I blew out a u joint on my semi truck, they towed me to there shop and had my truck in the garage in less than an hour. Sure beat waiting five days at freightliner.They are very professional.Totally an awsome business, you can’t go wrong with these guys...

Had to get my car towed and they were here in less than an hour. Very friendly service and very professional. Ive seen a few reviews below criticizing the cost, I had my car towed through town and it was in the $80 range, which is around the price that it would have been at the other tow businesses, so I believe the pricing is fair.I am happy with the service I received at this business and recommend it to others.

Truck drivers, this is the place to call!!!! My driver got stuck in the sand in a tractor trailer. These guys were quick, very nice, professional and most important, they didn’t rip us off like many tow companies do. Definitely recommended! Thank you guys!

I got a flat on the highway, was connected with this service through progressive roadside assistance. Driver arrived at given e.t.a. which was a relief! We soon realized my lug nuts needed a special socket that I did not have.We found that they had one at discount tire over 21 miles away. My driver went back to his shop to get a flatbed as my 4wd could not be towed. When we got to the tire shop and got the socket he changed my tire out for me and I continued on my trip. Very knowledgeable and courteous, I would highly recommend this business.

Son was involved in a car-deer accident. This garage was called by the Deputy to assist with towing my sons car to the garage facility. At no point was there a conversation between the tow truck driver and my son or I regarding fees for towing and storage at their facility. In order to have my vehicle released, I was presented with a bill for $413. $273 for a 12-mile tow and was told that it was due to it being an accident tow and a police rush request. $35/day storage fee, at 4 days, for a car that sat on their lot for 1 hour Saturday and was picked up at 8am when they opened on Tuesday, total of 57 hours.The owner, Ralph Reese, couldnt have cared less when I called to express my frustration with the bill with him. He gave me to the driver, who also could not have cared less. I paid a different tow company to take the car, and that company charged me $67 for a longer tow than what Ruehs performed. $200+ difference in price.Steer clear of these guys if in an accident in Ionia County and make sure to call your own tow truck company vs. having these guys called for you.

A little pricey but exceptional service. They went above and beyond on a Sunday night at 1130 pm. They towed an RV home and trailer loaded with motorcycles to their garage. They did a great job with both. I would call on the Ruehs Family for help anytime Im in their area. Great job! Thank you for coming to the rescue and handling our situation!

They changed me 225$ to tow my car 4 blocks insane didnt have the money on me so they took it to there shop this was Saturday they closed right after cant get it until Monday now and I get charged 105 for storage never seen anything like it

Aaa sent someone i had problems with being able to tow my f350 dually before and they showed up cant tow that . i called ruehs ..no problem . he was able to shift my trk so i could drive it home since the shift linkage broke while in park and charged me a service call instead of tow .
