I am a current resident at Devon on Northgate and the treatment I am receiving by the staff is unacceptable. There was a leak under my unit that caused mold and required them to cut a hole my bedroom wall to fix. After repairing the leak they closed the maintenance request. They still have not come out to repair the hole or remove the mold. Due to them leaving a large hole in my wall, OPOSSUMS worked their way into my home yesterday. After an hour of trying to reach the property managers, I received a call back from the on-call agent who advised me that they could not assist. When I asked why the hole and mold issue were not resolved a month later, I was advised that due to the BLACK MOLD in my apartment it required special handling that took time. At no time has the property manager mentioned that there is black mold in my apartment. Do not rent from this apartment, they will take no steps to protect your health or your property.Edit to add**To note, the manager refused to send my rental history to my loan officer after I posted this review. Which is illegal. Do not rent here!! They will actively try to make life difficult for you. That giant hole remained until I moved and they had the audacity to charge me for pest removal. Where do they think the bugs came from?? They conveniently responded after I had moved.

The maintenance staff is very attentive and friendly. Had multiple issue with our ac this summer and have had it resolved within a few hours including evenings and weekends. Herman was especially friendly and helpful with a number of concerns regarding more extensive maintenance requests, definitely goes above and beyond!
Just moved in August I will be recording and keeping up with work orders for accountability. At the end of the lease I will post a full video review on Devon at Northgate. Whatever content I have is exactly what they provide me with.
Please do not move here. Is this apartment the worst? Absolutely not, but for its price all its issues are definitely not worth it. As a resident of one month, they pull you in by advertising “luxury” features. However, the “state of the art” fitness center? Closed with no foreseeable opening date. Gated community? Nope, gates don’t work. New countertops and finishes? True, except it’s quite literally a facade (The new bathroom mirror was completely placed in front of the old one & I have 2 broken kitchen drawers since the glued faces were broken from arrival). Only plus is their appliances are new and stainless steel, except I’ve also been without a fridge light for a month. On arrival, I filed 15 maintenance requests, and still half of them have yet to be fixed. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments in the past and I understand this is all largely due to lacking management and not on the receptionists/maintenance crew. However, quality control is simply atrocious and it takes SO LONG for anything to be processed (It took me 3 weeks to get a simple, 4-digit code for my alarm system [that I’m paying close to $30 a month for]). With the added fees, this is close to an $1,100 rent for a one bedroom in an area that’s not even the best so I’d definitely reconsider choosing this apartment for anyone interested as I will certainly not renew my lease.
I just want to say Herman came into my unit and was amazing he explained everything thing he was going to fix and he was very attentive to what I told him I needed fix. Keep up the hardwork Herman!
Omg please be aware of office staff. Especially Sterling the assistant manager. She is the worst. So unprofessional, so rude! Confrontational. Just a whole mess.. please replace this staff for people who actually know how to diffuse situations and conduct business on a professional level. Good luck
Would give a 0 if possible. Snow storm occurred in February and here we are in August and they have still failed to repair damages but they’re increasing the rent $150. Imagine that. Maintenance request go undone and for emergencies you have to call 3-4x. Definitely would not recommend which is very disappointing because I did like my apartment but the way they have handled things with this snow storm is just terrible.
Love it here!! the office staff is so welcoming. Any issues I had they were resolved quickly. Everyone seems to always been in a good mood when iv come up there and I appreciate that alot. Sterling helped so much when I first moved in and Keesha was always available when I had questions. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

I got best experiences living in this apartment from the date of the lease agreement. I felt so comfortable when Jessica (Jessiii) was so friendly, composed and straightforward on customer service. Currently, the newly renovated rooms are well designed. Wide parking spaces and peaceful environment. Maintenance services are done on time.

I move this apartments a couple of years a go and since day one Jessie Saenz has been helping me with anything that I need, she is always available if she always return my calls, and figure out how to meet my needs. Ive lived here for 3 yrs now and all I can say is Jessie is the best and shes the only reason Ive stuck around. Whenever I need stuff taken care of she is always willing to help out at getting stuff done that same day. I know other apartments complexes are not like that. I know we are under new management which I havent gotten to meet yet but Im hoping is nothing like BH Management where that manager was not helpful at all excluding Jessie, Bernie and there maintenance team. I will say this I do need my apt to be changed over to the New Remodel because this old style is not working for me anymore. Js

Lived here for a year and they deny parking permit for my vehicle, this apartment management is trash, also it takes forever to get things fixed, it took them 2 months to repair my A/C when it was 100 degrees outside

My air conditioner was not working tonight and I called the emergency maintenance, and within an hour someone was out to fix it! I’ve lived here for many years and I’ve never encountered a problem with any of the staff. Everyone is friendly and very timely on getting issues resolved. It makes living at Devon on Northgate wonderful. Super thanks to all of the maintenance on all of your hard work in this heat. It is very much appreciated!!

