H&R Block is a RIP OFF. Do not come here, do your taxes yourself online. Learned that the hard way after this place charged me $300 to help with just a w2 and a k1. Took all of 30 minutes.. Turns out the lady who did them didn’t even send out my taxes; it’s 2 months later and the IRS still hasn’t received anything. I am unable to get any form of customer service which is promised, supposedly that’s why I payed them so much, for customer service and support. Nothing. Times are difficult enough for the world and these people want to be crooks and not do their job and lie and charge me $300 to help me and offering customer support that is not there. My taxes are not filed. This has caused me unnecessary stress over something that should’ve been simple and off my plate and I absolutely demand a full refund.

Do not use the office. They are overpriced do not give you the price upfront. They are a franchise not corporate so they can make up any price they want and charge you. Makes sense they are not busy. They overcharge you and have no reasoning to explain. Misinformed about price, they should inform each customer upfront . They are a ripoff. My fiancé used this facility and he will never return.
