First time here!! And Julie made me feel like I was walking on clouds. I definitely will male it an effort to come to this nail salon more often. Staff has Good customer service well the ones that spoke did..... Decent prices is a plus

COURTEOUS AND DID A GOOD JOBI really want it yellow nail polish not gel... Wow its summertime they didnt have a bright shade.thats only way off I had to pay to go somewhere else to have my polish done.

Have been getting my gel manicure and regular pedicure with Nancy for more than 5 years. I used to live a block away from the shop and now live 10 miles away but regardless choose to still come here because of the service. I recommend setting an appointment because they get pretty busy. The prices are reasonable and they are very friendly. I recommend them 100%.

I was the first one in the door and they made me wait for a fill as others walked without appointments i reminded them more than twice and was not assisted. After my pedicure was done I still jad not received my fill so i left. Id rather give my money to someone who appreciates me.

I get compliments every time i get my nails done. The gel lasts for weeks! And the do incredible designs. You’ll get compliments for weeks on the iradescent designs. And they have some of the BEST prices for gel and acrylic

I have been coming to Q Nails for 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are the best. They stay up on the the lastest nail trends and fads. All the staff are professional and treat me like family. No matter what city I live in I make the commute every 2 weeks to get pampered at Q Nails.

One of the WORST nail salons I have EVER been to! I sat here for over 2 hours to get a simple pedicure! They only had 4 workers and they all worked SLOW AF! It took 1 hour to do a basic pedicure! And They charged me $23! Their posted prices show $13 for a pedi! They said they forgot to update the prices! Slow ass services! Horrible customer service! I will never ever go back here!

Jen did my nails. (She is the very glitz and glam gal with heavy make up and pink everything.) She came highly recommended. I was getting my nails done for an awards show. I told her I wanted a beach on one nail and the color of the ocean from the beach as the shell in the other nail. (To color coordinate). What came out at the end was a disaster. It was 2 completely different nails that did not match at all. I was super polite about it although I was unhappy and shes the one to refuse to work on me ever again. I couldnt believe this woman. She is the one the messed up and her response is, I wont do your nails again. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. I look like I was a nail model for someone training different techniques. I would not use the girl again based on how she treats her clients. Not to mention, she also took forever.

Over priced and the man there that did my nails did them very ugly. He said he know how to do ombre and he lied my nails came out very ugly and he tried to charge me $45 for them. Save your time and go somewhere else. I told him I do not like them and he did not care he just smile and said I did nice fa yu. Will not be going back lmao

I went to get my ingrown toenail taken care of, and Emily ( she is sadly no longer working here), did my pedicure, and she was wonderful, she was very good at her job, I would give it give stars, but shes no longer there!!If anyone knows where she went, please let me know, she did good work!

The worst nail shop in Inglewood Ive ever been too! Messy job slow and cut up my toe. Came back the next day and they had the nerve to have a attitude cause I wanted my feet fix after paying $40 fir a pedi.

If I could I would give them 0 stars . They didn’t want to do my grandmothers nails because she is handicap. They seen me take her out of the car, bring her in with her wheelchair and as we walked in the lady was telling her coworker “aww she’s ruining the floor” and as I was going to help her sit on the spa chair they were putting their hands in front of her refusing to do her nails because she is handicap. After I told them repeatedly I was going to just help her get on the spa chair and leave the wheelchair in the car so that it wouldn’t be in the way. And as we are walking out they tell us to walk down the street to the other nail salon because “maybe” they will take her instead.Worst part of all they were talking in another language and laughed so that I wouldn’t understand what they were saying. Worst experience ever. Very rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Dont recommend this nail salon what so ever .

My nails look over two weeks old and I got them done 24 hours ago. The owner was rude to me in front of other customers. Acted like I was a burden because I needed a repolish because he has a worker there that can’t polish well. I waited for over an hour for a repolish and eventually left. He did not seem concerned at all that my nails looked terrible. Very unapologetic, and appeared unbothered asIf he doesn’t need my money becaue he has all his other customers. I felt like I was being scolded and checked. He talked about me in Vietnamese right infront of me then in English said, “You tell her.” And he replied, “No, you tell her.” DON’T Go Here!!!

So I choose my nail color I was getting a pedicure and full set I happen to choose the neon yellow for my feet regular polish n fir my hand I wanted gel so they dont have any more of the gel in that color its ok no deal breaker I said Ill just have the regular nail polish I guess there was not enough she added something to it which made nail polish consistency thin as she was applying it it looks like my 2yr old niece was doing it my full set was HORRIBLE the application of nail polish on my feet n hand HORRIBLE. The same day I went to a pool party half of the nail polish from my pedi was GONE. Never again I should of just drove to where I get them done all the time but no I wanted to go near my home and it felt like I threw my money away.I wish I coul6 rate it ZERO ⭐

Not a good nail shop. I came in and asked for a manicure and pedicure and they only gave me a color change. They try to move quick but will mess up what you ask for. Poor quality service.
