This FedEx store is the very best in service and products. Every time I go to this store I always get my business done quickly and pleasantly. Every employee is working quickly and efficiently. Even though the store is usually busy the employees multi-task and help everyone. Very professional and talented.
Professional and very easy. I was there Thursday morning on the 29th of October 2020The lady provided excellent service.It was early morning and half sleepy so forgot the mask but she made sure that I would wear one that was available by the pole to ensure safety and understood that I had forgotten to wear my mask it a polite mannerOne suggestionI had missed my package Sunday morning and called the customer representative over the phone and they told me to pick up at this location (3201) On Sunday around 4-5 pm. I quickly searched for operation hours on location and saw closed and I told the representative over the phone that the google mentions as closed today as it is Sunday, but she replied,” Sir, I am more reliable than Google. The system says it’s open.” I don’t blame the representative as I guess she probably saw the status of the location as “Open” in her system.I just would like to suggest to communication to see this “hours of operations” related issue with the FedEx corporate and see how either one can be updated to avoid confusion. Update hours of operation on Google or at the system that the representative over the phone referring to.I hope it helps..I will also be posting the image on what the google states to the hours of operation.
I needed to print travel documents from an email on my phone, last minute. It was fast and easy to accomplish at this location and the staff was very helpful.
Bad customer serviceI don’t know how the rate off shipping change from 24$ to 95$ on 5 daysI went to the store on arlington and they totally different 2 envelope total was 41$
When yesterday to print just one thing, and i see now in my bank account that it was 10 dollars just for that. How is that possible?
Ive gone to this copy and shipping center for a couple of decades and its always had friendly helpful employees an updated equipment to get a good print job at a decent price. I often log in online and send my print job over to them and then pick it up later. I rarely have a problem that needs resolved, but if it does need to be resolved then they always take care of it with a smile.
Sanjih, assistant manager was super helpful with assisting me in shipping out a laptop and clothes . I was in and out in minutes !!!Made it very easy and hassle freeNot to mention kinda easy in the eye..I’ll definitely return for future needs with fedex ;)
I had a VERY last minute document that had to be shipped out. Angel and Jesus were awesome at helping me at the desk and apologized for the wait (not long). Jimmy, a FedEx driver, came in for the last pick up for the night and he waited for me! I am going to sleep better tonight knowing my envelope will arrive first thing tomorrow because they were patient with me in a time of need. Bless you guys! You have my business.

Totally incompetent and failed to perform their basic fundamental function in a timely manner. You see a customer walk in the door with a fairly large 20 pound box with a label on it you should have a pretty good idea why he is there. Waited in line for 10 minutes to simply drop off a package that already had a label. Watched a lady scan a cable box return 50 times and not make any progress. She didnt have enough awareness to see whatever she was doing wasnt working and a line 6 deep going out the door had formed. She should have stopped, put that aside and took care of real customers and then got back to her failed task. Watched a man standing over a machine stating he would be with us in a minute. This is when I first walked in the door. 5 minutes later he is still standing over the same machine. He only moved to help customers after I loudly asked him to hurry up and take care of customers standing in line. 10 minutes later I am leaving and that lady is still scanning the same equipment and not making any progress. What a joke! 12 hours later I still do not see my package scanned and entered into their system so now I have to go back and find out what the hell happened and why they are so incompetent. The need to train these two so they have a better understanding of the expectations customers have and how to take care of them. If these two still cant figure it out they need to be replaced.
My printer died at the worst time. I needed to print shipping labels and get some packages out asap. J.C. the employee who there was so polite and very helpful. Ill definitely be making this store my go to for all packages from now on. Store started getting busy but customer service was so great that everyone was happy to wait.
Really bad service with one particular lady, I’ve gotten great help in the past with a young gentle men with the same case as today. Very disappointed at her service. Avoid getting help from her!
Absolutely fantastic. Its a huge facility and its open on Sunday. I had to scan a couple of documents and the girl on reception I think her name is Selina, was polite and very helping. Thank you so much.
First time ever i give 1 star to a store. Honestly this is by far the worst FedEx ever. They made me wait for almost an hour for a simple shipping. Staff are newbies and very slow. I prefer drive miles to just use another location. Managers please take care of this. This is your responsibility.

