No proper customer service. Everytime I come the employees are frustrated and rude. Please keep someone who has proper customer service experience and can speak proper english.

First time trying to get a loan...but got turned down because my last paystub was 3 weeks old. At first, she says she cant see the paystub from my phone, which is a Note 9. So I left and went to get a paper copy from Fedex, came back to Ace. Now shes telling me the paystub is past 30 days... What?... even though Id told them that I still got my job smh...If you want a reach-around, I highly recommend this place.

This place is a bunch of thieves running the place ...whats her name Norma is thief too ..I gave them cash 3845 dollars to get money order of that amount and I then she gave me a money order of 3045 ..and they dont have camera on the table so I couldnt hold them responsible . I called chain of command and I still didnt get my $800 back ...be careful from this place because they dont have camera on employees ...I think the whole place is jacked up...
