Apartments were nice, clean, and everything functioned well. Maintenance was always super responsive if there were any issues, which there almost never were. Management is very friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about their renters.

We rented 307 College Avenue from Urban Ithaca for 2 years. The building is extremely well maintained, management is professional, courteous and responsive. As a parent of a Cornell student my most important criteria in choosing off campus housing was safety. 307 College Avenue delivered, cameras, fire sprinklers throughout, secure access, directly at bus stop and all common areas clean and well lit. I would highly recommend this property for any student (or parent ) who wants a clean, safe, well maintained building with terrific onsite management. Grocery store in the building is a great bonus. Urban Ithaca management was always available and always responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Collegetown Crossing. The owners were very professional and kind, and while we were waiting, we were given gift cards for the nearby Green Star supermarket We were also treated to some pizza and wings. We had intriguing conversations with both Josh and Jason as they shared their insights. The landlords were also very transparent about the whole process. It is clear that the owners of this establishment are so passionate about their work and love to share that same passion with their customers.