Worst service ever at this location, I went there to have printed out my resume in color paper, one lady that was there was busy with other customer so this other lady named Marta asked the other person behind me if she need any help and I told her I was waiting for a while for the other lady so if she could help me out, very very rude she said that I had it to wait for that lady sooooo I told her hey I have been waiting a long time already could you help me, very mean she asked the other lady what I need it to have done, she explained to her and with the worst attitude she finally helped me out, and when she gave me my change she hurt me with her loooon unprofessional nails!!! What a horrible person if she doesnt like to help people out printing out copies she should find another job!!!!
Accidentally left my flash drive here and had no idea. The staff found it, saved it and called to notify me. SAVED MY LIFE! Great staff! Thank you Art for finding it!

After trying Walmart, Walgreens and CVS for last minute passport photos, heaven: FedEx still open!! Amazing feeling.

I’ve been a customer at this location since I moved to Irving and with the exception of Mr RICHARD and another African American young lady who’s no longer there . Mr Richard always greets me in a professional manner the way one expects to be greeted . Now I’m just wondering why is it that Mr RICHARD is the only petdon who knows how to do what I need to get done as far as my simple flyers ? What’s the point of having other employees who are limited in what they can and can’t do ? Why is that all companies think that saying “I apologize” fixes everything or is going to make things better ? I’ve been in there 4 times including today to get a simple flyer done and no one knows what they’re doing !!!!!!!! It’s a inconvenience and I’m tired of driving to this location and wasting my gas for nothing ! It’s uncalled for and it’s tiresome to go and nothing can be done because Mr RICHARD isn’t in ! Elton, is useless and now I’m thinking that’s why he’s no longer a Manager @ Braums where he came from ! He had no control over there and couldn’t manage a crew of teens or he finally realized that he couldn’t handle the responsibility of taking charge and being a leader ! I use to be a customer there unlit I saw that it was out of control and he just couldn’t cut it ! Anyone can have the Managed title but it takes a leader to truly take control and make sure that everyone is doing what’s expected and that they know what needs to be done on a daily basis . It’s loke clocks work and it’s repetitive ! I will appreciate it someone from Corporate Office contact me regarding this issue that needs to be addressed and take care of ! I’d hate to see what happens if Mr RICHARD were to leave ........ I know Elton wouldn’t be able to fill his shoes ! By the way, customers don’t want to hear excuses ! They want results and they want what they’ve come for ! It’s that simple !
Please take your printing needs to another establishment. It is not worth your money here. I went to Alpha Graphics in Irving and got the prints done for $28 in under an hour with great service and didnt pay Fedexs fee quoted at $130+. Went in for a simple print and cut job like I have done multiple times before at other locations. I was quoted on price by a nice employee then quoted a significantly higher price from the manager, Pre. I feel like being told a print jobs cost is almost 5x times more expensive than it should be is not ethical or good business.
Went to print out documents. Was advised after to make copies next time. Spent $15 instead of $3.

Horrible service!!!! They came to deliver a package we waited home for all day and didnt knock out a note on the door and ran away. I hope you get fired for not doing your job. They told my wife they would come back in 2 hours to deliver and we called back they said no thats not possible. I will use ups from now on at least they do their job right.
These guys are fast and efficient even on the weekends when most places slack off. They are my goto for sending and printing.
Went to create a personal desk calendar but you have to pay to scan images?? Go to Walgreens or Walmart and do the same but no cost to scan.
I dont know about mails at this location..but I was using that desktop they had to download and print a statement...FedEx really..that is the slowest internet I have ever had in some time..u make 30 cents per minute and it takes a minute to load one page...totally pissed off..and Victor dont make ppl wait even though they are right in front of you and you know you have staff who are doing nothing..
