They get three stars because they were polite, timely, and got my truck to its destination undamaged. However, regarding pricing they are not very transparent. They wont give you an actual number until the driver is there because the know at that point theyve got you. When talking on the phone they dont tell you that they round up on mileage. They told me that the first 5 miles are free, but didnt mention thats only if you stay in the same zip code. So I had my truck towed 27 miles, minus 5 is 22 miles. At $4/mile that should be $88. Instead, I didnt get 5 miles free and they added 3 miles to round up so I ended up at $120 instead. On top of that, they also dont tell you that if youre paying with a card that they charge a 5% fee. That is an insane fee for using a card. CC companies charge 1% or so.So overall, theyll do a fine job hauling the vehicle, but there are hidden fees. Add about 20-30% to whatever they quote you over the phone.

I literally just called this company to get info and the guy who answered wasn’t professional and was rude. I asked a question and he brushed me off and hung up in my face. I called July 25,2021 at 6:29am

I got charged more than I was quoted which was a little disappointing. But the guy that towed my vehicle was very kind to me so I didnt want to make a big deal out of it. He was very professional and took great care of putting my damaged vehicle back into my garage.

I was quoted a price of around $250 and ended up paying $396. Only reason I’m giving a three star review is because they got to the vehicle I was needing to get towed quickly and over the phone customer service (minus the large difference between the price I was quoted and actually ended up paying) was great. Also the man driving the tow truck was very nice and personable (Suleyman Taskiran of Towing Riders). I was in a desperate situation and thankfully paying that amount was not an issue. However, nobody likes thinking they’re going to pay one thing and end up paying way more. What if I didn’t have the $396 that it ended up costing once my vehicle arrived at its final destination? So y’all either should get on the same page as far as quoted price/final price or quit falsely quoting prices that aren’t anywhere close to the actual final cost. I’d only recommend them if money isn’t an issue for you and if you need fast tow service. Other than that I would not recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this towing service. We were told on the phone it would be an $89 service fee and then $40-80 depending on how bad the car was. I charge for delivery because it was less than two miles away. Three hours later, the two truck drive charges my wife $363. $89 service fee, $80 tow fee, $29 drop off fee, $45 special equipment fee(the use of a jack), $120 for labor. 360 towing refuses to answer my call to resolve the issue. They are a shady company and I don’t think anyone should trust them with their business.

This place has been an absolute life saver! My ford f-150 broke down on the side of the highway and I reached out for their services. From the operator to my tech Elijah, the services provide were profound. Within 25 minutes of placing the request, Elijah was arriving ready to complete the job, compared to most towing services that take nearly 2 hrs. I advise everyone reading this review to not hesitate for this company is what you are looking for. Great handling along with great pricing and even better customer services from their operators! Thanks again Elijah and the 360 towing family, you guys really helped me beyond expectations and everyone should enjoy this privileged of a service that is provided by you!

We called and they said it would be$49-89 plus $4 a mile to tow it. The man arrived and was very nice and helpful. We filled him 18 miles and arrived the guy charged me $300 even. Even if it was the higher ($89) the mileage charge would be $72 for a total of $161. I was not given a receipt or anything. I do not recommend a business that does not keep their word. They made an already bad day, worse.

I’m torn between stars for service and stars for price. I was quoted $59 just for them to show up and “at least” $20 to jump my truck off. By the time the man left, it was a $99 ordeal and then had to turn around and buy a $300 battery just to get back to Shreveport. I’ll be a little more specific....There’s no doubt my battery was beyond dead. He hooked up his jump box and although, I had power, it still wasn’t enough for my truck to turn over. That, in and of itself, was $20. Since it didn’t work that way, he had to hook up his jumper cables from his truck to mine.....you guessed it, another $20. Personally, it’s pathetic to nickel and dime someone when the driver spent less than 10 minutes assisting me and charged me $40 on top of the $59 just to get there. The only plus side is the man who assisted was very polite and professional. If this were to happen to me again in Irving, I simply would not call this company to assist. I would rather give a stranger $20 for a jump from their truck (keep in mind I tried to jump it off from people who offered to help but they had smaller cars and it just wasn’t a strong enough battery to assist me). I was sick at my stomach when he decided to charge an additional $20 just to pull out the jumper cables. $99 to jump a vehicle off is insane.

Eli showed up quickly and got my wifes car running, so we didnt even need the tow! We still had to drive to the mechanic, but it was much easier (and cheaper).

I got my car towed at this place and the guy that came really fast. this was probably the best place. Ive had my car towed many times and this place has the best service. 10/10 would recommend.

