This company is awesome! Called on on Wednesday and had a furnace and heat pump installed the next Tuesday. Was a class A crew there to install and was a pleasure to have them here and had a awsome time watching. The whole company are a A+. Thanks Wilson Heating and Cooling!!!!!!!

You just won’t find a greater company to take care of your heating and cooling needs. Our serviceman today was Cason. He was conscientious and courteous and shared some AC tips with us that we didn’t know before. You can’t go wrong with Wilson’s!

They were on time, and the finished product looked great! They answered all questions that i had and took care of all logistics with our City. Their final bill ask came in very close to the estimate which was wonderful! If I ever have an issues with my HVAC or plumbing im calling them first!

Had some gas pipes redone to install a tankless water heater. Also replaced the piping around the water pressure tank. Sure glad I had them do the work as they found my pressure tank was bad so they replaced that (no more air in the lines!). Found them to be exceptional in both quality of work and professional work ethic. The price I felt was very fair although I didnt call around to get multiple quotes but Ive done enough house projects to know what is reasonable. I definitely plan to use them in the future for my HVAC/plumbing needs.

I rent and my landlord chose to use this company when my furnace went out. The guys were amazing and so respectful. They cleaned up and were a lot of fun to joke with while they were doing the great work! So excited about my new furnace.

Furnace stopped working at 4pm on a Saturday (in January), called Wilsons and they were friendly when they answered. They made it to my house an hour later, super impressed.They figured out the issue and actually had the part for my 30 year old furnace. Wasnt cheap but... Saturday....I will definitely be referring them to my friends and will use them again (although I hope I dont have to).

What an awesome installation crew. They were professionals yet friendly. Their work was detailed. Every question was answered and when they were done I knew I had made a good choice. I recommend Wilsons for any Plumbing, heating or cooling needs.

We had them come out to install a mixing valve for our tub/shower. The valve wasnt really secured, nor properly centered in the opening when they left. I attempted to install the trim kit anyhow and it just pulled on the valve when I tightened the screws. We had them come back (they sent someone named Chase the second time, I believe) and he did an amazing job. That thing is centered and solid now. Its great to see a company stand behind their work like that and make things right when problems arise. Give Chase a raise!

Wilsons plumbing was wonderful with taking care of my water problem. Service Representative, Nick and the office team was amazing to work with. Both demonstrated team work and excellent communication skills to keep me informed of arrival time. Nick was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue with me and the steps needed to solve the problem. I would highly recommend Wilsons to my friends and family for their plumbing and heating services. Extremely satisfied with their service.

I had so much trouble with this company...2 yrs ago....I had them try to fix my aircon...I had to replace it and buy a new one from their company...it was a hassle and expensive.....doesnt cool my home or keep the temperature its set on...the temperature keeps getting warmer...the women aswering at the front desk were so nasty and rude...but the workers were fine... I regret buying from them. Will never use their services EVER again. A good friend of mine also had troubles with them.

Furnace wasnt blowing hot air on saturday they came out within 2 hours (because they were on another call) told me I needed a new control board and had to order it for Monday. Offered space heaters. Today came & it didnt end up being the control board. Jarod was honest, took the new board back got it up and running with no other charge. HONESTY is a hard thing to find. Thank you.

Review #2 - January 2020:We woke up Christmas morning in the cold...our furnace was clearly not working! We fully expected to simply leave a voicemail when we called Wilsons, so were very pleasantly surprised when our call was patched directly over to Nancy Wilson, at home. We were surprised even further when she let us know that Jared was on call and would come by soon. Jared did come over and after a thorough inspection, found that the furnace was unable to be repaired and had to be replaced. Still, he left us with a space heater and ordered a new furnace right away. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one was completed 48 hours later, by Raymond and Matthew. Like Jared, they were pleasant, prompt and professional - obviously a hallmark of Wilsons customer service motto. Further, Wilsons made us aware and applied for a refund on our warranty from the original (broken) furnace, as well as applying for a rebate on our behalf from Consumers Energy, for our new, high efficiency. This is a lot of detail to explain - again - that we rely solely on Wilsons for our all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and their customer service and end results have never let us down!We have always relied on Wilsons for prompt and professional service, and our most recent experience with them is just one more reason to do so. We had a broken part on our backroom/stand-alone furnace, so we took it in to them for a replacement. However, they pointed out that the part was not broken after all - it just had a loose wire. We brought it back home and reinstalled it, and they were right - the part was not broken, and the furnace immediately began working properly. Then - first thing the following morning, we received a call from a technician at Wilsons, just to follow up regarding the part and whether or not our furnace was working.In case we needed service, he wanted to call and fit us in first. So my initial gratitude was that they did not simply agree with us that the part was broken and sell us a new (unnecessary) replacement, but I was doubly impressed when they took the initiative to follow-up and call to check on us. Customer service at its best!

We had an emergency on the weekend. Wilsons actually had a real person at the end of their emergency line. They came in, made a temporary adjustment so my basement wouldnt flood, and told us they would be here on Monday to fix it. They were and they did. We are quite happy with Wilsons

They did a very good job on our plugged drain..They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Hired in late summer/fall of 2016 for our new construction project. To summarize our experience, poor. Their strengths included fast and dependable emergency services during our project in regards to fixing clogged plumbing, which was not caused by them. Some of their employees were great, others not so much. Long story short we had a very large/difficult project. Unfortunately Wilsons over promised and under delivered in many aspects of our project. They took much longer than they said they would, they told us they passed inspections when they in fact, had not and they began demanding final payment over the phone (when they had ALOT of work to still do) in a way that made my husband and I uncomfortable. I would absolutely not hire this company for a new build construction project. For your everyday plumbing jobs they are the same as any other plumber in the area.

We had Wilsons do work for us before. They worked us into their schedule soon & did good work, reasonably. So when we needed a new water heater now, called them. They came promptly. I was very impressed w/ Ronalds professional & rapid manner of getting the job done. His helper, Jerrod did good also. We are happy w/ lots of hot water again, & no leaks or problems.

Replaced our furnace promptly and good workmanship. Would call on them again and would recommend to friends.
