Very disappointed in the performance of my international mail express. I paid $68 for an letter-envelope and it only made it from Irving to Chicago in 5 business days. Final destination is Taiwan and will probably take another week! This post office did not inform me about possible delays. I asked for the fastest way to send that envelope international and they gladly took my money. Very disappointed with their international „express“ service!

Where your soul goes to die. Dropped off my package with a USPS employee and I guess she never scanned it in or she may have stole it because the package never even showed up as accepted by postal office. Very odd and suspicious. DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE STOLEN!!!!

Hesitant to write a review because I don’t want too many people to know about this post office — best post office BY FAR in the area. Friendly, helpful, kind people work here. I’ve been here approx 30 times and have never had anything other than a great experience.

So many post offices around here are so poor but this one is a delightful exception. The staff is friendly and very helpful. At least one of them knows me on sight and is always ready to make my complicated postal needs work out easily. PO boxes are reasonable and they can even receive fedex and ups!

I attempted to drop 2 Poshmark boxes at this office counter. I have been selling on poshmark for years using USPS flat rate boxes and poshmark prepaid postage with no issues as per the terms of use on their website.The clerk hassled me today even after I reviewed the guidelines for boxes and postage with him. I told him I had been doing this for years and he told me that he “wouldn’t want me to keep making the same mistakes over and over” when I tried to review the guidelines with him.So rude and also misinformed. I will have to drive to another location now just because of this persons lack of knowledge and laziness.

Fast courteous service, most of the time the post office is pretty empty sometimes its busy and I dont mind waiting because the service is always thorough

Only one person working the counter and their was a line of people waiting out the door. Many times than none this is the reoccurring experience I have here. They should have more than one person working, but even when they have more people working the line is still long out the door. Something needs to be done with the wait time and customer service.

There was practically no waiting time during my lunch hour during the weekday and plenty of parking. Debbie helped me get the invitations out for my bridal shower without running them through the machine. She went above and beyond, even putting them in their own box. I plan to go back to this post office to mail my wedding invitations.

This is my favorite post office. Its small and nothing fancy, but theres rarely a line, even on busy shipping holidays. The employees have always been super nice and helpful. Im guessing the lady who gave everyone trouble in the past is gone, because Ive got nothing but excellent service from these folks.

Terrible. Constantly losing packages. Lie about actual delivery. Say it is delivered but wont actually receive until days later, if it arrives. Oh and if you call to find status, if you can actually speak to someone they act as if you are bothering them just bc you want to find what they did with the package. In the many times this has happened it has never been the fault of the sending company or myself, always incompetence of this post office. Never really had issue with other branches, just this one and its all the time. Try to use only UPS but post office is still finishing the delivery so same thing. If this was a store I would stop going there but its the post office what can you do? I have to get mail delivered.

Ive been going to this post office since 2005, went again today for the first time in a while. Horace is still there. He is still patient, kind and helpful. Especially since I get confused on my international shipping forms! The line is never more than one or two people long.It is the best hidden gem in the postal service. Thank you!

I worked with both Horace and another female postal worker, both of whom were very helpful. Odessa, who was complained about in several older posts, was not present. This post office is kind of hidden. It is in Irving on the south end of Lake Carolyn on a small side road with no obvious street sign. You just have to look for the US Post Office blue sign beside the road. There was only one customer in front of me on a Monday at lunch. They had plenty of supplies and were very friendly. It is 5 minutes from my office so I will definitely go back.

Location has poor performing mail carriers and staff. 20% of mail often goes missing once it hits this location When you call for support, no one picks up nor do they know where your items are when you ask in person. Packages with tracking codes go dark once they are on the way to residential locations. Reports to HO USPS go dark every time once this location is brought up.

It is good. Its quite and not much happening place.I was sceptical to go here due to previous two reviews. They dont have Brenda here now. I forgot the names but they were good. Took my letters, charged me and he put the letters in a bin.Fast and good enough.

This post office is great. Never a line and very convenient. Surprised that the USPS keeps this place open, they got to lose money on this location.

This is the anti-Post Office... no/short lines, helpful staff, and when a line did form another person came out to help immediately! If youre looking for a post office in Las Colinas or Irving, and you read this, youll know which is the location you should be driving to right now.

Folks here are down right amazing.

I walked in at 4:45 after spending 15 minutes in line with 2 people at the counter we got kicked out. The only explanation we were told is the truck has to leave at 5:30. So what, can we get our stuff processed next day. That was my first and it will be my last time visiting this place.

Friendly staff helped me out a couple mins after the posted closing time.
