2 annoying prompts for car wash and reward service.The card machine and prompts are incredibly slow. Really outdated.

I got my car wash at this Shell today. I paid at the machine outside. Smooth transaction. But, the self service machine makes you see the cashier if youd like a receipt. I was anoyed by that inconvenience (I skipped getting the receipt). But, the cashier made up for it by giving me free air for my tires. Ill be back. But, next time Ill pay inside.

Bad service if you get here in the mornings.Bad attitudes as well. The cashier acts like they are king of the castle. Avoid them as much as possible. Plenty of other gas stations across the street!

I see another commenter with skimmed card info, I have not used the pumps to pay at any gas station for almost 10 years, for exactly the same reason, so I went into pay, this was yesterday around noon, and this morning I saw a pending $1 charge from hotelscom on my account. I have called the cc company right away to send a new card to me. I would never use my ATM out or inside any longer. only use your cc, most have fraud protection, but check with them, so you are not responsible for the charges. If you use your bank card, good luck with your money in there... This especially happens just before the holidays, so pay close attention anywhere you use your cards... otherwise the carwash is great, and no other issues, its a gas station...

More expensive than the gas stations nearby. Approximately 6 cents more expensive than Mobil

I dont always fill up my gas in Irvine but when I do I usually come here! Seems to always have the lowest prices and the 24 hour drive thru car wash is the BEST! I would say it is even better than other quick service car wash facilities. Another plus is the location! You cant miss it if youre going to Target. Get everything done in one place!

Nice station with easy access. Everyone loves the carwash, so be ready for a line. Prices tend to be lower than other stations. They sell Propane which is nice. Interaction with the staff has been very good. Plus you have a Target there with plenty of food outlets.

Very good diesel prices for the area. I use Chase Pay which this location supports which helps me save a bit more $$.

The fuel is shell so thats good. The car wash though isnt great. Im not sure if its just an old system or an inferior one. My car never seems to get clean enough while going to this location.Also, if you happen to come by when the fuel truck is there to refuel the tanks its very difficult to navigate around it.

Typical Shell station really.. small market with clerks that clearly dont want to be there. The gas is competetively priced with the Mobil up the street. The carwash at this station is much better than some of the other I have been to. Biggest issue is the fact that there is one clerk and if the carwash breaks the clerk is gone until it is fixed.

Pretty crowded. The pumps work so no complaints.

Refuses to provide air and water to paying customers

It is the worst carwash that i have ever seen, it made a lot of scratches on my new car. I hate them

Well maintained gas station.

My back tire was starting to go flat so I took it to the Shell Station I always go to, to buy gas and the occasional late night snacks as nothing is open in the area. But the one time I needed their help with a flat tire, they said that if I didnt have a gas receipt for the same day, that they could not turn on the gas compressor and that I would have to pay for air. I even took out a gas receipt from the day before where I spent $40.00 on gas and she said that if it wasnt dated today that she couldnt help me. The attendant told me to complain to management. I JUST BOUGHT GAS YESTERDAY! As far as Im concerned, this Shell station has just lost my average $200.00+ business a month.Date of most recent gas bought: 9/2/2012Date and time of air requested with attendant refusal to help: around 9:50pm on 9/3/2012Worst service and attitude around. Why would anyone want to give their money to a gas station that doesnt help them when theyre in need? I will never go back!!!

Gas in California is expensive.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! or if you do PAY INSIDE...they steal you card number at the pump. ONLY pay inside and use the chip!!!! Dealing with credit card fraud department now.