It’s been my fifth anniversary as a resident with Dovon at Northgate previously Eagle crest. The stuff is friendly and welcoming and I loved living here and I can’t thank Jesica enough for her kindness, she is always friendly and kind when I am looking to lease or change my existing apartment to a different one . Jesica’s professional customers service image is what everyone expects from leasing office.
This apartment isnt too bad but heres a few things to put into consideration. Ill try to keep it short.1.) Affordable but after adding Mandatory Alarm Fee(Most likely wont set up/use), Valet Trash, Pest Control, etc ends up not making sense. Might as well go get a more modern apartment if youre going to be paying about $1000+ for 1BR.2.) Theres a roach issue3.) Hot water NEVER works.4) Saw a comment about turning off the water and only giving residents 5 minutes notice. This was a very frustrating experience as the water was turned off for 5-6 hours.5.)Maintenance is pretty responsive. They come almost the same day if its an emergency or next day.HOWEVER, weve opened multiple tickets regarding the AC Unit in my apartment. Its constantly leaking water every time the AC is turned on.* One time, the HVAC system stuff came off completely from being soaked with water. The maintenance guy came and vacuumed the moisture in the foam and drilled it back in. He then stayed in the bathroom for extra 15 minutes playing a movie: Pretending he was workingAs much as I like this neighborhood and the neighbors. The apartment itself wouldve checked all my boxes because I am not one to complain but Please THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW. Rent at your own risk!

I put in an order to have my AC fixed and days had passed without anyone coming to check it. I work from home and have a small child as well, so it is not reasonable to have no AC during this time. I tried calling and talking to the office AGAIN to report the issue and discuss why I was upset and JESSSICA in the office interrupted me and was being very inappropriate and aggressive with me. I went to the office to get further assistance and was met with hostility. I was also told I cannot speak to anyone in the office, and had to leave. This isnt the firsts time ive put in orders with no result. I also had a dishwasher that was flooded in the bottom and had to fix it myself because no one ever came. I requested a screen for my for window to at least and that was never delivered either.
I have been living for almost a year an half with my husband, management is good but the best thing is the help of Jessy she is always there for your needs answering questions, helping with maintenance request or whatever problem u have, she is kind know how to respond to customer needs and provide solutions .5 start is for Jessy, the property is 4 starts for me

I lived here for 2 years and do not recommend this complex at all. I experienced constant mold issues in my unit that kept coming back because it was only painted over by maintenance, had cockroach issues and numerous requests for pest control were not met, gates were rarely in working order, and the leasing staff (with the exception of Jessie, who is great) were at times unprofessional and rude. You can find better, safer apartment complexes for the same price or lower in Irving - I suggest, based on my experience, searching elsewhere for your future home.
My review is mixed. l love the location and the neighbors are great. However, the office staff could use some tweaking. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is like calling the IRS during tax season, youre not going to get anyone on the phone. I have called and left voicemail that never get returned or addressed. I work for their sister property and called from my work phone, by some miracle they answer the phone on the first ring. I will brag on Jessica, the new hire in the leasing office, she tries and has been very helpful in recent days. I will not discredit her service. Thank you

Multiple break-ins on property (with police reports filed but no action taken by management for additional security), bugs that were unaddressed, gates dont work, additional fees that turn $1000/mo rent into $1200/mo, left with no hot water for over a week due to plumbing issues, fridge broke within 6 months of living here. Worst place Ive ever lived.

