They are slum lords bec they let colored people do whatever they want but wont let us do anything and also they stole almost $2000 dollars from us when we moved out and let the apartment clean beside normal wear and tear that was done before we moved in. We took the apartment as is over 7 years ago.

Worst agency ever. They will con you out of your money and you will have a terrible experience. This is a trap for all young students. Whatever you do DO NOT lease with them.

The apartment and maintenance at the company are great, but the leasing staff are not nice. Kelly and Denise have been disrespectful and rude in many occasions.
