No service in my area

I canceled earthlink internet. I had to talk to someone in Pakistan!!! They didnt cancel it and continued charging me! Called pakistan again couldnt understand half what they said again...these people are a**h**** do not do business with them, they will try to screw you. Especially if you cancel..my wife even got mad at these idiots on the phone.never again!

The dropped me without refund after paying for a year of internet service. They talked me into another year contact even though my current contract still had 2-3 months left. They changed their customer service phone at the same time - and they only give the new number to new subscribers. Manager was surprised I managed to get the new number. Have not resolved the issue after several months. Out $600+.
