Tried calling multiple times and nobody picked up the phone. I left a message and two days later I have still not received a call back. I took my business elsewhere.

Cody and Larry were extremely friendly and helping me get my car to where I needed to go. They were fast friendly and on time and had no trouble getting my cart where I wanted to go in a speedy manner

Out of towners, from Bay City. We called on a Sunday looking to have a donut changed out for a regular tire after dealing with a flat the night before. Streys was the only towing open 24/7 and were able to help us, and for a very fair price. They were friendly people and changed my tire quickly.

Good service. They picked up vehicle when promised, respectful to my wife, and were more than fair on price. What more can you ask? Certainly will call them again if in need of towing service

!!STAY AWAY FROM STREYS!!! If I could give less stars I would. Long story short - Triple A dispatched this company to tow my car because it didnt start. The 2 employees (Larry and another guy) seem to not know exactly how to operate the levers or know how to attach the arms. they kept putting them up and down left and right pushing and kicking against the tires unevenly. Next thing I know Im being told that I ran something over and I hear a hissing sound and the tire going flat. Larry tried to tell me nothing they did caused the problem. hard to believe after watching them try to get it hooked up. He called dispatch who told him to try and patch the tire and for whatever reason he was unsuccessful. So he stuck a hand tool back into the tire and filled it with air to tow it. They also through the trash and left over tire patch kit on someones property instead of putting with the rest of their trash scattered throughout the truck. I made him pick it back up. Whats worse is during the ride, I listened to their conversation and its sad to say, the second employee was talking about someone they knew physically assaulting a women and his reply was you know she had it coming. After we got to the destination, he told me that I can get the tire replaced, call the shop and they would take care of it. This happened on Friday. I called to speak to someone today and the owners wife took my call who then passed me to her husband the owner. He told me he wouldnt replace the tire, after a few minutes of trying to get this worked out, Im randomly talking to his wife again. He was too busy to continue to work out the problem. They tried telling me I needed to come into the shop to discuss it (They know my car doesnt start and has a flat) and that they didnt understand what I wanted although I told her 30+ times I wanted them to replace the tire like Larry (their employee said they would). She was rude and disrespectful, talked over me and put the phone down and left me on hold many times. After calling back several times I finally was able to talk to Larry and he denied everything he said on site. They are a HORRIBLE company that lack common courtesy, respect and integrity. If you notice, after the last bad review (wyoming location) they had multiple good fake reviews in the same window of time. Before those they had reviews that were many months to a year old. Like I said, no integrity. I wonder how many fake good reviews will pop up after this.