This company is amazing

Service was good, but now I cant get an invoice with the number and company name on it so I can get reimbursed from the car dealer my car was towed to. Sure dont bother them to take you money but when you need help to get it back from the dealer they are slower than molases in the winter time.

Requested a towing service today and ended with over $200 bill. It included load and unload fee, $59.95 service fee just for came out. Also got charged for 11 miles for actual 7 miles distance. Not recommended.

I called to set up a tow from my home to the dealership 11 miles away. After some discussion about cost I agreed to have them come. When the driver arrived, he said it was going to total an amount twice as much as I understood from my earlier phone conversation. There were several fees not disclosed during the initial phone call. Thy said they can’t go over the charges in detail initially because “it would take too long.” After about an hour of back and forth with the diver standing in my driveway we finally “agreed” on an amount 50% more than the original discussion. If I hadn’t paid the initial $59 fee I wouldn’t have had them do the job. The dispatch guy said it was “impossible” to refund the fee I had already paid. A friend in the towing industry said a reasonable price would be about $75-$100 for this tow, we paid $149 after an hour of arguing to get it down from $209. My initial understanding was a cost of about $100, the service dispatch agreed but neglected to mention several fees. Use this company at your own risk!

10/21/2018Call 360 towing in Irving. Was told it would be 1 to 2hr wait time. At that time I asked for a quote. I was told by David ( service rep.) that would 89$ for just the call and then 35$ to 75$ for the tow and 3$ a mile out side the city of Irving. Also he would need my debit card number just in case I leave. So I agreed with quote and and gave debit information. Two hours later I received a phone call from the driver confirming my vehicle by color and other details. The drive has the address where to deliver, which is only appropriately 4 to 6 miles they took 385$ from my account for a 5 mile tow with out informing me of all the charges this would tally. Needless to say I will be disputing this through my bank, VISA and small claims court in Irving

As you can see from all of the other reviews, this company goes out of their way to take advantage of people in already financially stressful situations. Quote you one price and charge 3x as much. I don’t know how these people sleep at night and have absolutely no clue how they still have 4.5 stars here. They must be doing shady business here too...

I would like to thank Eli for a fine job he did on picking up my wrecked car and bring it to my. The work was done very professional, polite and in the time allotted. He came when they said he would come and they called and he called to make sure that I would be where my car was wrecked. He brought the car to my home for the insurance company to review. I would like to thank Eli and triple AAA for the great job done.

They took care of me and taught my a few things about my vehicle too. Highly recommend these people. He got to me pretty quick in the worst traffic in the heart of Houston too.

Same ole same ole. Quoted $59 service fee and $35-$75 hookup fee and $0 per mile if within the city limits. I had the car sat up at a angle where the driver just had to back up and load the car. It was located in a non busy parking lot as well. He lowered his ramp, got in my car and drove it onto the ramp. Yep, he charged me the high side, $75. Towed the car 3.5 miles and charged me $12 for that. $147 for 3.5 miles. I’m confused on how this tow stuff works, I called one company and a totally different company showed up? 360 Tow is the company who showed up and is the company who gauged me on the price. Until I get some of my money back, 360 tow is lucky to get a 2 star out of me! Only reason, they did not take for ever to get there.

The driver was a really nice guy and I have no faults against him. My biggest complaint lies in the fact that I was told the pricing is only $59 to take my car anywhere in the city limits and $4 for every mile outside. What they neglect to tell you is that there is a $75 hook up fee and a $25 special equipment fee (which is the fee for using the ties to keep your car from falling off the bed...). I ended up getting charged an extra $100 that they neglected to mention....

They are not upfront about charges! How do you write a towering fee $50-80 dependent on the tow, then turn around and charge for labor and special equipment?!!! That should all be in the $80! Then say that its a $59 cancellation fee, but at the end of the transaction call it a service call charge. They charge you an extra $59 regardless.Lies! Lies! Lies! Dont use this company!!!!

Shady shady business practices. They quote $89 for the service call and $40-80 for the tow. I accepted that, assuming my simple 1.5 mile tow would be the minimum. The MINIMUM the driver can charge is $59 for the the hook up. Quoting prices that dont exist is the definition of bait and switch. They even tried to charge a convenience fee for leaving it at a designated location. It was literally the simplest and easiest place they could have left it. No fault of the drivers, they were professional and courteous. After hearing I was upset, the driver even offered to waive his commission but I declined.Ended up costing $100 per mile.CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I was given a 20 minute ETA, the driver (Danny) arrived on time, was very polite and efficient. Turned out, my spare tire had never been used and was low on air, he followed me back about a mile to a Shell station and added air to the spare for me! And before you come back with a reply about how prices change according to circumstances...the car was left in a parking lot with the rear accessible, the keys were available and the car runs...it was just making a noise. Not a difficult tow. Never go here.

