I love using Dropoff for work. They are SO reliable, friendly and always on time. Most of the time they pick it up RIGHT AFTER you put in your order so you arent waiting around all day for the courier. They are SUPER fast. The couriers are very professional and all wear matching polos so you know that they are there for your package. They are ALWAYS sooo nice! I LOVE the feature on the website where you can track your courier (when they are on their way, when they pick up your item, when they are driving on the route, when they drop it off and you can see who signs for it). The website it GREAT because all of your dropoffs are logged in your history and you can easily do a repeat order.
