Cafe One is excellent! They have so many hot and cold choices and they chefs there are super friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have. The layout is a little confusing, but just go to the hot or cold line and one of the friendly chefs will help you, then go to the register that is kind of in the middle and the cashier will check you out. Very affordable, tastes good, nice staff.

The best kept secret in Dallas is the Cafe 1 restaurant on the Southwest end of the Northrop Grumman building. This is a beautiful 50 seat diner, with fresh food prepared right in front of you by two fantastic (and friendly) chefs. The place is open from 7am (I had pancakes for breakfast) to 3pm, and really has everything you need to avoid the MacArthur Blvd lunch rush.Oh, did I mention you could get a HUGE burger and fries for $5? This place is amazing.
