Extremely rude delivery person and unprofessional behavior. He was supposed to deliver a new Office Depot office chair to me and take back the damaged one that I had received a week earlier. He did NOT come the day I was told he would make the delivery so I stayed at the house all day for nothing. He showed up the following late morning and was expecting to take my damaged chair but did not have the new chair to replace it with. I told him he was supposed to be giving me a new chair shipment and he said “no”. We went back and forth on this three times and he asked me to sign his paperwork. No way was I signing anything. He turned his back on me, walked away on his phone, sat in his truck for a few moments and then left. No resolution of the situation or telling me why he didn’t have the new chair, where it was, what was happening, what needed to happen next. He just left. Very poor service and representation of a major chain.

Distribution company . Omar the manager is vool. Reggie and Brandon are cool people there as well. Very helpful.

The lack of competence at this company is concerning. I received a delivery attempt email that they were unable to deliver a package due to not being able to get into my gated community. I provided my gate code for the next attempt as well as my phone number and advised them to call me the next time they attempted to deliver the package. A few days later I received a second attempt email, and finally a third attempt a day after that. I find it hard to believe any additional attempts were made since I was never contacted the second or third times. Also, since I was home on vacation, there is no way that I would have missed them. Their practices are questionable and careless, hopefully Office Max completely cuts ties with this company.
