Professional with clear signage indicating masks required. Their assistance is much appreciated. As a bonus, a person without a mask walked in and was asked if she had one. She affirmed and ignored the mask request but still approached the booths, attempting to get assistance with a question. The staff answered succinctly and politely and informed the obstinate lady that a mask was required. She left without incident. Well done, Spectrum.
Spent almost an hour waiting at the Spectrum store to get a new cable box since the one we had was no longer working. Got home, set it all up and 90% of the channels we pay for were locked. We called tech support and were told we had the wrong cable box. 😡 How did the store NOT KNOW which box to give us?!?!? Definitely filing a complaint now. Make sure you get the correct box before leaving the store. We just dont have time to go back and forth to the Spectrum store every weekend. SMH

Horrible experience! I gave purchase order by online and choose pickup from this Store and make reserve my time 12pm. When i reach store in time unfortunately store close from outside but inside popel was work then i asked them what time will open they said very rudly not open.Their online information is wrong !!!!

Anyone I talk to on the phone that works with spectrum is always so nice and helpful but anyone Ive encountered at this store has been extremely rude and dont allow you to ask questions unless your first on the list interactions like these make me not feel valued as a spectrum customer and make me not want to continue service everyone at this store needs a brush up on good customer service
Even though the so up if this new location is beautiful, the service is terrible. In my 2 his waiting, only 4 people have been helped. There is no rush to help anyone. Only 2 employees are here to help 29 waiting customers. I have watched many people leave. I do not, do not, do not recommend this location.
There is no point of setting up an appt, its a waste of time. I got to the kiosk to enter my confirmation number and the kiosk could not find it. I waited 45 min to return some equipment even after setting up an appt. There were only 2 individuals working and they could only do so much.

They have been to my house 4times to fix the same problem and they cant get it right. And the last appointment the were over an hour late and they called so I told them to cancel it cause they lied. If there was another company that had cable I would change. Not dish cause they are worse. What ever happen to quality? And companies taking pride in there job?

There business customer services is a joke. Almost crooked. They don’t give out emails because it doesn’t benefit them to have records of complaints or change request. They will only communicate via phone. So they can say they don’t have record of your request. I had requested cancelation of my extra phone lines n the agent confirmed. But there were no notes of it so it didn’t happen. Worst,Made me call retention Dept. The retention guy had the worst attitude n made a change order but didn’t want to make further changes.

I pray that I will never have to visit this location ever again. I would have given it a zero if I could. I walked in and asked to have my CABLE turned off and handed over the CABLE equipment. I was given an equipment receipt and I even asked the boy if I needed anything eles and he said no, youre all set. I felt something was wrong so I called Spectrum by phone once I returned to my car. Once I had a live person on the line by the name of Tricia I asked her if the cable had indeed been turned off. She told me no that it had not been turned off and she would take care of it for me. I was on hold for 10 or 20 minutes by this time. On one of her returns she explained to me that the internet had been disconnected. I was pissed! Tricia informed me that she would have to transfer me to sales and they would have to take care of the matter. I then spoke with Sheila and she told me after telling her whats going on that I was in the wrong department. She then passed me on to Addison who passed me on to Morgan who passed me on to Sheri who passed me on to Hunter who passed me on to Erika. Erika got everything straight. I spoke with a Manager Erol and he said that we would get to the bottom of who messed up. I was given a small discount of $10.00 and sent on my way.
I truly hate this particular spectrum storefront. I go to the Kiosks that is it. I do not talk to no one. They are all clueless. Every time I ask them a question they do not know the answer to the question, they always have an attitude. I just do not deal with them. The machine take cash and cards so I deal with the kiosks. I hope this helps alot of people.

Got to give credit when credit is due. Of course power has been out for a week, finally got back, but no internet. I called, got a person on line right away, sent tech out very next morning and Donnell came out, found the problem and fixed it right away. Very nice guy and professional .

I received incorrect equipment with my self install kit, and needed to swap equipment at the store. I checked in at the kiosk, was seen 5 minutes later, and was out of there with the correct equipment 5 minutes after that. Jennifer was so friendly and quick at diagnosing my issue and solving it, and was professional every step of the way. They have implemented socially distanced waiting areas with hand sanitizer for COVID prevention, which was also appreciated. Thanks for being clean and efficient!

My BF went to pick up his equipment I had made him an appointment for 4:20pm. They couldnt find his order but the associate Dee helped him out. She was very talkative and very efficient. He was out in about 15min, he said Dee kept apologizing to him for the delay.
Very rude customer service. The guy with grey hair told that some existing customers are fraud. We were just trying switch account into different person name. And he told that’s this is fraud. It’s been 4 years using spectrum service. And because of him we change service from new provider.
I just needed to drop off equipment but the wait was over a hour? No covid thanks. I was able to return both my Amazon item at kohl’s and the spectrum equipment at UPS in less than 30 min.
Ladies were very curtious & helpful getting my new service set up. Place is set up nicely for COVID protections.

