Integrity Auto really impressed me with the professionalism and quality of their service, and how easy and smooth the whole process was. Getting an account set up and an appointment scheduled was a breeze, and after I had my car towed there for brake work, I received a very detailed and thorough inspection and estimate later that day through a text. The website let me approve everything right there, and the next day my car was finished. I had to pick up after hours, and the owner Nate helped me through that process very smoothly as well. Overall I was very pleased with the work and the ease of service, and would happily recommend Integrity Auto.

Excellent service. I trust them immensely with my car. They are always professional. Always promt. Always transparent with repairs needed and a time-line as to when they should be done. Theres never any pressure to do everything today.They will pick my car up and drop it off at no extra charge. I have also used a loaner at no extra charge. I wouldn’t say they have a lot of integrity. The work was done well, however they were way over priced and not too honest about my diagnostics. They recommended that I have both front and back breaks and rotors done. They quoted me over $1,000 to do that on top of the $400 I spent for other services.I didn’t have the extra $1,000 at the time to repair my breaks and they highly recommended that I have them done soon.I waited over 7 months to have them looked at somewhere else that was recommended to me for their integrity, and the breaks were just barely at a point to be done. I also drove quite a bit during that time- so the recommendation to have them done ASAP was not honest.I would have expected more integrity from a company that gives themselves that name. Also with the pricing so high, I will not return for any future services.

I was there for a 60K check. The 1 item I knew had to be done was wiper replacement, so I specifically mentioned it at check-in. When they let me know the car was done, they hadnt replaced the wipers. I had to remind them to replace them. Additionally, the service advisor gave me some attitude that was really unnecessary.

Incredibly expensive for the work they provided. I had a bad battery in my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they charged me $770. $770! Are you kidding me? I don’t drive an exotic sports car, where getting parts requires the donation of your firstborn and a ceremony around a volcano just to order a part...I drive a Jeep, which is owned by Mopar, which is American, with normal American prices. You can look all over the internet and find reputable batteries, even the Bosch they replaced mine with, for reasonable rates, around $250. Then you can find 5-10 videos from reputable sources that show you how to replace the battery in 15 minutes with literally only a jump pack and a 10mm wrench. I am NEVER bringing my Jeep back here again. I would probably have paid less to take it to the dealership. Don’t fall for their scam, take your car to an actually reputable shop such as Automeister in Issaquah.

This place is really expensive. They overcharge and they arent transparent about the work being done. They just tell you here is what we think is wrong and here is how much its going to cost you to fix it. If you ask for a breakdown and start doing your research you will realize how ridiculous it is.If you want to overpay, might as well go to a dealership...

I’ve entrusted my trucks’ care to Integrity off and on for about 20 years. They do great work and are quite reliable and have generally been timely in getting the job done. They are, however, a little pricey. My latest oil and lube was $1 shy of $100. Even so, I’ll probably continue to go there for my Tacoma’s maintenance. I prefer it to the dealership, even though the latter would probably save me a little money.

I am giving them two stars only because the value of the oil change I received was pretty everage and Ithink they got it done in a orderly amount of time.I say I think because I did not receive their texts or emails on Friday when they said they had sent them. I received them on Monday instead.There was also a typo in my gmail email address that I felt should have been noticed without me having to tell them. I have never heard of gamil...and had to call Integrity twice in order to get that sorted out.When I called Clayton to sort this out he seemed annoyed that I had not received it and was very short on the phone when I asked if he could explain what they recommended. He said: it was quite extensive and he would rather have me look at the email first. I thought that was lazy customer service to be honest and kind of shady since what they did recommend was over 2,000 dollars.I understand my car is 18 years old but when I had friends and family look at my car they said what was recommended was ridiculous for the price they were asking. For example, they wanted like 856 dollars to change my back brakes. Then they wanted to charge 54 dollars to change my brake lights. I screenshotted the report and it seems so ridiculous to me especially after I went and bought the parts myself and they were approximately 300 dollars all together for front and back brake parts and upon further inspection my front brakes were actually in perfect condition.I am all for paying people to perform a service at a reasonable rate but I feel really ripped off from this place. How is it they wanted to have all this done to my car but in reality there was nothing really that wrong with it besides the back brakes having no padding?I am really disappointed in this place especially since they pride themselves in having integrity. WIll definitely never be coming here again.I wanted to support a local business but I the passive aggressiveness from Clayton and the ridiculous up charge on the services left a really sour taste in my mouth.It seems unless they know you or something they have no problem ripping you off.

Integrity Automotive repaired our 2007 Subaru. I could not be more happy with the service and professional workmanship they preformed on our car. Our Subaru needed major work and the work they performed was reasonably price in comparison to the big dealership that normally serviced our Subaru. I shopped around and so glad I did. Our car is now running smoothly and is not experiencing any issues after being repaired by Integrity Automotive.

This place just got a customer for life! I went in because my ac wasnt working properly. When they had it they did a once over on my truck. They found a issue with the bearings on a front wheel. I got it fixed and know my truck is running smoother than it has in years. I knew there was something wrong with it forever and had taken it to dealerships other mechanics and they all told me that there was nothing wrong with it so I thought thats how my truck ran. Im just so excited that these guys went the extra mile there truly isnt that many honest companies like this one. Thank you guys I will always bring my vehicles here.

My car broke down in Snoqualamie at the beginning of a road trip. They were fantastic to take my car in and check everything out and repair my leaking coolant and well, everything associated with that, do an oil change and replace a few belts. I was back on the road in two days. Which I was grateful for. They busted their butts so I didn’t have to wait the weekend. 2000 miles later and my car has had zero issues! Highly recommend them.

It pretty much says it in their name Integrity Automotive Maint & Repair. I had an issue with my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, I called the dealership (Who I usually go through) and they were booked up. Being that this is my only mode of transportation and couldnt wait, I looked elsewhere, glad I found these guys. Totally professional and were able to diagnose and got my repair done same day! Kudos to you guys over there! Keep up the great work!

Great communication. They called me with a diagnosis, a suggested course of action and a quote. The quote was accurate, no surprises. The job was completed quickly, next day. They had to get a part from the dealer. There is a lock box available if you cant drop off your car during business hours, and a set of lockable boxes if you pick your car up after hours. I dropped off and picked up after hours and the process was flawless. Ill be back the next time my car needs service.

The technicians and Service Managers at Integrity are honest, professional and straight shooters. They manage expectations very well. They dont make promises or commitments they cant keep. If a supplier or part is not available or late, they will say so. They dont place blame - they are merely being transparent. Friendly customer service, clear details in what needed to be repaired and the car was ready as promised in the same day.

They were honest and straight forward about what they could and could not do for us. But all of them seem very knowledgeable. They were able to fit us in even on their busiest day of the week. They gave us a car to use over the weekend since we are out of town. We felt like they cared very much about us it was almost weird but very cool!! If I lived here I’d trust them with my baby
