So I was at a different store and had a very bad experience, but I decided to come to this one since I really needed to. I encounter Juan who greeted me as soon as I walked in. Angela and star were fast and really welcoming! Best customer service ever!!! I would start coming back to this location!! Really recommend this location!

Every time I used come here even they had more people in they always served everyone on is turn, but yesterday I have Good experience with one the New Staff PLS his name is JUAN was so excited the way I had to send Money to WU for Multiple times he served me so fast on time with all the transaction . This is a whole scam. They charge over $13 for fax. Plus won’t take any card only if you use their machine which also gets $3. Very bad system with employees that are rude. This was September 7, 2021 5’ o clock.

Today I came in 2/24 Alberto took care of and his store manager was very helpful cashing in my tax refund check (Alberto,Salma,Maria,Jennifer and Berenice we’re there staffing for that day). I also saw that other customer service representatives taking care of customers they were being friendly and every customer that they say it looks like they knew them personally and enjoyed there time there I would recommend this place that has any business and anyone that has side business pls will do the effort and try to cash you’re check there.

Came in for a money order, I was in and out under five minutes, the manager Star helped me out, she was really friendly!

I will not be doing business here after today. I went in to cash my check the night before but was told I would have to come back the following day because they couldnt verify it but did quote me the rate fee. Thats understandable so when I came in today another manager was there named Selma who was very rude from the beginning. Telling me I would owe $300.00 more than I was quoted the night before. I told her nevermind and to give me my check back. She didnt want to give it back. She also told me to put on a mask even though I had a bandana covering my face. She said that wasnt a mask. After all was said and done she somehow was able to give me the original quoted rate. She put my $5,000 In an envelope without even counting it and gets mad at me for opening it and wasting an envelope so I could count it myself to make sure it was all there before leaving. Unbelievable customer service. Seems like there might be some kind of scam going on, not sure but will find somewhere else to do business with.

Went in today to get a money order. I was helped by Stephanie, she was really helpful, and provided all the services they do at the store. From bill payments, western union, as well as their Xpectations card. I was very pleased with the customer service she provided, excellent work.

Ive never had an issue here as far as service. The only bad thing is that if you cash a check or you are due to recieve some money back from anything they announce the amount then count it aloud and then announce it again.Everyone in line can hear how much youre getting especially when its quiet due to them not being discreet. If anyone was looking for someone to rob it would be really easy for them to just listen to who is getting what. I know its protocol but you are putting peoples safety at risk.

Worst PLS ever, I do not recommend coming here. They have the slowest service I have ever experienced. It was 9:00pm and longest line ever. Please go to another Pls but not this one..

Better off going to Walmart... They took 1 hour trying to verify my checks that were refunded to me. Dude took a copy of my checks and ID said he would call me later. He never called me. Sad thing is Ive cashed checks there before. Definitely wont be going back. 0 stars dont flatter yourselves