COVID precautions aside. while the staff seems competent, they appear to be in no hurry. To see them, you must make an appointment and unfortunately, while you can purchase phones from them, in bundle packages, they really dont or wont service them, leaving you to ship your phone to SAMSUNG for any issues, you might have. Not sure about you, but I cant go without a phone for 3 weeks, while SAMSUNG figures things out! and SPECTRUM does not offer loaner phones or any other kind of alternative. I had to buy a cheapie phone, (which I will return), just to get by, until my $1200.00 phone gets repaired under warranty

Dallas county cases going up. Plus, no greeting or welcome or even nothing when walking in. Bad customer experience at this store.
When I moved from my apartment, which had basic cable service included. I was told that I should still place the service in my name since the providing service rep was not affiliated with the apartment complex and that I would need equipment to utilize the service. When I planned to move out due to poor conditions of the facility, I went to return the equipment as well as to pay my bill to date May 2017, 4 weeks prior to turning in my keys in June 2017. Spectrum never took my name off of the account. They contacted me over a year after the new resident manager was let go from the facility. I went through 3 months of constant phone hassles and sent them a copy of my final bill and a copy of my termination agreement with the facility. They then told me that because they had no record of me canceling my service, just turning my equipment in that they still charged me for the rental until someone else moved in and turned the service on in their name. This was explained to them in great length with supporting documents that proved that my service was terminated, but it wasnt in their computer system. This February 2020, I received a collection notice on my credit report for $43. This kind of extortion will not be tolerated by me. It is not an issue to pay $43 if it was a just charge, but at this point it is based solely on principle. If I received an apology for the harrassment and the error on their part, I would gladly pay just to put it behind me. I WILL NEVER USE SPECTRUM or its affiliates again!
First, let me say the associate who help me was highly efficient and friendly. However, I stood wait for a long time thinking I would have the next free agent when one of the passed by on there way to showing a phone and asked if I had checked in. So first lesson, the big nondiscript box thing with the touch screen is where you check in. Second, people who have an appointment are automatically ahead of you. Fair enough. However there was a glitch in the system and two people who were behind me on the screen were called ahead of me. So a five minute task if Id made an appointment turned into a 20 minute wait and a 5 minute task.

I was there this day about 10:18 am quite a few other people were waiting also...and we look thru the windows nobody was inside..front door says they open @ 10 am they did not open till 10:33 am...my question is if that place is like aneryplace they have rules and supervisors to make sure they do the right way open on time and everything why this place dont...? Spectrum Mobile needs to get it together. From customer service and inventory. No wonder people stealing your phones. Dont no one knows who has what!!! Then, the wait. Oh boy! Horrible but i like to keep everything in one place. May have to find another company that can bundle everything.
Spectrum Irving Texas:- 2640 North Belt LineIrving, Texas 75062I came here to return the internet router because I purchased my own router while the old Spectrum router has been kept charging me more than $5 per month recurring fee just for renting the router. Before I came to this location, I called Spectrum customer support, who clearly stated that the simple return of the router to a nearby location will work and be a smooth process. Well, I drove all the way and waited for about 30 minutes because the Spectrum representatives simply did not have enough permission and knowledge to handle my request. At last, the representative who seems be a manager said that they cannot do anything because they simply don’t have the “legacy” code that is tied with my bundle. I said, “why can’t you just take the router here and you call Spectrum to work with them since you are a middle layer representing Spectrum service.” He said that he cannot, and I have to call the Spectrum to work with the legacy code. Why the heck did I have to waste more than 30 minutes due to this miscommunication, a lack of sufficient trainings, and misalignment with the Spectrum services?

