We rented a car from Enterprise at the 18700 MacArthur Blvd. location in Irvine and Karim did a great job in making our experience a good one. Karim provided superior customer service. He made us feel valued and showed that he cared for his customers. He resolved our issue immediately and got us on our way. Thank you Karim for all your help! We truly appreciate it.
I use enterprise a lot for my job and this Enterprise is usually my go to location. They do everything they can within reason to get me in the right vehicle for whatever the occasion. Be it trucks, fuel economical cars or luxury or vans. Byron and Karim takes care of business the right way for a quasi commercial renter like me.
Our reservation was at the hotel, which has an Enterprise office. When we got there, the office was closed. We called, and Enterprise told us to go back to the airport to get the car, where we had just come from. We walked back and that office was closed too, with a sign saying we had to walk across the street to yet another location. There was never any apology or anything. They just didnt care.

Had to bring the car back to exchange because service was due...which seemed weird to me? But when returning a dent was found and the store would not give me another car unless I paid them “the rental store” my insurance deductible! So I was an hour from home and no ride back! How they think this is acceptable don’t know. Spoke to insurance and was told DO NOT pay them it was not up to them to collect their deductible! Never would recommend this store or Enterprise now!
Asked for a car, got an intermediate SUV. Take it or leave it on a Friday night. Vehicle was dirty inside and out. Brought back 23 hours early and they wouldn’t credit anything. Stick with the JWA location ... they’re much more accommodating and much better prices. It’s too bad bcz I normally like to support small business, but not when they’re gouging you.
The lady that works here was so nice to me and has superb customer service. I reserved a intermediate car and I’ve always been satisfied with the rental. They gave me a Nissan versa here but I didn’t like it. I apologized and told them I wasn’t pleased with getting this car and the lady offered to get me something better. I told them I didn’t mean to be a snob - i just wanted to be happy with the rental purchase. 100% recommend this location. Friendly, prompt and always has the best interest for its customers. Good job!
I recently rented a car at the Atrium hotel across the street from John Wayne - Orange County airport in Irvine, CA. The people behind the desk and Will the gentleman that brought us the car were super.We had a Chrysler 300 and it was a great car. One issue -- it was not as clean as it should have been. I spent sometime getting the windows clean so that I could comfortably drive it.But overall -- good experience as I have had with the cars Ive previously rented from Enterprise.
As always, we had a positive experience with the staff at this location. As a side note, I had taken advantage of an option in which Enterprise chooses the car, which was supposed to be at a minimum a compact five passenger vehicle. I was offered a pick-up, which I dont feel meets these criteria. Staff found me an alternative, but I definitely will not use this option again.
This location is across the street from the airport in the Atrium Hotel. Its about a two block walk from the baggage claim area. You may be able to save yourself the airport fees/taxes with that walk.The staff was excellent, as it typically is at Enterprise. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman that I booked with on the phone when switching a reservation from Avis. She was extremely helpful and took great care of me with an upgrade. Very much appreciated. The return couldnt have been easier, as well.
Didnt have my car for an advance reservation. Had to drive me 5 miles down the road. Put me behind. Nice guy but no apologies. Seemed like it is an everyday occurrence.

While visiting my sister in Irvine, and staying at the Atrium Hotel, I used the on-site Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was totally satisfied. The car I reserved was ready for me, the gentlemen behind the counter were helpful, and professional. Will definitely use Enterprise again. I rent from this location several times a year.. I have been very satisfied with the service & timely manner they take care of you.. wonderful friendly staff& easy to work with.. only problem I’ve ever had was when I get the car it is on empty with the fuel tank, which has happened several times. so unfortunately I immediately have to put fuel in the vehicle.. I mentioned this when I returned last time how I felt this was such an inconvenience.. they were very sorry & gave me a credit for next time I rent from them I get a free 1/2 tank of fuel compensationed.. I think that was a nice thing to do for my trouble& a great way to show customer appreciation.. I certainly will continue to rent from this location of enterprise..

