Nice guys working on my house. Totally forgot my keys and locked myself outside and the workers were kind and professional. Took long, but got the job done!

Got some gumball candy machines second hand. All without keys but locked. Was able to pick one open and bring the tumbler into them. They were able to create a key that worked, and made me enough so each machine has its own key. For cheaper than replacing all the tumblers would have been.

Customer Service was amazing here and they had exactly what I needed.They were able to program the key fab on the spot and at a fraction of the cost of going to the dealer or independent mechanic.

That place is amazing I would recommend to anybody to go to him for your all your lock needs

I had called Ionia lock &Key on a holiday weekend, not only did he answer and respond immediately he was able to repair and program my existing key to my ignition AND make me an additional key to start my ignition and one to keep hidden on my vehicle that unlocks the doors, I was astonished with the polite and prompt service. I had no idea how diverse,talented and (Attention to Detail)this (Team)...Is. After getting me back in my house,I then find out they can install deadbolts, rekeying all doors,....to reinstalling bedroom and closet doors after a new carpet install. Meaning,they had to shave off the bottoms of my doors so they would fit and work properly. Hang on yall ....i aint done yet!...hahaha. Then,....they even repaired my vintage Sears garage door opener. I could not speak more highly of this company. They were the only place that called me back at 9pm when I lost my keys and needed to use my car that night. They were also willing to drive to Alma, which most companies said they didnt service my area code. John went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!
