I was apprehensive about going to a gas station/service center but after getting rotors, breaks, control arm, and a rebuild on my transmission they now have my business. They always talk to me and not my boyfriend about issues with my truck and are very thorough with their work. They are also reasonable with their pricing and do more than expected Klahanie chevron is a honest place to get work done on your vehicle. Excellent customer service! thank you!

I have been meaning to write a review for them for a while. I ended up with my car at the Klahanie Service center after a friend of mine who is a transmission mechanic recommended them. Ive moved around the country a lot and every time Ive moved it takes a while to find a reliable, honest mechanic. The guys here are AMAZING. They are thorough and honest and take the time to talk to you. I have never felt over-charged or taken advantage of, in fact on a few occasions they have spent significantly more time on my car than what they have charged me for. I have taken my car to them for routine maintenance, for tires, for a radiator problem that a number of other mechanics could not figure out (and ended up being an easy $20 fix!). Recently my car broke down and I had it towed there. It ended up being something that they werent able to do (something to do with Hondas programming of the ECM) and they charged me very little for the diagnostics that they did, knowing Id have a big bill at the Honda dealer. Highly recommended. I wont take my car anywhere else!

Needed to repair a flat on a truck which turned out to be unrepairable, so the guys swapped out the flat for the spare in just a few minutes. Super nice guys, very courteous, very efficient. Will not hesitate to go there again.

These guys are knowledgeable and have good pricing and are very nice. The only downside if you usually have to book an appointment a week out minimum to get work done, since theyre always busy.

I found Klahanie service Center beacause it’s close to my work. A really nice bonus is they will dive me to Swedish Issaquah when I drop it off. Have always been pleased with what I had done and have never felt anyone was trying to do more add devices. I’ve read some of the previous comments and I whole heartedly disagree. They work on my Dodge Ram diesel and I’ve been pleased. I will continue to go back!!

I brought my 2007 BMW X3 in to install a set of tires, I also had a check engine light on which I had them diagnose. After only an afternoon in the shop David the manager personally called me and explained every issue in detail. Of course they provided a write up of everything that needed to be addressed and quotes, but then David and I had a real down to earth chat about the urgency of each repair, he then helped me prioritize the repairs so I could budget some for later, while I fixed the most severe first. I also told him my mechanical experience and he gave me his honest option on which ones I could DIY. I honestly wouldnt trust the word of anyother mechanic besides David, he tells you what you ACTUALLY need to fix now, without trying to sell you a more expensive unecessary job. For example, I had a torn CV boot; which another shop had told me the whole axle needed replacing, David told me just the boot needed replacing and quoted a reasonable price. This alone saved me the $800 different between a torn price of rubber and a new axle. It also seems like besides the obvious inflated price of OEM parts theres no added luxury/foreign tax on labor.Car talk aside, Davids also the nicest most cheerful and honest guy you will meet, Id trust him with my grandmother and her car without a doubt.

Our car went to this location as this is Gilman Autobodys mechanic. They removed engine and transaxle for repair, replaced suspension components, half-shaft, steering rack and clock spring. Received car back with no test drive, missing bolts on lines and power steering pump, new steering rack boots split open, grease from half shaft covering engine block, and firewall seal for steering column not installed. Did not test drive or at very least verify repair. Had to return a third time to shop to get all items sorted correctly. No apology given or compensation offered for lack of care or poor craftsmanship. Gas station attendant/receptionist was rude and not helpful. Would not choose this place to air up my tires.

The team have been above average in their knowledge of service requirements and issues with a number of brands, including my Subaru STi. They did great work over the years, with no follow up corrections required, on a number of service items ranging from the cold air intake valve on the STi, full transmission replacement on an Explorer, and were helpful with advice on DIY projects like coil over suspension replacements. They have also come in below dealer pricing with Subaru, Honda, and Ford dealer quotes.On a separate note, some time over the past year they decided to be very competitive with gas pricing. They typically are same or a bit lower than other name brand stations in Issaquah and Sammamish, and lower on Premium. Only Costco has high quality gas at consistently lower prices. Caveat though: the posted price at Chevron stations is for cash purchases, which I think Chevron should not do. Post the credit card price like everyone else.

Dont go there for anything more complicated than oil change. Will entice you to go there for expensive inspection and fix nothing.
