I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews but I definitely didn’t get what I asked for. I asked for it to be blended through the back and they basically just shaved the back of my head and showed me at the end. I understand there can be some miscommunication but I felt like the lady decided to what she wanted. I’d rather her ask me questions. I didn’t mention anything at checkout but I will not be going back to this place. It’s a shame, I didn’t realise the previous owners had moved on. Not worth the value especially a $4 sanitation fee!!! Come on.

Christine was great w my haircut an the right dye.

They are charging $4 extra dollars for sanitizing, but even then its still the cheapest haircut around. Quick and enjoyable always!

Loved the hair cut I got. Best cut I ever got. I told the hair dresser that I wanted my hair not to be cut too short because I did not want to look like a man. In the past at other places I would say how I wanted my hair and tell them not to cut it too short but they always cut it too short.But here at this Hair Masters the lady listened to me and then with the photo I had to show her of my hair she gave me a wonderful hair cut. I have not been back for serveral months but that is because the way she cut it my hair has been looking so great that I was waiting to come in again. I am returning soon to get my hair styled. The salon was very nice to me.I recommend this salon.Everyone is very nice. Their prices are great for Senior Citizens.

Linda is awesome. Started going there early this year and couldnt be happier. My wife was a stylist in a high end salon and retired. Linda actually gives me a better cut LOL

Linda cut my hair and well all I can say is thank goodness hair grows back. I asked for a trim and all she did was cut my. Hair in the back straight line ... She didnt even trim the front until I asked and well I regret asking. Such lack if service you get what you pay for .

I really love the cut I got. The hairdresser got it so right. I just showed her one pic very briefly and said something like this would be great, the cut she gave was nicer than the picture and the price was great too! My daughter started crying because she wanted her hair cut too and the lady was so nice she offered to pretend to cut her hair and also gave her a lollipop! I will be bringing my daughter back soon for a real cut!

Too expensive

This is a great place to get a haircut. I used to get haircuts from my stylist Cristina when she worked at supercuts in Foothill, and followed ther when she moved to Irvine HairMasters. She knows how I like my cut theres not need for me to ask. Cristina, youre the best.

This is a very friendly location of the hairmasters chain. I can be a nightmare super picky client, so Ive tried a lot of stylists, but now I always see Diana! Shes really smart about texture and knows how to deal with my happa Asian hair. I have a short cut, but prefer shears over clippers and she takes the time to be as precise as much more expensive mens stylists. Its honestly a steal the salon shes at is so affordable! Diana is the kind of talent you usually have to pay a lot more for. Everytime I go somewhere else I end up back with her to fix it 😂😂

Min always gives me a great haircut. This time, he cut my hair for my 5th hair donation.

Ive had my hair cut here many times and never had an issue until today. The lady at the front desk did not give a welcome feeling at all. Fastest haircut Ive ever expesssed plus the way they pushed a hair product was something not to be desired!! The experience was bad and complete lack of service

Beware, they will take other walk ins before you based on their preference. Ronnie did that to my 8 year old son. She took another client that walked in without an appointment while we were waiting for 15 min. No apolgies from her and another stylist tried helping us. I rather take my businees somewhere else where I am not discriminated.

Popped in without an appointment, got a great cut from a friendly stylist without constant upsells at reasonable price. Recommend for everyday/standard cuts, no idea about formal or fashion cut quality.
