Terrible service from the drivers. They consistently fail to follow simple instructions like signature required, or delivering to the correct address. One day they knock like their the cops. The next they leave $500 signature required items at the front door without even knocking. I hate FedEx and I hate that Walmart insists on using them. I actually refused to use Amazon until they started their own shipping service due to the consistently poor service from FedEx.

Fedex is absolutely the worst receiving experience Ive ever had. I ordered a chair from Utah and fedex, not only lost the correct addess to ship to. They lost it, i called and informed them of the correct address, they set it to be delivered to yet another incorrect address in another city. I called and informed then of this and that it wasnt going to the right place and they STILL SCREWED IT UP and sent it to the wrong place Absolutely unacceptable when that is literally the job description of the company.

They are usually very busy but always courteous and helpful.

Not open 24 hours. Hours are 8AM to 8PM, Mon-Fri and 9AM to 5PM Sat/Sun. MacArthur is open 24 hours.
