The worst phone company ever!!!! I would not of even given them one star. Can’t even find them on the BBB because they keep changing names. Matrix, Impact and now Lingo. I’m so happy to cancel service with them but they say we owe 3 months after they turn off a commercial account. Complete scam. But they never let you talk to a supervisor they have to call you back, which they said takes up to 48 hours. Well i talked to Sara on 6/11/19 at 11:51am. I just called them again on 6/23/16@ 12:36pm talked to Sandra this time and they don’t know why I never received a call from a supervisor but hopefully with in 48 hours I’ll receive a call. But I should go ahead and pay for the next 3 months even though I do not have an account with them anymore. Grrrrr... the definition of insanity!!!

Recently, we had a problem with our phones. The team worked tirelessly to bring our phones to full operation. I was impressed by the teams collaborative efforts and their ability to diagnose and solve the problem. Thank you Mark Matz and the rest of you. You are the best!

Garbage company. Please use someone reputable. Like anybody else. Fees are outrageous. Dont rent the phones either, you can buy them on ebay yourself and there yours for less. I should have just went to T-mobile and got cell phones for my business. Much cheaper with no contract too.

If there is a rating of 0 that is what they deserved!!!I signed up because they say its a 30 day trial, I cancelled after 10 days because I really dont need their service, only to find out that they keep taking money from me. I lost count of how many times I ring them to have this issue sorted. The number of times you ring them is the number of people you have to explain whats going on, obviously they cannot make any decisions but to pass your call to the supervisor, if you are lucky they will speak to you and promise you a refund or when luck isnt really on your side, youll get your call cut.Save yourself some trouble and frustration unless you want to have palpitations!STAY AWAY from these THIEVES!

Good service provider... 1 bad apple can spoil a bunch. But over all, all the other apples make Impact 4/5 stars.