I have not been able to get anybody from the apartment complex or corporate office to fulfill the contract agreement I broke my lease due to the horrible conditions and left a fw address to pay remainder balance Ive never heard anything. I have called the apartment complex,corporate,and all management I was told to for information but it has been a dead end. I was giving an email address from corporate to get information to pay off balance which was wrong of course But Eagle Crest apartments has immediately updated an eviction with the city of Irving. Then they give you the run around for years so its impossible to move anywhere else. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE. GO TO THE NEXT SET OF APARTMENTS.
Full disclosure I am not a resident, however I have been looking for an apartment and sent an email 2 weeks ago. Also tried calling with no response at all. Drove over there today and knocked on the office door. Someone on the inside walked away, then came back and taped up a sign that the office was closed. Didnt open the door, didnt offer help, nothing at all. I called the office IMMEDIATELY, while seeing someone in the office, and it was allowed to go to voicemail. If this is how they run their business I cant imagine they are willing to go very far for their tenants. Very sad too since the location was kinda perfect for me.
Came in today to tour a room. There were 2 parties waiting when I walked in. A staff member was conducting a tour for another party and the second staff member was at lunch. I walked around the office, checking out the decor, and came upon Angela L’s office. She was buried in paperwork when I excused myself to ask, when there will be someone available to do a tour. As she immediately walked out of her office to assist me, she discovered the other 2 parties that were also waiting. With the utmost professionalism, patience and great listening skills, she was able to assist all 3 parties by herself!!! So impressive!! A few minutes went by, and Carolyn B. returned and gave me a tour of the B1 unit. Very cute floor plan. Love the den - which I plan to use as a closet and office. ☺️ Love the option to paint your walls too!! A resident told me that maintenance and parking is not an issue here at all! He had an issue with his AC around 2am one day, (and y’all know ac is a *must* in Texas!) contacted maintenance and they were at his door at 5a! Nice!!!
PLEASE do NOT rent this apartment complex! Hear me out out once before thinking about moving here. So I am not in the Texas due to health issues (broken leg) hence I had my friend move my stuff to the apartment, because I didnt want to use anymore of her space with my stuff. My friends live in this complex, for someone who recently moved to the new complex, it was really helpful to be around people I knew, also the fact that they have a huge Nepali community in this complex, was what drew me in. So I had the movers move in with few bags of clothes, shoes, makeup and all that jazz, and a mattress. Mind you, I recently moved to Texas for job, so I dont have much stuff to begin with. I had asked my friend to make sure that the apartment is clean and livable. The pictures will justify how they were planning to rent me the apartment. The carpet is not cleaned, nor washed. There were turmeric marks on the gas, and walls of the kitchen, the dishwasher is so disgusting that one would never want to use it. The fridge is missing holders where we put the condiments, none of the cabinets, were clean, and I mean throughout the entire house. The fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off, which you can see in the video too! I needed the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned out. This was assured to me BEFORE the move in date. Clearly, that was no the case. I am highly allergic to bugs, and have medical proof and this was conveyed to the management before I paid the deposit. I then asked to be moved to a new apartment, but the manager is refusing to move me. You can see on the pictures of the number of calls I have made to the bhmanagement, to their regional manager (who btw had quite the job, but they did not give me contact number for the new manager), and the eagle crest facility. They keep pushing me off saying they will call me back, but I have yet to hear back from them. I have to physically be thee to get this issue cleared, so I am forced to fly there with a cast on my leg. It s so frustrating to see the service of this management. Please please please think 10 times before renting apartment from this place. This goes to my Nepali peeps too!ps. for some reason all my pics are not being posted .

If I could give Zero stars I would! DO NOT RENT FROM EAGLE CREST APARTMENTS. If you plan on EVER taking a hot shower this isn’t the place for you! They have a boiler that is always messed up. My son moved in August 10 and he still does not have a mailbox key that works. His shower handle turns 360 degrees around both ways so he can not regulate his shower water. The maintenance guy says it isn’t broken. So they will not replace! He has had hot water issues since the day he moved in. He had to take off work to report the hot water because they Never answer the phone and his maintenance portal does not work! He was told they would make him a priority and get maintenance out ASAP. Maintenance Never showed up. Eagle Crest and their customer service is HORRIBLE! They do not care about their tenants! Do not Rent here!
Nobody is taking serious in this apartment. I do not know why they just make excuse just because of COVID-19. Why this management is doing such a careless for maintenance. I have been trying to reach them since last couple weeks saying we were not able to access our mail box. Please can somebody raise voice to improve the management of this apartment.

