I had two accidents in one month. The first one I was hit as a pedestrian. To no avail the driver could not be identified. To my surprise our insurance covered my losses and were quick in the process. The other I was reluctant to call, but the service is outstanding in processing claims and is very easy when getting the right documentation to where it needs to be. A technician is always available when you need them and you must download the app. It is very helpful for communicating all saving documents that you may need later. Thanks Allstate.
Robert Andrews is one of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team members I have ever dealt with in a professional insurance environment. Robert has and will continue to be responsible for managing our multiple insurance policies we have and we truly appreciate his communication and professionalism. Robert takes time to not only ensure his clients are aware of their policies and any potential changes, but also takes extra time to connect personally and ask how we are doing in a sincere manner that shows he values his clients. It is a distant pleasure working with Robert and we will continue to do so.
I have been with Allstate for almost 6 months now and will not be renewing my policy. I changed my payment date 7 days out from my original date because the original date was not working with my pay date. I was told from beginning I could change it if I needed to, but at no point did they warn me that changing my automated payment date would result in an increase of $64 in my monthly payment. I never received a warning or email stating me hanging my payment date would result in a $64 increase. I had to see it in my bank statement to even know that it had increased. I called and they did nothing about it. They rather loose a customer than remove the stupid increase which is seriously ridiculous. $64 increase per month to change your payment date. I will not be renewing my policy and I do not recommend Allstate. Customer service is terrible.
Very difficult to get ahold of. My car was recently broken into and when I called Robert he wasn’t available and I was directed to Allstate claims department, tried to call him a week later regarding questions about my claim and again, he wasn’t available. Now Allstate claiming various provisions that result in a large portion of the claim not being covered. Advice from your agent is important when dealing with claims and Robert Andrews just isn’t available to provide that.
I love this office. They always answer all of my questions in a way that I understand and it feels like they really care. When I was shopping insurance, I stumbled here and actually pay a tiny bit more now but their service is 100% worth it. I went with Robert since he actually took the time to explain my coverage and a couple things I thought I had but were actually missing. This office is A+++

They never answer the phone any time I need to do anything on my policy I have to call the 1800 I don’t understand why we have a broker!!
I am withall state insurance go over 20 years, recently I purchased anew car, I called my agent to add my new car, I told the lady she answe the phone to make my new car exactly like my other ones .She said yes for sure, I got in accident after that, lady hits my car from behind, I called my insurance to find about she did not have me cover fully as I told here, I don’t have no collision coverageI had to fix my care from my money, basically I got mislead by my agent
