I went in because my front tire was squeaking with each rotation and I recently had a break change, they got me in quickly and believed I needed a roatar change, after that the wheel was still making the noise and I was told Id get a call back the next day. 3 days later I try to call back to see if this can be looked at again and after 6 or 7 rings someone picks up and sets the phone down not talking at all. I call back several times and the phone is still off the receiver. Im very frustrated with this lack of professionalism and will not waste any more time here they obviously dont want business so I will not be giving them any.

A friend had car in the shop not all parts were put back on car and inside the motor plastic was left loose .

I have been going to Roger for years and don’t even think about going anywhere else. I have always had great customer service along with a great price. Roger always goes way out of his way to make sure things are done right without breaking the bank. They are always up front and honest about the time frame that it will take to get the job done. Great Place!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Roger’s now for about 3 years and he does a very nice job. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job communicating what is wrong with my vehicle before repairs. I also would recommend them because they will come get your vehicle if you do not have a way of dropping it off to them.

I took my husbands car here to have a new rack and pinion, control arm, and tie rod in his 2008 Saturn Aura. Picked it up after it was done, after they closed. It still vibrated and pulled to the right. Went in the next day and told Roger that it still had issues. He told me that what they did to it had nothing to do with what I was complaining about and it was my breaks or tire. Took it to another mechanic and he told me that Roger Hall did not put a bolt back on the new control arm. I called Rogers daughter at the shop and told her what had happened and wanted it made right. She told me that he was delivering a vehicle and would call me back. He did not. I called to call again 2 days later and confronted Roger about not calling me back and wanting to know about making his mistake right. He said he will look at it and call us back. The car is still sitting at the other mechanics. This has now been going on for a week. The other place will not let the vehicle leave the lot because the only thing holding the wheel on is the weight of the car. I have 3 small kids that Rogers company put at risk. My husband is the one to take them to daycare with his car. If that wheel had come off..... my kids or husband could of been killed. Roger has yet to call us back and at least apologize and make this right. The new control arm is already broke and it has been less then 2 months that Roger Hall put it on. I do not recommend this place. They do not stand behind their work or even take responsibility for their mistakes.

Got me in and got me right same deal as only charging the amount of time it took to actually do the job versus hitting me full on with what the repair book says it will take to do the job thx again roger and staff

I have taken many vehicles here this past year for multiple different things. This is a very family friendly environment and makes it easy to come back to. Not only that but they will be upfront and honest of what is truly wrong with your vehicle. I have used other mechanics around the surrounding area that will tell you what is wrong on top of A letter long list. I strongly recommend Roger Hull and sons to my family and friends as well as the Ionia and surrounding counties.

Really nice people and service

Ive had my vehicles serviced with this company for over 30 years. I trust them with my kids first cars. Recently Hulls helped me resolve a downed vehicle 2 hours from home. They always take the time to offer options, and help with the best option for you. More than anything, they stand behind their work, and are priced very competitively. You wont find better service or value.

Took them 3 months to fix my daughter-in-laws car. Several times she was told it would be ready and week after week another excuse was given. Very frustrating. Nice, polite people; just need to give better time estimations.

They take FOREVER for repairs and anyone that has gone to them has had to make at least one more trip to get things fixed correctly. I dont recommend them. Its worth your time and money to go to geldofs for your repairs.

I had a transmission rebuilt at another shop and it was never right.. so I took the car to roger and they rebuild it right and charged $500 less then the other shop .. thanks for doing me a great job again!