Absolutely the best experience I had at enterprise. I walked over from the airport and was greeted and I checked in. that was 1-2 mins. I can’t remember the manager name but he went back and grab the car and provided a free upgrade. showed my how to use certain feature of the car. shook my hand. by far went above and beyond good customer service. checking was really simple as well. The manager who handed me the car also driven me back as well. thanks Enterprise!
Overall the experience wasn’t too bad. We waited 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to get the vehicle which would have been frustrating if we had somewhere to be but we didn’t. The vehicle wasn’t very clean when we got in it. There was some sort of grease all over and it was clear it hadn’t even been wiped down. He return process was easy though.
Everything was great!!! The prices are awesome, very affordable. This will be my go to place whenever I need a car again. Staff is outstanding and very polite. I would strongly recommend to all my folks.
Looks like like they use a part of hotel parking lot for their car storage. If you have to go there to pick up a car, there is no parking space for customers unless you valet park your car for $14. They dont even try hard to pick you up like promised at your location. When singing out, they intentionally didnt tell a total price and I was panic when I saw the bill I signed for walking out of their office. Simply try other better Enterprise location for your mental health.PS: I am an Enterprise Platinum Member and I have been through so many Enterprise locations in US.
Rented a car there couple of times. Never had an issue. One time I had to have a car while my wifes car was in a shop for a couple of days which then turned into a week and then 10 days. All i did is just called in and they extended it for as long as i needed it at the great initial rate that i had.
My worst rental car experience ever! I am done with Enterprise.I booked a standard SUV. At pick up, I was told the car is not there, so they drove me to another location to pick up a Chevy! but at the second location I got a jeep instead! Since the car didnt even had USB/AUX ports I went back to change the car. This time I was told that the new car is a Chevy Impala. Well, it was Malibu. When I returned the car, the guy said I was short on gas. While I was 1/16 of a full tank short and the tank is about 12 Gallon, I was charged for 2 gallons!!!
When I rent a car I expect the car to be at least half full so my first concern isnt where to get gas.Car I rented at the Enterprise Atrium in Orange County, CA was barely 1/4 full. I brought that to the attention of staff representative and she said that was procedure.When I reserved the car on the website it should have stated OUR CARS DONT COME WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS!!!!Also had to wait too long for car, two people in office but only one person getting the cars outside. The inside of the car was dirty.
All of the employees I came in contact with from the staff at the front desk to the pick and drop off drivers were all very polite they process the paperwork very quickly and got us on our way when were renting the car and when we returned it I would recommend them highly to anyone been in the car Richard Hart

I had my first experience renting a car with Enterprise. Since its such a small office at this location by the time I picked up my rental they had ran out of vehicles. So they ended up taking me up the Street to another location and gave me a jaguar for the same price. Not to mention they have great customer service at this location as well. I highly recommend this spot.
Had an absolutely awesome experience with these guys. Shout out to Will for always doing his best. They ran out of cars and upgraded me from an intermediate to a Merc! Now thats what is called customer service. Highly recommend this branch to anyone in IrvinePs: I have been to enterprises in Indiana, Washington, Illinois, California and this I have to say is the best branch of them all.

This is the 103rd time Ive rented a vehicle for work related use from Enterprise at Atrium Hotel on MacArthur Blvd. Its directly across the street from SNA/John Wayne airport. Im always overwhelmed with the excellent service here! John Watkins, keep up the good management!
Amazing service, from the entire staff. Renting across the street from SNA saved me $100+. A little lost at first, but if you go through the parking garage there’s an exit door for McCarthur Blvd. cross the street and there you’ll find the hotel. About a 5 minute walk.In the hotel you’ll find an amazing staff both Hotel and Rental agency. Bass and Michael helped me out, they were amazing and made the process seamless. Checked in 5 minutes late, waited for 5 minutes then I was on my way to the beach. Take McCarthur all the way west and you’ll get to Newport. When I returned the car they gave me a ride to the terminal but they can’t pick you up because there’s airport rules against it. Booked through Costco Travel and saved even more. Give this location a try 👌🏽.😎🌴

I didnt rent from here but mistakenly tried to return my car. Everything is unclear about the location, the staff were slow and ignored me, and then I would have had an extra fee to leave car there. Not great.

At first the agent worked very hard to sell me extra insurance and stuff I didnt need. Then he put me in a car with a broken shifter--I could only move it out of park by punching the button with the side of my hand. This quickly became tiresome and painful. When I needed help finding the Enterprise location at the Burbank airport, the agents at this location were unable to help. I had to specifically ask for the phone number of the Burbank location, because they did not care enough to offer it, much less connect me to them. There are plenty of other rental car companies at this airport, and I definitely recommend choosing one of them.

Had a very good experience. Nothing exceptional, nothing to complain about.I had requested for a 8-seater SUV for my Xmas weekend road trip (with couple of calls ahead to ensure I got an 8-seater and an SUV). I was given a call 2 hours before pickup time if I could do away with a minivan as the vehicle that was expected to arrive ran into an accident. I explained my situation as to why a minivan wouldnt work for me. The enterprise person was quite understanding and found me an 8-seater SUV while still on the call.The sales person, wasnt too pushy to sell their insurance.Only gripe is that the car could have been washed and vacuumed before pick-up.
I dont know why you charged twice. 326.87 on Oct 28, again 129.96 on Oct 31. Please refund 326.87. Other than that it was ok.Thanks.
Asked for a 4 wheel drive car bucause i wanted to go to big bear and they gave me a 2 wheel drive. I asked the sales person how to turn on the 4 wheel drive and he lied to me and said this suv has all time all wheel drive. I looked it up on google and found out that was a false statement. The qx80 come in either rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Went back into the store to complain and they did find me a 4x4 suv at another store but made me late. All they did to please me was give me a lousy 14 dollars off.