They give a hard time to do the maintenance on the apartment plus they do not do pest control and they charge you for it and when you ask for it they say next Monday and they do not do it you have to keep calling the service and they do not answer the phone.
I have been living at Eagle Crest Apt for more than a year but never done a review of them until now. Why now, yesterday i came back to my apt and found that all my maintenance requests had been completed. Jesse who is one of the ladies in that office has been my agent and my go to person whenever i need something fixed in my Apartment. She will keep me posted on every development about my request and for that, I am very happy. Anyone looking for an apartment, come to Eagle Crest and see Jesse, she will give you all the help you need. Jesse, you are amazing, please keep it up.
The apartments are very nice for how much rent is, although i will say, the walls are incredibly thin & my apartment (im not sure if its just me or not) is literally in a lean (not drastic, everything still stands upright but you can feel it) but other than that, living here is great.
These apartments are nice. Its an easy place to live as long as you pay your bills on time and follow the rules (common sense). Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. Ive only had one minor issue in 4 months and I only had to put one request in for it. The office staff is helpful as well. They were all very friendly and involved with my move-in process. Bernadette was my leasing agent, but all of the women helped with my constant calling in with questions before I moved in. There are several pool areas and they are kept in nice condition, and cleaned once a week. I waited a few months after moving in to write this review, and everything is going smoothly. Im happy to live here!
Was interested in renting at this complex but after several phone calls and no call backs. I checked the reviews and see what I was suspecting, the office doesn’t answer the phone and property issues. I’ll look elsewhere
This place sends out emails at 4:55 pm to tell you water shut off at 5:00 pm for 4-6 hours who only warns people for 5 mins during covid 19
Management is excellent. I have been staying here for more than a year and people here are great. And also a good news, i have extended my lease already. You ask for help, they will be there for you every time. Its been more than a year and i have no cockroach problem at all. If something doesnt work you ask them, they will be in your place soon. So i would like to rate them 5/5. Thank you guys.
When I first moved in Bernie made promise that did not pan out but I was still willing to move in. As time goes by there are large pot holes in the parking lot. The one person Dori that was vertigo nice and sweet of course moved to a different set of apartments. Then we get Danielle just depending on the day she may be rude or nice. It’s bad when you move 3 adults and a child above single couple what do you get running throughout the house and loud music as if the are on the first floor. The only thing you get told call the police so what am I paying my money for if you are not going to be the manager and address my concerns. I have had plenty of people ask about these apartments and my response don’t do it. Wish I had not moved here then maybe I would be able to rest easy.

Amazing time touring this complex!!! Turned in our application and hopefully moving in sometime in Oct. Office staff is very helpful and answered all of our questions. The staff remembered us from over a year ago and made sure we felt at home with such a down to earth experience and we hadnt even moved in yet. I recommend this complex to anyone!!
This was easily the worst experience in an apartment that was experienced for me.The property management was very rude. Macy is not friendly to tenants at all and acts like shes being bothered to provide customer service.The apartment kept falling apart. Pipes, sink, cupboards, and cheap covering for peeling bathtubs. Even roach infested when we kept our places spotless to prevent this.Theyll add things to your rent AFTER you sign the contract. They added Valet Waste and an alarm system that they MADE you pay for. This sounds like a breach of contract as it is nothing we agreed to but they money grab you.Do yourself a favor, leave as soon as you can. If youre looking for a place to live, dont make it this place as living in a cardboard box is better compared to this place.

