I came here without an appointment, but it was no problem at all. Elaine is an experienced professional—I saw that she really knows what she’s doing. She checked in with me several times about whether my hair cut was going the way I wanted it. I definitely appreciated that focus on satisfaction. Great to talk to, and welcoming towards my s/o when she arrived. I also got a student discount, but I felt the service would have been just as great if I were a normal client.
