Love this place! Had a great experience with the owner and would recommend anyone here. I think they work hard to make sure your taxes are complete and comprehensive. Could be even better if they gave a bottle of wine with each completion, but maybe next year :)

Scott Barnes was awesome! In 2020 I got married, moved, changed banks, and changed my name, PLUS was furloughed and got unemployment, and got the stimulus checks. My husband and I decided this was more complicated than we could do on our own. So thankful we went through Dave Ramsey’s ELP finder and found Scott Barnes! He helped us correct and recognize a few issues we had and gave us great tips to maximize our refund for next year too! We will definitely be back!

Our family will never go to another tax person besides Mrs. Rochelle with Jackson Hewitt. She makes the tax process so stress free and convenient. You can drop off documents and she will call you when they are ready to sign and submit. Most importantly, she is an absolute wonderful person and a joy to work with. She really cares about you and wants what is in your best interest. Go see her, you won’t regret it!

We scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and had all of the documents sent to Rochelle prior to the appointment. She confirmed the appointment with us that morning, and we responded that we would be there. When we first walked in for our appointment she asked us if we had rescheduled. We said no. She said she would call Mr. Barnes and let him know to come in since he had an appointment. Shouldn’t he have already known about a previously scheduled appointment? Then, when she asked if we brought our documents with us we responded that we had emailed them. She denied receiving the email though it had sent. Needless to say, they were very unprepared for our appointment, very disorganized, and highly unprofessional. We walked out after 20 minutes of frustration and will be consulting other professionals for our services this year. We will also be contacting Ramsey Solutions about our disappointment with this ELP.

Rochelle always does a great job. She is very kind and caring. We just love her.
