These guys will tell you anything is wrong with your tires to sell new tires. Had two mechanics look at the car before I even went to them pep boys was one of them only reason I chose this place is cuz the price seem different pep boys told me exactly what I needed and how much it would cost I tried to save by going to this place called just tires well they found other things that they needed to replace until it all came down just trying to sell me some tires. I knew what was wrong with the vehicle I just needed my tires balanced these guys are hustlers and taking advantage of the people shame on you.

Our favorite tire shop. Been coming here for years and they still have quality tires for the best prices. We travel from North Richland Hills. The owner is very friendly and remembers her loyal customers.

My spare tire was flat and all other places near me had already closed, and I called this place that was about 15 minutes from where I was, but it was 7:50pm. I called to ask them if they would wait for me since I was on the way, and they said yes. [This was all during a Very terrifying last-minute situation with little money on my person]I arrived there maybe 5 or 10 minutes after they closed but they were STILL there, outside the doors, and changed my tire.Whether it was low quality or not didnt matter, since with Any new tire I got to where I needed to. They were a godsend to me and Id recommemd them JUST for being kind enough to stay open.

This place has ruined 2 of mycars. the first one i fixed it on my own and the second time happened today and they are denying they are responsible, ive never had any issues with my lugnuts and all of a sudden i get my tires balanced and i go down the street and my wheel flies off, and supposedly its cause my wheel studs arent “factory”

I got my alignment done here and they did the worst job ever plus they made me wait about two hoursI wouldn’t recommend this place

Cheap tires? I disagree. today I called about 2005 acura tsx tires. sizes p215/50r17 i asked for the cheapest price. they said they were $90 bucks each! I got other tire shops telling me $40 each. their prices are more than double the average.. Sorry false advertisement is a pet peave of mine..

I have been coming here for several years, but have never bought tires because they were too expensive. I just bought a set of Goodyear Eagles at a great price! They matched another brand of tire from the cheap guys across the highway. The service here is always amazing too!

Did the same if not better work than big chain Discount Tires, but at half the cost. I didnt need an appointment, and I didnt have to submit to tyranny and wear a mask. Will be back next time i need tires.

They where very deceptive with the condition on my tire. I ask for a patch up but they said it was soo bad that it would explode if I only patch it up. I got the old tire check in another place and they told me I got scam and all I needed was a patch. I am very disappointed, that they rip off young kids and gossip about you in Spanish and I caught them doing it but they did say, “It was nothing.”I recommend anyone young or don’t speak Spanish to stay away from their place. Customer service at it worst.

I got towed but such an amazing driver. And then I got my tire replaced at such an amazing place. This is easily the best tire location. This is an amazing tire shop that Ive been using since I started driving 15! Do not use the store just south of them! They are EXPENSIVE and RUDE!! The entire staff is amazing here!!! I literally have never waited more than 30-45 minutes for brakes and tires, with them having to have the part ordered and picked up or delivered. They are fast and even the used tires are great quality!! You can NOT beat the service offered here! Hard workers!!

Two tires flat on me in about a month! Got all 4 replaced. Yes, I know theyre used, but still should last more than a month!!! Never going here again. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

Best Tire Shop in Irving, friendly and honest people, low prices, good used tires, long inventory on new tires.

Went there and they have people that dont know what they are doing. I had them change 3 tires and they ruined the sensors on all 3 about $80 per sensor. 2 of the tires I watched come off my friends car no issues and like new yet somehow they showed me that one had a hole and charged me to fix it. I had them check the air and balance all 4 tires and 2 were way low and the other 2 about 10lbs above. When I showed them that the sensor light was on he swore to me that they were fine and would turn off when I started driving so not to argue I went to the QT nearby and thats when I found out how off they were. Also it took 5 people to do the job and each one took off before he was finished. No organization and very untrustworthy.

God forbid do NOT go here! Go next door to the other tire shops.1st. They gave me the wrong tire brand I asked for.2nd. the tires were wrong size.3rd. They gave me lots of trouble until I threaten to get the police involved.4th the Lady who runs this trash. Is nothing but a snake DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD SHE SAYS!! 2 of the workers there are always high aswell.-FYI they dont even speak well enough english. And once they know you dont speak spanish they talk behind your back in Spanish. Jokes on them.

A lady will appear no matter how old client you are .. they will find ways to charge like a dealership. i brought oil, oil filter and air filter with me and mentioned them . they said $20 i was ok. suddenly she appears again once i am done and ask for $15 just to change the air filter labor.. i said i am going to pay it but u guys said 20 first and now $15 on the top of it totaling $35 . she was just repeating. i said u are loosing a client by doing this. so she was ok with that. i request everyone this is no more a friendly place. nor they know what they are doing i was googling and telling them how much oil they need to put ..holding the chair where the guy was standing to change the oil in my chevy tahoe.

Had my back tires misplaced. The mechanic did not replace my hubcap. Called back insistently when I found out. They stated to drive back and they would visually check to see if there is a match, but in vain. Interestingly, there were plenty of hubcaps from different vehicles in their back storage area.

They had terrible customer service, and they were trying to rip me off.