They waste your time in the office and then feel they can speak to you any kind of way. Danielle is very rude and condescending when her teammates fail to do their jobs. Bernie fails to do her job and put in work orders even after you wait over 30 minutes to speak with her in the office. I would not recommend anyone moving here if they want somewhere that’s professional, about their business and friendly. They lack compassion and empathy skills which true enough they’re just leasing they don’t truly care but when you show frustration they act as if they can not comprehend why someone would be upset about the things they do. This property was ran so much better when Maisie Hill was working here. She is definitely missed. BH management needs more employees like her especially at Eagle Crest’s property.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The management is mediocre and never know what theyre doing. They give incorrect information and are very rude. I have never paid my rent late and last month I was charged a $50 dollar late fee when I went to discuss it with the office they told me it was a mistake and it would be refunded but I would have to come in Monday. When Monday came around the accountant told us that we would NOT be refunded they would only put a $50 credit towards the rent. I would have never paid the $50 if I knew I was not going to get it back. How can you accidentally charge someone $50 dollars? Anytime we have a maintenance issue it takes forever to get resolved and the management does not seem to care, especially Jessie not to mention the rent is constantly going up and the apartments are not worth it. Theres so much more I could say but I would rather not waste my time. I will NOT be renewing my lease.
HORRIBLE! ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS! All they do is put bait down no extermination. Management is fake, they will pretend to have your best interest but I promise nothing will get done. You pay for valet trash but trash is NEVER picked up, especially if one of their nasty pest (possums) get to your trash over night or over the weekend(trash is only picked up M-F). Oh let’s not got on maintenance, they will mark your request as done and not even come and see about nor fix the problem. Let me just say, save your money these apartments are TRASH I can not wait until my lease is up.
If I could leave a negative star I would. Please save yourself the headache and dont move into this apartment. They have the worst management and THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!! The only way you can get someone to answer you is through email. Ive had the worst experience with them and I wouldnt recommend them at all. Its been months after that I left and they never contacted me letting me know that they had charged me some fees and instead of trying to contact me they just forward it to a collection agency. When I emailed them about this not at all did they apologize and find out a way to help me they just said they didnt have my forwarding address!! SERIOUSLY!!! So the office never had my phone number or my email address on file!!!??? Im telling you even the maintenance would be done half ass, the apartments are old and the appliances are just so old that you just wish you had the upgraded unit. There is just no way I would ever rent from BH Management ever again they have the worst customer service when you call and their management is sad!! Never again!!!
I just moved in this past weekend & i have to say..... This was the most amazing moving experience ever!!!!!! MAISIE was there for me since day 1 when i called to inquire about pricing. She was available to answer any questions i had with a smile on her face :) my apartment was immaculate when i moved in!!!! I had no issues or complaints whatsoever. We lived here about 1 year. It was good environment, and the maintenance workers were very good to help on time.Management should be more friendly with the residents. Otherwise its a good community to live on budget.
I have found these apartments to be a good place to live. I have lived here for a year and a half and have had a very good experience with the office staff and maintenance staff. They have always been friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The only time I have had an unusual delay in maintenance was this past Spring when all of our area of Texas experienced unusually heavy rains and there were several apartments that needed attention. The grounds of the complex are well maintained. There is also a small gym on the grounds which was nicely remodeled less than a year ago and has all the basic equipment and free weights for a workout. The pool area is kept clean. Lounge chairs and the grill area were updated about a year ago.I was originally in a West facing apartment and experienced higher electric bills. Since moving to an East facing apartment my electric bills have been very reasonable. Like in many buildings, West facing will get more sun and potentially increase your electric bill. Consider this when deciding on a unit to rent.I cant give it five stars for three reasons. The first is that in the section of the complex where I live there is a shortage of parking in the evenings when you get home from work. Some other parts of the complex have better parking, so look at the area near the unit you are considering renting in the early evening if possible to get an idea if parking will be an issue for you. The second is the somewhat thin walls. The complex is a little older and, depending on your neighbors, the noise has a potential to bother you. The third is the valet trash. It is a third party vendor who provides the service, so not entirely within the office staffs control. They have always contacted the vendor when I have complained about it not being picked up and it has been taken care of, however for the $25/month it is more hassle than it should be. Mine doesnt get picked up two or three times a month. Most of the time when that happens I just take it to the dumpster instead of bothering the office staff about it.Even with these cons, I would recommend these apartments. I feel they are an overall good value for the cost of rent.
My boyfriend and I will be moving in next month and so far the experience has been great, Jessie in the office has been very helpful and I appreciate her for staying late with us while we finished our application even though she was not feeling well... look forward to our new journey in our lives living at Eagle Crest 😊.
TLDR: office doesnt answer phones or emails and that really weighed down what could have been an okay complex.Update: Just finished my lease with Eagle Crest. I guess move in was just a precursor for what was going to be a year here. No one ever answers the phone. EVER. Or emails. We have to pretty much come in anytime we need to have a question answered. We were given the option to upgrade our appliances and we had an issue with our bedroom ceiling fan (on the highest speed, it looked like it was about to break off out of the ceiling which made it a health hazard) but because of Danielle, it got swept under the rug. We were waiting for WEEKS before finally talking to the manager and she said it never got confirmed. So finally, after waiting for almost a month we got our appliances and our ceiling fan fixed. Danielle had a terrible attitude whenever we called and we made a formal complaint with the manager which seemed to not really do anything. Everyone else had great attitudes, dont get me wrong. No one would answer the phones though and working with Danielle really put a sour taste in our mouths. The complex itself is okay. I posted a year ago saying that they didnt have doggy bags and a year later, that is still true. No doggy bags anywhere. Once we were ready to move out, our new complex tried calling and calling the office for a few days, and of course no one answered. We finally got a hold of them and Im glad we did so we could get the ball rolling on move out. Finally, the day we were ready to move out, my fiance went to the office to see if we needed any paperwork done to get out and of course, due to COVID, we werent allowed to visit the office (which made sense). So, we cant get a hold of them over the phone AND we couldnt see them in the office. If he hadnt seen the maintenance guy outside, we wouldnt have known if we needed to do anything extra. So, Im glad were moved out. Its a nice enough complex, but the office made things sooo tough to have to ask for anything.Just starting my lease but move in day was a nightmare! Despite all the setbacks like the office power being out and only one of the lease people working on the Saturday, Bernadette and Angela made the best of a terrible situation. They were accommodating and did the best they could despite what was going on and they did it with a smile. The reason this is only 4 and not 5 stars is because nobody answers the phone no matter how many times I call and when i come to the office, there isnt that many people. Also no doggy bags for the poop so if they could fix those couple of things, this place would be great.
They charge an extreme amount of money when moving out. You either pay or it goes on your rental history. Never fix anything and the girls in the office have a terrible attitude.
I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years and have loved it maintenance is always friendly and everytime i have had a work order they have come out the same day and fixed the problem. just sold to a new management company and the people in the office have been friendly and respective. they are helping me get into a new larger apartment now and i have every reason to expect to continue enjoying living here
Wow by looking at all of these negative reviews you would think that BH Management would make a change with the staff and management at this location or provide them with some customer service, communication training. Surely not all of the people are writing negative comments just for the sake of it. Im not going to go into detail with this property but will say I CANT WAIT until my lease is up. Consider yourself warned.

