So far so good on customer service. Have yet to see how their pricing is. I was quoted $xxx.?? For a new exhaust .. seemed like a good fair price but thats just a quote. Ill be having them install it for me this week more than likely so actual dollar cost, we will have to wait and see. Stay tuned. Ill let you all know with in the next week or two. I personally think Im gonna be very happy with the work and the price .. Im positive that way ... time will tell tho. Soon. To be continued.........

This is one of the best, most professional, most proficiently ran and honest automotive shops in Washington state. I brought one of my company vehicles here and the skill of their entire staff and competency to locate and resolve the problem was beyond impressive. Ive been here a couple of times for my RV (road ready inspection and a couple of oil changes) they do a great job and are more old school mechanics - meaning these guys actually know what theyre doing, arent just trying to sell you stuff, and get to know their customers and cars. They provide honest feedback about work that is required/not required and I feel like I can trust them when I take my vehicle there. I just bought a new car and it needs some work done, my first thought was that Im coming here.

Hi Joe, your team fell short of the service bar when I took my 2013 335 BMW in suspecting an oil leak the other day. I am happy with the work done to look at the car itself and felt you delivered okay value here. Problem occurred when (through no fault of your own) someone hit my vehicle when you were out test driving as part of the investigation, and then you failed to own the fallout. I had to handle all of the paperwork and hassle for this which took weeks. I had to act as an intermediary between insurance and you guys in order to get my claim sorted. Not a great experience and I understand now not normal at all - I would hope in the future you would step up a bit more instead of minimize the issue and shuffle responsibility off to your customer.

Joe fixed my lawnmower and did a great job. Above and beyond what I expected. The drive is a little far but well worth the time if you want quality work at a excellent price.

They have been very honest in explaining everything that was done to thoroughly insure my power steering pump was replaced. And the mechanic Rick seemed to have good integrity when I asked him to take a look at my under carriage and tell me what shape my shocks and struts were in. I just had them replaced the week prior at Big O. He said they looked brand new. He passed my test. Lol great guys and easy to talk to.
