They cut my beard off.I asked for a fade down from the hair cut and the barber simply used a #2 all the way around my face. I know she knew she had messed up as I didnt get charged extra for the trim. Thats basically being left with stubble after manicuring my beard growth for years. It will take months to be back to where it was.This was two days before the start of a new career. My confidence is shot and the normal comfort I get from stroking my beard is gone too. My beard is part of my identity.Hair cut was of unacceptable and unprofessional quality. No fading whatsoever, there was a clear line between each clipper #. I had to fade it myself, cutting it even shorter, after I got home.No masks were worn, all the hair in the floor wasnt swept up, it was just swept against the wall. The chairs dont have arms feel super cheep.Oh, and their fancy system is simply writing down what clippers and shapes they use and where on your head for next time (which there wont be for me) . Not some fancy scanning procedure.

Great and Amazing experience for my hair, it does actually makes a different once they look at the hair cutting in a numeric way. I’m satisfied despite the great price they offer their service.

I showed my barber a picture of how I wanted my hair to be cut, but she disregarded the photo and completely chopped off the sides of my hair. I specifically told her not to fade up above the eyebrows and she took the trimmers and did it anyway. I will not be coming back here.

Got a great haircut! While getting my cut, the stylist explained the cool system they use to ensure that you get the same cut every time, no matter who cuts it. Pretty ingenious! Ill definitely be coming back.

Danckuts has done a wonderful job of helping me feel confident in all I do with my new short haircut. I had had my hair long almost my entire life and was nervous about cutting it all off, but wanted to donate the length I had accumulated. The staff did a fantastic job of helping me with a style that, while new to me, boosted my confidence 100-fold. I would highly recommend Danckuts for anyone who wants a short hair style, man or woman.

Ive been coming to Danckuts for well over two years now. These guys are amazing and the system they employ to measure, cut, and track your haircuts is amazing. Finally someone took the time to make technological advancements to hair cutting.I am the type of guy that would go to the same person over and over again. Inevitably, when that person left or was no longer available, Id be left out in the cold trying to find someone new, which is no fun!Then I found Zacks amazing company. Ive gone through a few different styles since then and now as Im growing my hair out, I feel comfortable with ANY of the staff there. Theyre all trained very well and the Engineers have a record of what you like, dislike and your preferences based on your previous Kuts :)I love the Lake Forest location and will continue to come here for years to come. Zack, Jordan (the best follicle artist on the planet *inside joke* and Keef are all there and do AMAZING.Stop by, get a KUT, maybe a beer or Nespresso while kicking back, watching the office while the Engineers do their work.Highly recommend.

Did you make an appointment? Prepare to wait. They take photos to be consistent but always different. Cutters are low skill. They dont wash. Their scissor work sucks. They only do the one hipster comb over. The guys there are friendly tho. If you want a friend, come here. If you want skill in a haircut, go somewhere else.

Zac was a really nice guy. Didnt get the full experience because it was an off day and he was trying to squeeze me in before the holidays.I liked my haircut and the environment is really enjoyable. Haircut was new for me but I appreciate it now. Will go again soon.Great business, try for yourself.

I have been getting my hair cut at Danckuts for almost six months now. There are three stylists: Zac, Lorin, and Hailey. All three do a great job and the cuts are consistent from month to month. The place has a very cool, modern, and relaxing vibe.Augustin works at the front desk and helps make sure all of the customers are well taken care of.If you want a cool modern looking cut from a friendly crew of down to earth stylists, then I highly recommend Danckuts!

Great job on my hair cut

I had been going here for a couple of years and always had great haircuts. But recently, my experiences have been getting more and more negative... I’m waiting longer in the waiting room... My hair is being cut in half the amount of time as it used to be... And it looks completely different from my previous haircut, which they pride themselves on...Used to be cool but now it feels all corporate...like a factory attempting to make as many parts as possible. Quantity over quality...

Soooo Great Clips, Supercuts, I was that guy.... I use to rely on them to give me the typical “hold my beer and watch this” type of hair cut. That day ended today. Last week a friend of mine recommend Danckut’s. I never heard of them before. He was telling me they are like no other barber you have ever been to. Upon arrival I sat down with a “kut” specialist; they looked over my head, reviewed a brochure with me of different aspects of hairlines and cut styles to get an idea of what my taste was. The technician then came up with a plan for me. They used their head mapping technology coupled with haircut engineering to give me a “kut” I love. When they completed my haircut, It was photographed from 4 view points and logged into their system. My custom “kut” has now been standardized for me. Because of Danckut’s head mapping technology any technician in their franchise can now duplicate my haircut perfectly upon my next visit. Gone are the days of hoping to get the same same hair girl at one of the shopping center places and praying she is still drinking the same beer that day as the month prior.