Why 5 stars? The office staff was beautiful and nice ... especially Erica... she is sweet and very professional...anyway the neighbors upstairs Omg I can hear them making out at 1-2 am bang.. bang ...bang every night. Sounds like earthquake. . cant stand the people upstairs. Besides that? everything is great.
Wish I could give them zero stars and thank god I did not do a app with them. Deceptive business practices. I asked for a unit just like the demo but was given a quote for a completely different floor plan. They have no clue what they are doing and just spit out numbers like it’s ok.
The manager is only interested in charging you extra money by giving any reason. And if you ask her any questions she just say you must pay all charges without explaining what was that for. So don’t ask any questions and do charity to them

I wish I could give zero stars. They are focusing only in money making and the clean environment is limited just within their demo! I was so ready to leave this place and not look back after being tricked in with their Demo. These apartments are too high for their quality and they are unorganized.
This place is terrible! I would not recommend it to to anyone!They engage in shady business practices by not being up front with you when you ask how much your monthly bills will be, they do not give you accurate billing statements (the Net total on your bill is not how much you really owe, only they can tell you that if theyre willing), and every year they add new unneeded services/perks that are really just another way to nickle and dime you through minor violations. The trash service and alarm system are both perfect examples of this. All while they raise your rent and constantly renovate the main office with an ever nicer interior. If someone drops trash in the bin outside your door or you dont take your trash can inside by its curfew time you are charged a fee. If you sit in your car past the resident curfew time security will want to know who you are and where you live so they may report you. Getting in touch with someone on the phone is nearly impossible, and when you go down to the office in person, the only person that can address your problem is never there or if they are they tell you these minor fees constitute late rent so they can charge you even more. Stay away from this place!!! Im getting out as fast as I can!

1.- Never received my gym key, they kept telling me it was on the way.2.-Drains are huge holes in the middle of the driveway and theres 1 every 3 meters if you have a low car it might cause you problems3.- Dogs playground fences are not attached to the floor and theyre not tight enough so any dog can come out of it by pushing itself toward the fence( my dog went out from it a couple times and people was scared bc of the breed)4.- They only actually clean the pool thats in front of the office, other pools you can even see green color in their water.5.- Floors fabrications are messed up, they just make a lot of noise when you walk.. and obviously you can also hear your neighbors steps all day and night too.LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT! I made a contract for 6 months not trying to renew bc of all this reasons and theyre trying to charge me more than 1,000 dollars for not letting them know that I was leaving when I made a contract just for 6 months, that contract means Im leaving after that time I suppose!! They would try hard to charge you extra for anything and I call that STEALING!
These apartments are not worth the hassle. They have no customer service and do not care about their residents. They take forever to respond to service requests, they tow vehicles for any and everything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Been here less than a year and the services are the worst never seen a place like this before they keep on playing woth peoples minds said the going to fix the store its been over a month now still not fixed yet i have to go to the office almost ten times is when tbey think of making a step. If u are looking for a nice apartment home wouldnt recommend eagle crest
Worst place Ive ever lived at. They are just some money sucking people who talk super sugary but have zero percent of action. We have been paying or cleaning and maintenance without getting a single proper service. When tried to discuss about the issue, asked us to pay extra. It doesnt hurt to say that they barely care about the residents. And the place is very expensive and the service is low level. I dont recommend these apartments to any one.