I wanted to switch to Spectrum mobile because my fiance has it and everytime we go on road trips, he has service when I dont (AT&T). It also comes with a mobile hotspot which is going to be so helpful with working on the go! Today Spectrum got a new system to help to simplify the customer experience in the long run but of course that comes with some hiccups and learning. Trey Grimes 🙌🏼 kept his cool for the hour it took to switch my plan (not Spectrums fault) placing calls to Spectrum support, Straight Talk and AT&T while also dealing with such RUDE customers! Seriously people, have some PATIENCE and show some KINDNESS! Were all just humans trying to figure things out. While it may have looked like not much was happening, this man was doing his best to help a fellow customer. My 4 month old complained less while we were there than the adults. THANK YOU TREY!
The store is clean, good lay out and they have good music playing. Service is not so great, they have 6 employee stations however only 2 are people working. Expect to be here minimum an hour and a half waiting to be seen.
Im leaving this review due to how me and my mother were received here. We never had this problem before. We walked in to drop off returning equipment to cancel the service the lady who helped us ask for my mothers I.D for returning purposes and said we could not drop off equipment because my dad only had my sister in the account. She told us my dad needed to call customer service to give permisson to drop of equipment which is crazy because this had never happend to us. My mother has the same last name in her I.D as my dad. I then called my sister while being still inside the store so she could call the store directly to authorize my mom and the lady said no. She said we had to go thru customer service line and give them the name just TO DROP OFF. really? We already had bad experience from the beginning with this service to even the Tech they sent us to our home and now we have to go thru all that just to DROP OFF! This is too much for only 3 pieces of equipmemt.The ladys name is Yetzel or Itzel, light skin, hair to shoulders. And i even asked her for the customer service number and she gave it all quick did not even wrote it down or anything, that i did not had time to save it in my phone. So i asked this nice young lady next to her and she did not even understood her, She had to ask twice til she gave it slowly and she handed me a paper with the number on it. I dont know what was her problem with Yetzel or Itzel but that is not customer service. I do not recommend this place.
Just installed the new internet service 5 days ago. Had an slow connection issue same day. 3 days later on the phone with them for over 2 hours being transferred to departments who waste my time taking all my information to transfer somewhere else. Again, I just LITERALLY GOT THE SERVICE. Will be cancelling soon not to mention the false advertising. Don’t you love me when a $40 bill just magically adds up to $80.
My experience in this location was great! I had through a little traffic to get there, but for great customer service, it’s worth it. The establishment was very tidy and all of the representatives that were there were very neat. Everyone that I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable of their products and services.
If I can rate this place zero star I would. Short staffed on a very busy day. Only one person is helping the customers and others are on a lunch break. Waited more than an hour just to exchange the equipment. It’s better to find other store and save your time.
I did not think that swindle method still existed.The saleswoman put us for more than 100 dollars in fees for just a change of address, she canceled the old contract maked a new one with options.I did not ask that. after three visits to this store to try to cancel this scam.When I asked her to saw the manager she says me no because she knew very well that she was trying to sell me services that I didnt want, in order to get a commission.I dont thanks Jasmine for her arrogance and contempt.I changed Spectrum store, this one confirmed to me that there was no charge for a change of address.He re start the service with the old contract but after 10 days I receive an invoice of 160 dollars before cutting the internet service, with the 60 dollars that I have already paid it costs me almost 220 dollars for a change of address

The wait is usually time consuming for the fact that it is always crowded, but they never stop when it comes to Consumers needing help. Recently moved to the area and Spectrum TV is offered free with my complex. I went to pick up my equipment for TV and was given INTERNET equipment. I had to go back and ask for TV equipment. I specifically told the worker that I wanted whatever equipment that came with what my complex had an agreement for. The worker stated that the box didn’t matter as the channels would be the same. I get my box, attempt to set it up and it does not work. The worker gave me HD equipment and that is not in the agreement per the representative I spoke with on the phone. The equipment and codes used to set up the equipment did not match and I cannot use the box. I have to go back to the store again where there is a long wait time (due to the incompetence obviously). Very frustrating, hopefully someone with some knowledge is able to help me and not have me going back to this damn store again.
The worst Service I have ever had. I have not had time to find new services but I am looking. Since day one my DVR does not record, the light is on but when I go to my recordings nothing is there. They come to repair and nobody knows what is wrong but have me replace the cords for some reason. I turn on the news and its the day befores. They will want your payment no matter what but they wont get this payment not no time soon until everything works properly. But I probably wont be a Customer by the time someone reads this.
I was greeted at the door when I walked in. Deleon was such a pleasant person to help me set up my services yesterday. He made sure I understood the products I will be receiving. I walked in May just kinda browsing around what kind of deals they have going on for TV and Internet packages, since its a new company I was kinda sketchy at first getting ripped off.I was blown away with the amount of money I saved when I switched with Spectrum. I had Frontier Communications for 2 years and their customer service skills sucks!When I came in and I spoke with one of their representatives they were very knowledgeable and very kind! I was amazed with how patient they were. Thank you again for the great service! My family is very pleased with Spectrum!
I thought Id be a good Spectrum customer and refer my friend to the service. Out of curiosity I put in my own address and was surprised to find two times the speed Im receiving for the exact same price I was paying. I called to get this rate only to learn its only available for new customers. When a company uses money from existing customers to offer new customers better deals you get this rating.

I really like the layout of the store and how they have a machine that you can make your payments at and it takes cash and card so you dont have to wait in line .The staff seems pretty knowledgeable and nice. Though The few Times Ive come here. They seem to be understaffed and its usually a pretty long wait .
There is a young woman there that is rude and she obviously likes to tell new customers that if you dont have a spectrum bill in your name then there is nothing they can do for you. So my question is why is spectrum trying to get in the mobile phone world?

Call Center has no proper training, they answer the phone like What you want type of ATTITUDE! Stay AWAY!!
Internet keeps going off once in every week and it takes forever to get the support on time. It’s been a big headache since last couple of months.
