break-ins, today was my day. If you live here, 100% expect your car to be robbed. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.Alpine has NO form of security for residents. They told me that I myself should purchase a camera to set up in my car. When really THEY should keep their residence safe a secure by installing their own cameras.My neighbor and I were robbed the same night, who knows how many other people were.This was the FIRST time I have EVER accidentally left my vehicle unlocked. It’s as if it’s the thief’s 3rd shift job to check every car, every single night.When you get robbed, Alpine politely tells you “remember to keep it locked and we recommend buying yourself a camera. It’s also quite common to happen in the summer.” And you’ll walk out of their office and go about your day.My take on the situation is if it’s common, there’s a guy or group tearing apart MANY vehicles, there should be a solution! Hire a security guard, SET UP CAMERAS. Contact JPD to look into it. I’m very disappointed that they brushed my vehicle and everybody elses vehicles getting robbed to the side.

If you are responsible with your property and getting them your rent, you should never have a problem there.