This was the worst customer service, we where told we where gonna be charged $50 but we where charged $200 I would NEVER NEVER recommend this towing service, The worker did not agree with me, was no help at all. Just awful I called over an hour ago and paid $140 for the service deposit. Told me they would take up to 15-30 mins Max for a tow. Had to have someone else call them and get ahold of company because they refused to awnser my calls and left me on hold forever. Found out on of their drivers left due to a flat tire,ironic and it would be another 30 min wait time. You think it would be the professional thing to contact the customer and keep them updated, but not with this company. I was in the rain for over 2 hours before heard back from anyone. Driver finally called and it took him another 30 mins to get there. Dispatch was also refusing my calls,Completely until then. Driver was very unprofessional as well. He also made a stop at the gas station taking even longer after the fact. And after wards he still gouged the price. Nothing matches up with what was originally said. Worst experience ever and wouldnt recommend to anyone. Will be filing a complaint against the company

Before I do business with a company I take a look at their reviews. It was no different for a towing company because I know some tow companies can rip you off. This company appeared to have a good history so after calling a few places we decided to use them because they were the least expensive based on what the rep told us over the phone. Well be cautious of the following practices. I am going to post the response I received from them pertaining to my dispute because they lied. The rep did NOT disclose all of the fees, $89 service fee for just showing up plus another $85-$95 plus $3 per mile). Also the invoice was signed but only because the employee told us they would not release the vehicle if it wasnt so we felt bullied into signing it. In hindsight we may have been able to call the police but when someone is holding your vehicle hostage you tend to panic and dont know what to do. MAYBE this was just my experience but Im putting this review/document on here as a warning to others to be cautious and also so you can see the fees they charge for simply showing up in case they dont disclose it when you call too.

Monday morning I jumped into my car, already late to work just to find out my car refused to start!!! After my husband tried to jump start my car I realized I would have to tow it to the dealer for the 3rd time this past 6 month (!) I called 360 towing. At first I was skeptic, the call center representative seemed to be very professional but for some reason would only agree to provide me with a range of prices ($120 to $150 for a tow inside Irving including millage) saying he cannot assess the labor needed over the phone and the tow guy will give me the exact price on site (Big red flag), only reason I decided to book the service is the fact a 30 minutes ETA was promised (again I was skeptic). 32 minutes later (i timed it) Sean arrived with a big smile on his face (nothing like previous tow guys i used), when i told him my car wouldnt start and my husband already tried to jump start it he politely asked me if i would mind he would give a jump start another try, again i was skeptic but, hell I would do anything to avoid dealing with the dealer again, I obviously told him to go ahead and give it a try and guess what 10 minutes later i was driving my car to work, its a miracle!!! i end up paying $85 (less then the low end of the price quote), I know it was only a jump start but i didnt care, in my mind i was already spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer so $85 is definitely a big break...Thanks 360 especially Sean who completely turned my morning around!!! highly recommended!

My car broke down in the middle of the road luckily I was in the lane closest to the median. I was able to get it onto the median out of traffic. I called a tow company. I didnt do any research on it at all. I was sitting in my car (ac wouldnt work if the car wasnt running) with no ac and they got to to me in a pretty timely manner. The driver was very nice. I was pretty hot and tired he let me sit in his truck while he loaded my car on. Then we drove my car to the shop. Then the best thing happened...he offered to take me home too! That was a life saver. Im very broke right now and have very little money. I didnt really have the money for an uber so yes he was a life saver. Would definitely recommend and use again if ever needed!

Called this company and they said it would be an 1 to 1.5 hours. I had a call back within 10 mins from Elite towing they had outsourced the call, which was ok. Your told when you call they out source some calls. The company’s driver was fantastic and went anove and beyond to get my car to the shop.

This place Sux... they told me it would be 89 and then all of a sudden it was 214... I canceled payment until they make it right. I called and 4 different guys hung up on me when I was trying to find out why it jumped that much... DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE JERKS... not to mention it took almost 2 hours to get to me. They must be under new management.. they used to be a good company but guess not anymore. Or maybe its just the bleeps that are working there now. Call somebody else. I will tell everyone I can not to use this company... I own a company as well and would never mislead a customer the way they did.... even if they claim its recorded... blah blah blah.... anyone can delete and misconstrued a recording to make it seem real... and Im sure whoever responds will make it look good on their part but.... whatever... write what you want... you are full of it. Ps... its kinda funny that the last post and mine both say 89... hhhhmmmmm.... oh and another thing. All they did was pull me out and I drove off. They didnt have to tow me anywhere. So why the overcharge...
